The stay at hotel south view (nehru place) was quite comfortable. The staff was helpful and understanding. The food from hotels kitchen can be better however it had reasonable price, so I guess the guests staying can explore outlet options. Please don't book the hotel through OYO and Goibibo as the hotelier has barred them from their market partner. Book the hotel directly or make reservations directly on call. I was in similar situation wherein I was denied check-in as I had booked it through OYO but the guy at reception was helpful and provided me a fresh booking on same price after I raised a refund request and got it accepted.
