Nice, clean accommodation. Breakfast was brought to the room and was the best we had in Santorini. The stairs down to the room are steep, and you have to carry your luggage yourself. More of a mom and pop operation. We couldn't always find the staff when we had questions, and there was no answer when we called looking for directions.

Midway through our stay here and we are absolutely loving it, the view still takes our breath away every morning and every sunset. Stunning room which is made up and cleaned every day. Delicious breakfast which will leave you not needing any lunch as it’s huge, just call 30 mins before you would like it and pick from 6 options. Amazing! Staff are lovely and very attentive, always happy to help. We are in love with this place and if we come back to Santorini would stay here again for the awesome value for money and that it’s has everything we wanted and more. A private hot tub overlooking that view, just wow!

The top room is very noisy from the reception area above it, the cleaning room next to it, and from the nearby restaurant. The hotel did not offer a different room or any compansation after complaining it was very inconvenient. We were waking up every day at 8:15 from all of the noise around that room. Plus the bath had a clogged drain and bathing was disgusting and again, the hotel did not do a thing about it. Other than that, the location and view are extremely good.

We had stayed at Modernity suites from 14th to 15th of June 2016. Very comfortable rooms, polite stuff, cute jacuzzi very delicious breakfast. And of course amazing view to caldera. Recommend this hotel!

Highly recommended. I love the hospitality of GM and the staffs. Our room is clean and tidy, breakfast as expected is delicious and have a lot of choices. Stunning view from our private balcony with private hot tub. Love it❤️. I can't see any negative from modernity suites, as the word itself, it's all modern here, from facilities all the way to the staffs. I will be back in santorini and I will choose this again.
