Breakfast buffet has everything you need. Dinner buffet: everything tastes delicious. Super friendly, great staff.
Pool is enriched with fresh, cold water in the evening, so it is nice and cool during the day.
Rooms are nicely decorated, mattresses very good hard, good pillows.
Air conditioning outside a bit noisy.
It's in the middle of the city, but you only notice something when you go outside.
Beach quickly reached at 200m. Promenade Miles long and beautiful.

The hotel is very well located, tastefully decorated and clean. The staff are very friendly smiling and available.
The food is varied fresh, nothing to say. The place to get there is very pleasant with pool views.
We really enjoyed our stay.
I really recommend.

Food was very good. Staff very friendly. What else can be said… About the cleaning room every 2 days, is not a pblm but love every day because it is summer. Thank you for everything ❤️

We stopped by for a drink and something to eat in the afternoon. They were quick to take the order but it took a long time to serve the food. We ordered four small dishes. Fried squid, an omelet, Caesar salad and a brochutto. They were served two by two with a 15 minute interval. For the omelet they took 40 minutes to serve l after ordering.
Quality was good but overpriced. We were they only quests ordering so the waiting time had nothing to do with a busy kitchen.
Music was is bit loud and distracting as well.
Will not go here again.

Great property near the center where there are supermarket bars restaurants and beaches very close to you to walk to… Clean hotel tidy and with very nice and attentive room staff… the guys at the front desk ready to help you with anything… varied food always different things and quality cuisine typical of the place and not from starter to fruit and sweets all good
We reached the Hotel with the scheduled buses was easy. At the airport there is a small wooden banner with schedules and an employee available to give directions for transportation … a beautiful holiday in Crete to return because the island is big and in 6 days you can not see everything … ah I forgot a stop from Pich pit is must the best pita gyros I have ever eaten … Hotel recommended beach and local evening absolutely to see PALM BEACH all nice life by day and night … umbrella and two 6th sunbeds all day… CREATA JULY 2019 couple's stay.

I spent 2 wonderful days at this hotel. She's beautiful, tiny, clean and friendly, very kind. Surely, I'll be back.

We had the best stay at this hotel. It is beautiful, has big, modern and clean rooms. The staff was great, the food was various, meals were reach, we tried new local tastes. It is about 200 metres by sea. Great hotel!

Great hotel, the staff is really nice. The pool area is not the biggest, but suits the hotel very well.

Very Nice rooms, the bed is a bit hard though, friendly personnel and great service. I was a bit disappointed with the pool and all inclusive, the pool I way smaller that I thought it would be, and the all inclusive is very limited.

Great hotel, with very nice employees. Me (age 17) and my friend (age 18) were welcomed very well at night. We didn't have to give a deposit, which would have been 200€ per person, or pay for the airconditioning. The All-inclusive buffet was delicious, the breakfast was only a bit early for us. The swimmingpool had more than enough beachchairs for the guests. The guys that served us at the bar were also nice towards us and other guests. It was nice that they broadcasted soccer games and the Formula 1 in the weekend. The hotel is between the barstrip and Star Beach in and you're in both places within 15 minutes of walking, so no need to rent a car or a scooter. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and if I would go to Crete again I would go here again.

Nice rooms and staff. Relaxing area and very good view. Good place and nice clean interior.

Emanuel the manager is very kind. He fixed every problem we had and always wanted to help. Maria also was kind and she recommended us about trips in hersonissos. The hotel is good, the rooms are big but the elevetor is very small. The food is fine. We had some problems with the air Conditioner but the hotel team fixed it all.

I want to recommend very good hotel in hersonissos Crete.
The hotel located 5 min from the beach and all shopping and night life.
The hotel stuff are very nice and friendly, very nice pool, big room with balcony.
