The hotel is a great spot especially for Mardi Gras goers. Right across the street from everything nothing to miss.

Asked for the hot water to be fixed everyday and would never get warm. When I would call down to the desk and be put on hold and never answered nor a return call Staff just allows the halls to be partied in and guest to be kept up until late hours of the night. When finally checking out, staff didn’t ask how the stay was, and when imitating the run down of my experience, she shrugs and says I don’t know what to say and thank you for staying.

Over priced nice hotel but only one elevator working and got up to take a bath and no hot water so front desk says they will send maintenance up 30 40 minutes later still no one so it’s check out time how convenient!

The entire staff embodies what hospitality is all about. They hosted our wedding. Everything was perfect — from the food to the atmosphere to the service. The entire team is top notch!

Beautiful rooms, comfy beds, but the pool was small. We took my 2yr old so he could swim in pool, but it was so & small so many people already there we didn't go. This staff was great, though.

Walked in to a familiar face. Raine Rhodes was working the front desk. Not only is she a phenomenal person, but she genuinely cares about how people are taken care of. She was attentive to our needs and explained all the amenities that the hotel had to offer. We enjoyed the hotel bar that night and the kitchen and bar staff were very welcoming and friendly as well. We always enjoy our stay at this hotel. Top notch.

Great place. Higher floors better because of event rooms on first level. But events still shut down at decent hour. No complaints.

Nicely decorated lobby. Excellent customer service! Disappointed there isn't a complimentary breakfast and the quality of the breakfast isn't worth what you pay for it. Hotel is well maintained. Room was okay, not the best. Room was small and seemed crowded. It was clean, just didn't seem up to Hilton standards. Furniture was old and dated. Beds were okay on comfort. Bathroom is very small, one person in there at a time. Would stay again bc overall okay hotel.

The staff were amazing and gave us great service throughout. From the start of our stay to the very end we were made to feel very welcome. The rooms were nice and room service was great. Strongly recommend to anyone in town visiting.

The room had a musky smell. And the air condition did not cool down the room. Left my fit band and called back 3 hours later and was told housekeeping didn’t turn the fit band in. I hope housekeeping enjoys my fit band. I won’t stay here again.

Had fun. Kids enjoyed the pool. Its smaller than we thought it would be. Front desk was very accommodating for us and having a pregnant wife.

My kids and I had a great time here. Everyone is so friendly. Our favorite was Dion at the front desk! The room was clean and the pool was great! Amazing breakfast! We will come again!

No complaints at all the room was very clean and the pool was perfect nice and warm my boys loved and my husband and me loved the relaxation. From the service from the restaurant to checking out was the best we've experienced in a long while can't wait to go back.

I absolutely love this hotel. I travel to Lafayette for business several times a year and the Hilton Garden Inn is my place of choice to stay. The staff is always so friendly and the rooms are super clean.

Booked a two bed room and only got a single bed for 5 people. They acknowledged it and said they were booked and offered nothing. Said we could find another hotel if we wanted.

Clean lobby. Room was neat and clean! Great breakfast! Front desk employee, Taylor, was very friendly and helpful!

I visited for a week here. In room 501. It has a great view of the Cajun Dome. The staff had a list of recomendations and all were great. The food places within a 5 mile radius are next to none identical to any place on earth. I had no disturbances while sleeping. Never the first issue. The breakfast employess are so nice and friendly and will smile so much it makes your day start better. Thanks Hilton Garden for the best stay anywhere… Ever.

Gym is nice and well kept. Room was good until I noticed trash left behind under the bed from prior guest (3 prescription bottles) Reported to front desk. He apologized. Breakfast was good and service at breakfast good as well. Probably will not return to this location due to room issue, however I will say that I prefer Hilton/Hampton inns and this is the first time this has happened. Update: management came through and credited my account. Thanks Hilton!

Hotel location was easy to find. 1 king bedroom suite was OK — Your typical Hilton Garden Inn suite, nothing too fancy. Stayed here for 3 nights and the staff was friendly and helpful. Updated and modern lobby gives a great first impression. Probably the best Hilton Garden Inn I've stayed at. Room was clean. The AC actually worked like it should. Only complaint is how long it takes for the water in the shower to get hot (I was on the 2nd floor). Thanks for the hospitality — I'll be back.

Super clean. Super nice lobby. Great breakfast. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Closest hotel to the Cajun Done and Cajun Field. Easy access.

Have enjoyed the stay here for pass 3 days. Allgood thingsscome to and end tho and have to checkout and leave today but I would recommend this place to anyone needing a place to stay for night or several nights or to just get away. Pll are friendly, service is good and great location. Felt right at home.

Clean! Great Staff! I liked the large table in the lobby-great for computer work in between clients. Breakfast was good too!

Hotel was okay. We had to get our room changed at first, second room was better. However the next morning the coffee pot didn't work! Overall it was an okay visit.

Best cooks are here and very clean and professional. I enjoy stopping by to chat with my sister and buy the afternoon special. Green beans are flavorful and great portioned on even to GO orders or to relax to get away from my hustle. Yes, I love my sister, Dana, the best hotel GM. A must stay, of course. Thank you!

Housekeeping made it a painful stay. Good location if you're attending an event at the dome however it could be a rough stay. Our in-room refrigerator sounded as it was polishing rocks all night. We unplugged it and housekeeping was kind enough to plug it back in. I wish they would have focused more on vacuuming and then maybe I wouldn't have stepped on a piece of broken glass that was left as a surprise for us. After I retrieved the piece from my foot we found 4 more shards in the carpet. The front desk was kind enough to provide rubbing alcohol to try and stave off infection. I've had much better stays across town. Worth the drive.

This Hotel is amazing, the setting is great for being with family home away from home. This was actually the hotel me and my Beautiful wife decided to spend the rest of our night in after our wedding because of how comfortable and inviting the hotel is. When you walk in for the first time you are greeted with ambient light fixtures, and the modern design with vivid colors that are eye catching. The seating and breakfast area are comfy and food is great compared to most hotels I've stayed in. When you drive up to the hotel it looks like you should be paying $500 a night, but it's VERY AFFORDABLE. The customer service by far the best even when it's 3 o clock in the morning the reseptionist is polite and very helpful. The best thing about this location is that your close to the Cajun Dome and down the road you can find anything you need so don't worry about using to much gas to find something to eat or late night necessities.

We stayed there for a church point food show … we arrived and it was very clean and very pretty in lobby… rooms were very clean and well put together. Omg loved the mattress and pillows. Very comfortable. Husband did not snore very peaceful night sleep … the breakfast was on point. Very helpful and eager to serve staff … very friendly and helpful with everything!. Would love to stay again.

It's pretty decent. Not the most amazing, but nice and worth the price. It was clean, quiet, and the staff I encountered was polite. I would stay here again.

I enjoy having lunch in the restaurant. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are always fresh smelling and clean. I love the new look of the lobby area. The perfect location to stay over after an event at the Cajundome. No need to fight traffic and long lines to leave the parking lot. Located right across the street and a block from more restaurants and shopping.

We are from Laf, so it may seem odd that is review a local hotel — — we have stayed at this hotel on many occasions bc of location for events, plus the fact that the indoor pool was great for our little w/e get-away when the kids wanted sleep-overs for their birthdays! Since I'm retired now, my best friends and I frequent this hotel for their food! The soup here is the best ever! He makes the best fried chicken steak gravy that I've ever had! We found out that a few more locals eat here regularly, also… It's a diamond in the rough! We esp love it bc we can sit and eat and relax and not feel rushed out! They always make us feel at home! Most of the time we eat our soup while visiting with friends, then bring back our lunch for supper! Weekly, we get an email from them with the menu. We don't go on sandwich days; we go on Chef's cooking homemade meal days!

The service was amazing! The rooms were very nice, the pool was clean, and the staff made sure we had enough towels. Anytime we asked for anything else, there was always a smile on their face and attitude that matched it!

Friendly and personable staff. The bed was not comfortable, but copable. Clean room. No free breakfast, but cook to order omelettes. Basically what you would expect from a Hilton Garden in.

Nice room. Clean area, small but clean pool. Large and safe parking. Staff is helpful. Breakfast is not 11dollars but its really good. The person that cooks eggs/omelet/bacon/ham everyday is amazing! he makes the food just right!

The customer service was excellent! The location and decor is also very good. My only complaints are: they do not serve coffee past 11:00am. Afterwards, they charge $2.75 for a cup from their Keurig. Coffee is cheaper from Starbucks! I also would not go to this location if you need table space in the lobby. They have a single very large table in a side room, but almost no other spot to set a laptop — since the right half of the lobby is for guests of their grill restaurant. If you do order from the grill, do not get the burger! It was very overdone and the flavors were off. Their Red Snapper Fish dinner was great, however!

The staff at the front desk and restaurant are very happy and helpful. The restaurant for lunch had dry chicken on my salad. For dinner the chicken fettuccine was delicious and a great big portion. For breakfast the eggs cooked to order were perfect but the potatoes were old, they tasted stale and I love breakfast potatoes. My bedspread was noticeably dirty not just stained. All and all I would stay here again but there are some things that need attention.
