Good hotel near Dortmund HBF. Breakfast like you would expect.

Location, staff, every things is wonderful!

Beware of room 501! This is right next to the elevator Technology of 1957. Sleep is only to be thought of when no guest is using the elevator. Breakfast with too much packed and sweet stuff. Unsweetened cereal and more: false indication. Would hate to come back.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The best hotel in Dortmund and I say that because I certainly reckoned when you put everything together for a total of three weeks there was.

It sounded like the engine from the elevator was in my room. A unvermietbares room. On departure, someone didn't even ask if everything was OK…

Booking is straightforward and easy. No problems. Room is clean. There are plenty of sockets. Equipment murderers and cared for. Only the bathroom door did not close properly.

Lads trip to Dortmund for the football. Great hotel to stay in, close to train station, shops and town center. Football museum opposite well worth a visit. Rooms were clean and well presented. Powerful shower. Comfy beds although douvet was a bit on the small side. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very nice rooms and friendly staff can only recommend it to others.

Absolute Nogo!
Any event at the Football Museum which had the volume of a concert! When I complained at the reception at 02:00 a. M. I had to 1üx ring until someone came, so much on the subject 24h occupied!
And then you get to the answer is only today this event, so in the way you have to stop accepting a night without sleep, and that for €113 the night, absolute impudence! That was the first and last time!

Hotel meant please book online, online booking carried out, hotel confirmed — no cancellation possible, on the part of the guest.
Staff arrival in the evening at the hotel thinks reception we are now booked. Go to the hotel behind it costs only €24 more per night. We can't do anything now!
