Accommodation is very poor, it is good from outside but very poor from inside I e it's rooms, they need to rejuvenate rooms to modern amenities and quality furniture.

ABSOLUTELY TRASH HOTEL literally counting hours left for my check-out.
Rooms stink and so do their washrooms. Staff could be more polite. Property is really old and urgently needs renovation.
Furniture and walls needs to repaired. Find the attached photos to know what I am talking about.
They don't think anyone will enter or exit the hotel on-foot, there is a super steep ramp which you need to go through even if you are walking!
Experience at this place was already not going great, to add to my miseries something EVEN MORE HORRENDOUS HAPPENED! MY FOOTWEAR JUST BROKE BY WALKING ON THEIR STUPID RAMP! (YES! IT LITERALLY BROKE! ) and then they have this weird shoe sanitizing machine which made my footwear situation even worse!

This was our first stay in Eros Hotel Nehru Place New Delhi. It was really very nice comfortable and memorable stay at this property. Rooms are very neat and clean. The food is super delicious. Service is excellent. The staff here at Eros Hotel Nehru Place is genuinely concerned about customer satisfaction and hard-working. They are exceptionally kind and goes above and beyond to ensure their guests are comfortable. I would love to stay here again. Very impressed and would highly recommend this property. The best part I enjoyed was the tradition. Food service really made me to praise… staffs are cooperative.

Very poor Internet access as they say allow two complimentary device to access free Internet but I can only get one and I constantly get 'kicked: out of their server for the 2nd device and the bath tub which double as the shower place is grimy.

It is very bad experiance.

Miscommunication amongst the staff causing one of them to misguide me for parking my vehicle while the other shouted at me from a distance as if I did something horribly wrong. Later my friends also told me that they too experienced a rude behavior from one of the staff. It's huge it's spacious, food is good but does that matter when the staff has already spoiled it with the guests.

Today I came to Eros for my Client’s makeup! The way their staff treated me was shameful! A guy name Ranjit from front office literally threw my makeup luggage in the cab. None of the staff is helpful in this hotel! No one should go to this place.

Location is accessible by road and metro. Lots of traffic around sometimes. Great service by the staff. Didn't stay in rooms. But the ball rooms are great for professional events.

The hotel is a premium one the place is royal. The rates of the hotel go up and down. Average rate you can fetch online is around 5, 500 this is the best price as well. And don't book at hotel. The room were cozy and simply just wow. The staff is also Friendly and good. Take a top floor to enjoy to the fullest.

Big, huge and Wonderful 5 star hotel. Very Clean and tidy. Awesome room service. Supportive staff. Excellent complementary breakfast. You will find Indian, English and Variety of food items to have breakfast. Swimming pool big and clean. A huge ground for walking, excellent lobby, restaurants are awesome, luggage keeping facilities is efficient,, accessable for people with disability, shopping places inside the hotel are nice and affordable. All the restaurants are quite expensive.

I was here for an arbitration and therefore my review is limited to the business Center and their conference room. They have two conference rooms and though we were told that the one we were using was the larger one, even that was pretty small. The room can barely accommodate 8 people and even with that it is going to get quite claustrophobic. Other than that it is a good place with good service. So if you have a small team you are meeting you are in good hands. The place is obviously centrally located so shouldn't be much of an issue to reach as well.

Only con is the Singh Saab restaurant inside the premises which is overly priced with foods not so much to be overwhelmed. Overall a good hotel to stay with a king style.

Gym is very nice, it's well equipped with latest equipment. It's has sauna, steam & jacuzzi facility also. Swimming pool is also a good one. The restaurant and bar are also very good. The best part is it's location. Have movie theatre and India's largest electronic market in walkable distance.

Went to one of the restaurants for dinner, very fancy, very nice. Loved the assorted chat platter, yummy and authentic, their tiramisu not so much. Service is excellent, the menu gives a wide variety of choice. Their teas are exquisite and they offer you honey on the side. Toilets are five star but have only scratchy toilet paper, no water jets. Dinner bill 2400 for 2 but the experience, priceless ;)

Visited the hotel to attend an event. Beautifully designed and well maintained building. Excellent service by staff. They have bakery and coffee shop on the ground floor which is a very nice place for casual discussions. Also. They have a huge lounge area where group of 5-6 people per table can sit for discussion.

We wanted somewhere posh to go for lunch. A Friend recommended the restaurant. It did not disappoint. The Chef Losel was very welcoming and accommodating with our meal choices. The staff gave us excellent service. We were a big group of 9 people. Once we ordered food it came out very quickly and beautifully presented. The private room was very suitable and had a lovely atmosphere. My friends were from England Germany Malaysia and New Zealand. We all agreed the food was superb. I recommend this dining experience for anyone looking for something special. You will be sorry if you don't try it. My friends and I will definitely be going back and we will be taking more of our friends with us. Thank you Losel and thank you Eros Hotel Naomi New Zealand.

It's a 5star luxurious hotel. The Hotel is is in prime location of National capital. The Hotel is is Nehru Place which is famous for Électronique market and Metro station for Lotus Temple. The Eros is big brand and so is of its services. I went to this place to attend a meeting in its lobby. So I have no deep experience about it's rooms and services inside but Cafeteria and Front desk services are very welcoming.

Older style hotel. Lovely area to sit outside by the outdoor pool next to the gardens. The rooms are quite old and the hallways are not well ventilated. It's great that the hotel is away enough from the road that traffic noise isn't noticeable, at least from my room. There are two restaurants. The Indian restaurant has good food and often, live Indian music.

Wonderful hotel. Luxurious and swanky and that too for just 6k. The breakfast served is superb. They have everything you might need. The location is also great. Bang close to Nehru place metro. Also there's hell out of restaurants nearby so that you can avoid the slightly expensive buffet dinner and lunch. The room had all the amenities like shoe shiner (my fav), bathrobes, shaving kit, brush, paste, iron stand etc. I also had brunch in there and was simply blown out by the varieties available. This was the first brunch I had in my entire life and it was fabulous.

The Eros is quite strategucally located, with malls, multiplexes and fine dine restaurants in the vicinity along with a Delhi metro station mere 230 metres away. The hotel staff was professional cordial non intrusive… I was the for a business meeting and it went well… So all in all, a good property, manned by a good staff. I just wish they would put up marquee or something that categorically sets the hotel aside from the rest of the adjoining buildings.

This Hotel is Located in the Business Hub Called Nehru Place, Where lots of Corporate Offices are Located and Biggest Market of Electronics. Visa Centre is also located to walking Distance from this Hotel. Clean comfortable and quiet room with all the necessary amenities. The ironing board is a welcome necessity. Good restaurants, The bar has a quiet friendly atmosphere. Good buffet spreads at reasonable prices, with options of a la carte. An ideal hotel for the business traveller.

It's name has been changed various times in the past decade. But the hotel remains the same. A spacious and well designed Hotel situated at the busiest location of Nehru Place. Good food. Nice swimming pool and health club facilities. Beautiful memories of this place.

The food is excellent, hospitality high. But don't forget anything. There is no chance of getting back. I forgot my earphones, called the hotel in just an hour but did not got it back. So be careful.

The Eros Hotel had spacious rooms and incredible architecture. The lobby is as beautiful as a 5 star hotel lobby gets and the food is on par. The staff were courteous and very friendly.

Fine 5 star hotel. Awesome place to stay, even though going through the security check every time you enter the gate (one of the Gates) can be a little annoying. They have a couple of restaurants in house. "Blooms" is highly recommend. They buffet dinner offers good variety including sushi. Kerala prawns curry with drumstick and the Bengali prawns served during my two day stay requires special mention.

Love their outdoor seating during breakfast and late dinners. Also the service — from chef to waiters… They do ensure your time s well spent. But food is not best. Still it's in my regular list :)

One of the older hotels in Delhi. Very nice location with good accessibility by metro as well as road. Hotel is quite well build and still looks elegant even after so many years of operations. One can see quite a few foreign tourists also staying in the hotel. Coffee shop in the hotel is quite spacious and good for a quick meeting.

FIVE ☆☆☆☆☆ Hotel in Nehru, New Delhi managed by the Hilton Hotel Group. Safe, secure upscale accommodations. Courteous and friendly staff who are quick to resolve any issues, great food and amenities. Bottled water in abundance provided in rooms. Water from tap at this hotel high quality for baths etc.

Visited Tea Lounge at Eros Hotel for a first time. Has a good ambience for business or casual talks. Much better than normal overcrowded cafes or restaurant in Nehru Place. Prices are reasonable. Tried hot coffee and it was great. The staff was cordial and non-obstrusive.

I wish I could give a negative rating. Highly not recommended. They have no standards of a 5star hotel. Even a 3 star hotel has better rooms and hospitality. The banquet facilities are okay but not great. Over the years it has only gone down hill in every aspect. There is nothing like client servicing and returned clients have no loyalty benefits. Mosquitoes are a common thing in the rooms. The AC can also ditch you anytime. Room service doesn't come before 1.5 hours. The issues never get escalated to senior management and even if you do get to speak to the Hotel Manager, he barely addresses the issue. There are so many better hotels and same or cheaper prices available near by. DO NOT GO to this hotel.

Located at prime Nehru place. Well built and spacious. Elegant cuisine and hospitality. Contain multiple bank and other professional service like immigration consultant, international telecom roaming services and of course shopping too. Room size is adequate and have different design.

This is where you get your biometrics done for a visa to the US. It's organized and quick. Just stick to the rules and help them keep to the process. Staff is focussed but helpful. They say your can't take your phone in but I did except they made me turn it off. No thumb drives. No big bags and unnecessary documents. Passport collection was particularly easy later when it was over.

The food here is very good. The Cafe is nice and cozy and the staff is very warm. Two three staff members will always be at your service, making you feel very comfortable. The hotel interiors are also quite nice. Prices could be a little better though.

Stayed here for a couple of days during a weekend. Location is what makes this place highly desirable. Proximity to metro more than location makes this hotel attractive. Metro is right there which enables one to reach connected places pretty quickly. Like most people gave commented, age of the place goes against it. Rooms could have been cleaner. Biggest complaint about the place is about the restaurant. Complimentary breakfast was ranging from bad to decent. Dinner I ordered was crazy expensive and no food ever gets even close to being so bad. Just step out and there are tons of good places to eat.

Great place to stay if on business. Next to the visa facilities of VFS and a walk across the road takes you into nehru place. Comfortable rooms and a sumptuous breakfast. The airport is a minimum 45 minutes drive. The downside was the Bar. Instead of a nice cozy drink I thought I would have with my wife the bar was swarming with a bunch of Saree clad elderly women having dinner in a buffet service. This was near disgusting as some of them simply barged into our table with heaps of food on plates. Bad experience and an avoidable situation on the part of the hotel management. They should be stripped off there 5 star status!

The hotel lobby, restaurants, and gardens are beautiful and exquisite. Just sitting around was very relaxing. The rooms are very spacious and well kept. The service was friendly and helped me many times when I was having language barrier issues. The room service was also impeccable and very professional! Overall a fantastic experience.

Its a good hotel but very busy hotel. I am staying here for 11 days and asked for a room change. I was shocked by the reply given by front office desk " Sir at present all rooms are booked, please approach front office desk daily and check if any rooms are vacant then we will shift". Food rates are very high and I understand its a 5* deluxe but taste is 2*.

I did not find the Eros Hotel to be especially attractive, it being the same assortment of gilded walls, marble floors and polished european furniture you find at any other place. Having a choice, I wouldn't know why to pick this hotel over others of its class. Truth be told, I've spent never a night or had a meal at any premium hospitality establishment, which includes all 4, 5 star listed hotels in New Delhi. But working as a reporter for a leading business daily, I must admit I go to a lot of these places on an almost regular basis. I just didn't like this place. Especially the steep climb leading the main entrance to the lobby on the 1st floor.
