Well the first night we arrived, it was very wet never seen rain like it, but we were greeted on arrival very happy friendly receptionist at the front desk on arrival we were given 2 free 15 minute complimentary massage.

Eventually when the rain stopped we were showed to our room, we stayed in room 13 poolside view where you get great sun all day, triple room (which was quite modern and very nice) the patio on the room outside you can get sun all day there too just situated opposite the pool if you want great sun all day stay in room 13.
After we arrived and checked in we had dinner on the first night of was ok but we came on the near enough finishing off dinner, after a couple of drinks they knew what we wanted (Antonio) works on the bar and he is also the owner of The hotel very friendly, accomadating and you dont always have to go to the bar sometimes you get staff coming round mainly at lunch and dinner asking if you want drinks and if they know what you want you dont have to ask. There is a bit to do whilst in gouves just about 5 miniute walk up the road The church oh constantinos very lovely, the sea is crystal clear beach isnt far from the hotel at all, great restaurants but we only visited Liminaki's restaurant very nice food we had a Gyros sandwich and a rainbow cocktail, very nice good prices too after that we was bought ice cream and raki and we thought you would have to pay but you did not have to for two meals two cocktails was only. Abot €25 not bad at all, the bakery center is about 10-15 min walk from hotel nice greek coffee and huge donuts and croissants, well worth the visit… if you get bored of just sunning yourself go for a walk in the sun explore, there is a games room downstairs etc but we did not use it… Lovely breakfast.

Lunch very nice pizza was.
Dinner we enjoyed too.
We enjoyed the entertainment especially the greek Dancing and the trumpet player on monday… This was our first visit to Gouves in crete at the Blue aegean aparthotel & suites and we loved our visit met some lovely people,
All in all the staff were very friendly, attentive and caring, could not fault them at all thank you so much (Antonio) and all the staff for your great attentiveness and thanks for the lovely stay.
