Staff are friendly. Don’t expect much from their breakfast. Not a beachfront property but in walking distance to a small beach.

Crete is an amazing holiday destination, with the lovely beaches and crystal clear water! We stayed at the Floral hotel, which was a very good choice. We arrived a couple of hours before check in time and they let us leave our luggage at the reception while we went to the beach (which is at 5 min walk)! While staying there we bought a huge inflatable flamingo for the pool and the owners were extremely lovely to let us keep it at the hotel! When we got into our room, we were delighted to see the huge king sized bed which was very comfortable and the sheets felt super clean! The room is equipped with a small fridge with freezer where you can store some of your food or water. There is also a hairdryer and a safe. Of course the most important thing is the air conditioning which works perfectly! The room and the bathroom were extremely clean and everyday made up with care! The staff left us the first day a bottle of local white wine, a fruit plate and a post card with a cute message on it which felt very hospitable. Needless to say, our stay had been amazing! At night after dinner, Stefan was waiting for us with the latest updates on the World Cup, a glass of raki with a bunch of nuts and a good talk including attraction recommendations! Super friendly! The breakfast was included in our booking and it was a continental buffet with everything you need to get your day started!

Love this hotel! It is just off the main strip so great for nightlife lovers but you don't hear too much noise when you're in bed. The hotel is clean and well maintained with room service every morning. Spotless every day! Breakfast is good and served until 9.30 so not too early if you had a late night! The pool is a good size. Beautiful view of the mountain and you can see the sea from the balcony. 5 minute walk to the rocky beaches. That's the only thing that let it down but in Crete, most of them are! There is a nice bar with a great barman! Stefano does a mean cocktail! All the staff are really friendly and accommodating! Antonis and Isabella are lovely! And will give you all the information you need to enjoy a great stay! Central location for some good restaurants but if you can, get a car and go explore! Can't fault the hotel! Excellent.

Small, family-run hotel. Rooms are very clean, the service is top. The hotel is very centrally located, but is still very quiet.

Very nice hotel, close to the sea. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Pleasant was a gift from the hotel's vision for the next day as settled. The breakfast was very good. I would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel for those who do not sit all the holidays in the room! Hospitable hosts, will show, tell, cheers up communication with such people! Yes, noisy, but the city is noisy everywhere. It was a pity to leave. I'll be back again.

Good hotel for the money, clean rooms and good room service. The semi-basement rooms have great terraces, but there's too much noise in the night generated by all the cars and motor scooters on the street. They should improve the breakfast options, we ate the same thing over and over again for 7 days. The receptionist on the night shift is not very friendly. There's also a pool, but we haven't used it. No parking space.

Great hotel, with excellent location, excellent staff, pool, and very nice and comfortable rooms. I just don't give 5 stars because of the breakfast, as it is very very simple. I wouldn't mind paying extra for a better breakfast option at the hotel.

The most amazing honeymoon thanks to the beautiful Floral hotel and fantastic staff who simply could not have made us more welcome… would highly recommend it for families and couples alike. Thankyouuu xx.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff/owners who are so helpful it's really made our holiday very enjoyable! Without a doubt one of the cleanest and best value hotels we have ever visited… and we are now booking two rooms for next year already!

I enjoyed my stay at the Floral hotel very much. Especially the warmly and very friendly atmosphere to which the helpful owners and staff of the hotel contributes everyday. If you go there you will feel like at home. Very cleaned beautiful room, pleasant quiet terrace with pool with view on olive trees to relax. You can enjoy relaxed evenings in a great ambiance at the bar or on the front terrace due to the very friendly and professsional way of the barman Stephano.
The location is very good in a more quiet street and at the same time very near to the beach and the shops.
