Basically all of it. it's located in a perfect area close to the shops, restaurants, bars, and it's perfect for families.

Great friendly staff, really comfortable clean room. Great service. I would highly recommend it.

Lovely family run hotel. Not too large or too small. Beautiful location 2 mins from the beach. Super friendly staff, after a couple of days they remembered your name & what you like to drink. Pool area is lovely, just big enough for all guests. Food is varied & caters for all nationalities. All in all caters for families or couples, rooms are nice & cleaned daily. Would definitely recommend & hope to return 1 day 5

My mum has been visiting for 20 years and manolis and family provide a fantastic service the rooms are well equipped and the apartment block is fantastic with its own pool, great food, exceptional cleaning service, lovely bar area and great location, Blue Aegean very highly recommended. I stayed here many years ago when my son was 10, and it was the best holiday I ever had. Manolis was an absolute gem. Always said that I’d go back, but haven’t managed that… yet. The food they provide is also amazing and couldn’t fault it.

Well the first night we arrived, it was very wet never seen rain like it, but we were greeted on arrival very happy friendly receptionist at the front desk on arrival we were given 2 free 15 minute complimentary massage
. Eventually when the rain stopped we were showed to our room, we stayed in room 13 poolside view where you get great sun all day, triple room (which was quite modern and very nice) the patio on the room outside you can get sun all day there too just situated opposite the pool if you want great sun all day stay in room 13.
After we arrived and checked in we had dinner on the first night of was ok but we came on the near enough finishing off dinner, after a couple of drinks they knew what we wanted (Antonio) works on the bar and he is also the owner of The hotel very friendly, accomadating and you dont always have to go to the bar sometimes you get staff coming round mainly at lunch and dinner asking if you want drinks and if they know what you want you dont have to ask. There is a bit to do whilst in gouves just about 5 miniute walk up the road The church oh constantinos very lovely, the sea is crystal clear beach isnt far from the hotel at all, great restaurants but we only visited Liminaki's restaurant very nice food we had a Gyros sandwich and a rainbow cocktail, very nice good prices too after that we was bought ice cream and raki and we thought you would have to pay but you did not have to for two meals two cocktails was only.

Lovely friendly place with lovely rooms.

We were at the beginning of September for a week. The staff is really super friendly and fast, and you will be fully supported. The food, the Buffet and the drinks were really great. We would have eaten loved one for hours all these Goodies ;)
Negative: The room ran under the "Junior Suite ". There were 2 large rooms with a small kitchen and a bathroom. It was all clean, but absolutely in need of Renovation, as everything was so good 30-40 years of age. The bed was comfortable, but the bathroom had an old tub with a shower curtain. I don't want to know, who had to stick this curtain before his body. Unfortunately, you will have mitgeduscht without the curtain the entire bathroom. The wash basin, including mirror also looked unappetizing, not because it is dirty, but everything was tapped. We were on the first night of the trip, so that we are totally fallen flat to the bed. The bed was of the whole Suite is the best. We would have a changed loved one in the room, but we were afraid to get a worse bed. The other smelled, the air conditioning part pretty stale. If you like us, actually only for showers and sleeping in the same room and not on luxury, you can stay there quite. The beach opposite the Hotel has no SANDY beach, as it is in the offer. In addition, he is quite close to the water, so one is actually forced to rent Beds. It is recommended in any case, water shoes.

Well-located, small, friendly hotel with hard-working staff. Excellent choice of high-quality food. Apartments clean and towels/bedding changed regularly.

From the first second, we were adopted by a family! The entire staff, without exception, is very friendly. Child-friendliness is here very high! The food is very high, no matter what it is, it tastes and it's all fresh. I can recommend the Hotel and the surrounding area to 100% further. I've never been in a Hotel where everything had to fit. Clear 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ of me. Thanks to all of you, keep it up!

The team here have absolutely made our holiday! Brilliant atmosphere! Great entertainment evenings. Great food! Bar not too pricey either (we went half board)! Just all round wonderful! Lovely area too. If you want a relaxed, peaceful holiday this is the spot to be in! 2minute walk to the beach, if that! Locals all very helpful and knowledgeable. I literally have nothing bad to report! Fantastic! Loving every minute! ☺️

My wife and our two small children stayed for two weeks last October, we had a great time and are returning again in June.
My advise, don’t listen to the bad reviews, there isn’t any!

We were the second time in this beautiful Hotel, we can highly recommend. The staff, the Service, the rooms and the fantastic food is just super good. We are already looking forward to next year when we can again spend our holiday.

A perfect location to relax or base yourself to explore. 50m from beach and various tavernas, bars, shops. But not excessivly busy with people and neon lights! Hotel offers 'all inclusive option', providing a very tasty variety of food & drink. All staff friendly and helpful. Manolis & his team are great Rooms are clean and well maintained. With 70ish rooms the hotel doesn't feel crowded when full. Our family of 4 will definately return. In fact, other family members have already booked to visit later this month.

It's a nice hotel. The staff are kind.

Food was good but never hot. Staff friendly. Very clean. The boss had 4 dogs there 3 of which were puppies. Yapping and barking through the night. Not up to a 4 star rating.

Very average hotel, food of very poor quality, authoritarian reception, dirty soil, furniture, good bedding, nice pool, good location for those who wish to be close to the airport but so noisy.

We were looking for a half board hotel with a large room and this all inclusive hotel was coming out in the first.
What a nice surprise!
The room really very large (51m2, 2 separate rooms for parents and children and that of the parents was very large with a large bed and also had a fridge) very clean too. Cleaning done every day, towels changed every other day.
Staff very very welcoming, friendly, a nice meal in the form of buffet, hearty, very good, lots of choice and never the same (we stayed 7 days, we never ate twice the same thing! )
Anyway, I recommend without hesitation!

We stayed in October in this great hotel. The rooms were very nicely decorated and clean. The food was very classy and the area fantastic. In October we are back and looking forward to the family and very friendly staff.

Very good stay, but to review the restoration. Especially improved the menus offered and review them with guides the guided tours, very well the safari but the void the guided tour of Heraklion. A big thanks to the Safari Wesle Guide, very nice with his co-driver.

We have stayed here over the last 9 days and the hotel is amazing caters to everyone's needs, especially food wise. The staff are also amazing can't be any more helpful. The barman Antonio is one of the best barmen we have came across he's always laughing, dancing and singing lol and you are never without a drink. Would recommend this to anyone especially couples and people with young families as it's a family orientated hotel. We will defo be back thanks guys!

We spent 10 days at this hotel with our family. We came here with a 1 year old baby basically because of all the positive reviews regarding baby treatments. And we were not disappointed. Plenty of baby chairs, staff is always talking to our child, so much positivity in the air. Rooms are clean, food is delicious and different every evening, evening programs are always entertaining. In general, everything was perfect. I would come to this place again if we visited Crete once more. In short: Recommend.

Family friendly, not good if you want peace and quiet, babies screaming all day and night. Walls in rooms very thin, it's as if they are in the room with you. Food not bad, some days better than others. Beds dreadful, very hard. Wonderful if you like hard beds. I asked for a mattress topper and it was delivered very quickly. All in all a nice place to stay, nothing much to do in the evening, no shops, but if you want a chill out holiday then this is the place to be.

Absolutely fantastic place for a holiday. The staff are fantastic. They speak french, german, english. The food is amazing, they have a massive selection of food from all over Europe. I can not praise the staff enough, we had an amazing holiday here. We stayed for one week and had the all inclusive option. Cost €700 for return flights, car hire, all inclusive food, drinks and alcohol for a week. Can not wait to return.

Good family hotel! Ideal for families with young children! Very tasty cuisine, with themed days across countries.

In General a good budget hotel. Really 50 meters from the sea and a small beach, very good food (the surrounding beach-tourist restaurants do not drastically better), very friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and relatively quiet: after 23 hours, all the night life stops. But the hotel is not brand-new: plumbing has been worn out, the fridge in the rooms is also not the first year went, TVs configured a few channels (in Russian we only had two). The package "all inclusive" means only non-alcoholic drinks (except fresh juices) in a single bar, ice cream from 15 to 16 hours there and some useless snacks. And the town itself is such that to go nowhere. Around several restaurants, a couple of shops (groceries, beach accessories, typical Souvenirs). Who needs shopping and hustle – you are not here. However, the capital of the island (Heraklion) only half an hour away by bus (2.5 euros) or 15 minutes by taxi (about 30 euros). There you can take the typical tourist route (2-3 hours) through the port and the old fortress on the local "Arbat" (street of 25 August). A short drive away there are larger and more "tazovye" towns (Malia, Anissaras). Gouves for those who came to bask in the sun and swim with young children. But since it's Krit, don't forget to go to the Lassithi plateau (an hour away), better in a rental car, either by purchasing a tour to the nearby shop tours:.

We have been here for a week. And we are definitely sad to leave. Out of all the hotels we have stayed around the world this has to be one of the best. The service is the best we have ever received. We had the all inclusive and the food was amazing. So much to choose from and everything made fresh. The staff couldnt do anything more for us. We was offered drinks while we checked in. Drinks was always brought over to us rooms cleaned everyday. I cant say enough how great the service was. We got better service here than some of the 5☆ hotels we have stayed at in london. The pool is lovely and clean. Cant recommend it enough. We will definitely be back. Thankyou Blue Aegean for a wonderful time. C ya soon.

Wonderful place. Cannot say enough about how brilliant the staff are (especially "Lady", as my son calls her, behind reception and Moustache bloke, who never has a day off). Very laid back atmosphere. Not a lot to do so it's best for a nice sun holiday where you want to relax. Food was lovely and even though there were some unusual options there was always something decent to eat. Not enough Gyros! Not a place to go if you want an action holiday. Definitely a place to go to sit in the sun and relax.

The family run business is absolutely lovely. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Look at my review on trip advisor.

Had a rest in this hotel with 10 on May 18, 2016 at everything: spacious suite with two bedrooms and bathrooms, excellent and varied food, friendly staff, 50 metres from the sea, the beach is sandy. Highly recommend that you choose this hotel for a relaxing holiday.

I have not stayed in this hotel, but I would like to stay there. Thanks to mr. Manolis for quik help. He is great man, and I appreciated his help. Sorry we have no possibilities to meet him, but I am sure we will in future. Dear mr. Manolis, thanks a lot for your help!
