My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The staff seemed unresponsive, and the facilities were lacking. The room atmosphere was less than ideal, and frequent electricity issues, especially after 3 pm, made the experience frustrating. The limited availability of staff during crucial hours added to the inconvenience. The breakfast, though served daily, lacked variety and was only okay. Overall, a subpar experience with room for improvement in various aspects.

Cannot thank enough for a beautiful staff like Simona. She was lovely and helpful to customers. I read couple of bad reviews on Google and felt bad about securing my stay here. But — I went and stayed for 4 days here. It was amazing. If you go in off peak as well — they serve food. Staff is always there. Simona helped us with celebrating our birthday and anniversaries in with comfortable stay and mind blowing view of Caldera. Do not just look at bad reviews please be nice to staff and they will be nice to you. Beds were comfortable, big bathrooms and most importantly view — this is what you are paying for. No doubt expensive but if in Santorini this place is superb.

We stayed here for 5D4N in the early December. The weather is very nice and sunny except the last 2 days was a bit windy. The room is clean, view is excellent. Very good service & hospitality. Breakfast was excellent and tasty. The place is easily accessible. Definitely recommend! :)

It's so beautiful here, what an amazing view. The little Jacuzzi outfront is just lovely and much needed after a day of traveling from the USA. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The prices are good and the rooms are very unique.

I was not in Hotel, but Cliff Bar is a Tourist Trap! Overprised, lazy Staff… waiting Time for one Burger 50 Minutes, Foot quality extrem bad! Cheeky Staff. No more!

The place is very nice which will really give you the relaxing Santorini feels. Host and crew are very accommodating and approachable. 💯 would definitely recommend to my friends and family!

Terrible customer service! Our flights have been cancelled with no other way of flying to santorini-we have proof of this! We have asked for a date change and this company have point blank refused! Avoid at all costs! Never would I recommend this company or hotel or never would I ever book to return when we can! Our other accommodation cavoo tagoo (check it out it’s amazing) changed the date for us! Terrible hotel and terrible empathy for their customers! Have filed a complaint and credit card chargeback.
This is not the way to run a business.

Beautiful breathtaking view. But the appetite also unfortunately … Warm welcome, very good cocktails… but to eat… Overcooked, no seasonings In short… Very disappointed. Given the standing and the prices, we expected real Greek cuisine… Thanks anyway to the waitress and the young man for the cocktails that were adorable.

Ordered the chicken ‘rap’ and and it was crap.

Unbelievable view to watch the sunset, however unfortunately you cannot eat the view. Ordered the cheeseburger for €13 and what came was a cookie sized burger patty in two huge buns, accompanied with approximately 5 chips. Beer was €6 and was smaller than an average bottle. Overpriced and would not recommend.

The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful, the rooms were immaculate and cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels, the views were incredible and the hot tub was just right, even at night. We loved our stay and the staff were always happy to accommodate to our needs. Definitely recommend!

Unbelievable view in the heart of Santorini.

Catastrophic. The view is the only service respected for 200 euros a night. Unpleasant staff, lukewarm hot tub, even Airbnb did not agree with the manager to compensate us. What a disappointment, what a waste of money. Go your way.

I went with my wife and two kids for a drink at the Cafe Bar One to watch the sunset. We ordered homemade smoothies and Virgin Morito.
The “Homemade” smoothies were just a mix of industrial fruit juice coming from bricks and milk. When I made the remark to the server that there was no fruits in his smoothies he did not listen to me at all, continuing to do his stuff.
For the Virgin Morito it was one slice of lemon, 2 leafs of mint in a glass of water.
In other words 26€ for the worst drink I ever had.

This place was amazing the location the service and overall everything he jacuzzi on the balcony was amazing I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were very helpful everything is open all hours of the night in the summer not the winter you can walk out at midnight to go have a drink and get food this hotel was in a perfect location. The rooftop restaurant was amazing we well. Save yourself the headache and go here great shower hot water and water pressure was amazing.

The worst room of our entire stay in Santorini. We booked a standard suite with inside jacuzzi looking at the pictures on the various website but they have not posted the real picture of the room that was given to us. The room does not have a single window and is very dark and depressing. The jacuzzi is at the back of the room in a small cave with restaurants on the top and smells like hell. Could even dip my feet let alone use it. The terrace is badly maintained and shared with three more rooms and not maintained. The room had some vibrations from the music played in the next door club. Please book the place at your own risk.

Rooms have breathtaking views and the location is very central to a number of good restaurants. However, the price of the rooms is a bit pricy. The rooms also come with free all-you-can-eat breakfasts, which is a great start to your day.

We went for breakfast, ordered one each, had to wait till all the clients were gone (even the ones that arrived after us), repeated multiple times our order, to finally got what I would call a mediocre plate : under cooked bacon, over cooked fried eggs, a small slice of cheese and cabbage with balsamic vinegar. In the end they tried to charge us for the coffee that was included in the breakfast. However in the mix up we got free bread. Would not recommend.

Me and my wife have stayed at “On the Cliff” hotel for a week. We have really enjoyed the stay. The room had a caldera view with beautiful sun sets. The complimentary breakfast was delightful and brought to the room every morning. The staff was most accommodating, especially Karim, who was helpful with everything. There is free parking near high school if you rent a car. The hotel is close to shopping and dining areas of Fira.

Excellent location. The breakfast service was also very good. Only drawback would be that the jacuzzi was not nearly as hot as it should have been.

Probably the best place to stay in Santorini. Views are breathtaking, hot outdoor bathtub with jets, absolutely great service by owner Matthews and the team. Spacious rooms and great breakfast served just for us since we were pure veg.
