Aucun sens de responsabilité, ni de respect vers le client, ma réservation à été annulée abusivement sans motif raisonnable, soit disant carte de crédit invalide, alors que j'ai réservé ailleurs avec la même carte le jour d'annulation et j'étais bien embêté à la derrière minute, et j'ai payé plus cher.
Le hôte est difficilement joignable même par le personnel du booking, il dit qu'il ne peut pas aidé, et renvoie vers un autre numéro qui reçoit et voit les messages, mais ne répond jamais, aucun moyen de rentrer en contact. J'aimerai carrément porter plainte contre ce genre de comportement irresponsable, qui devrait même pas proposer des services.
Honteux, je déconseille fortement, à fuir.
