Very centrally located. Relatively modern. Clean except for the flooring, which should be replaced. Friendly staff. Overall good.

Very nice hotel conveniently located close to the inner city and all the landmarks of Dortmund. Great breakfast with many options, with international and local flavors. The hotel has its parking, it is quite small however and I believe it gets busy sometimes. Not all rooms have direct access to elevator, so ask at the reception which one you get.

Clearly the best hotel in Dortmund, I was there for the Pokémon safari zone and the hospitality is just top notch. I couldn't ask for anything more. Its just perfect.

Have been there as part of a wedding. The hotel is located in the middle of the centre, therefore very tense parking situation. The celebrations cover several areas. The large hall was quite dark, but otherwise nicely furnished. The food was super tasty and rich. Afterwards we went to the conservatory and outdoor area, where the celebration took place. Everything very modern and friendly designed. The staff was quick and competent. Was very nice!

Food is good, rooms are okay, but not necessarily clean, just the floor you can see its age. For the size of the hotel, the parking lot is quite small, alternatives are public parking spaces or a parking garage around the corner. Otherwise, the kitchen is good and the staff very friendly.

Fantastic location, friendly staff. Room a good size and clean. A cozy bar but bit quiet on our visit.

Poor reception, decent rooms but that carpet is just to be eliminated!

Was there professionally. Visually top and very well maintained. Service and staff great. Food was very good. Recommended.

Quality is just like that. At the day seminar the service was left to be desired.

On 9.4 — 11.4 First they gave me the wrong room Fullsize bed… instead of the queen size bed to the new room it would be a world trip (and with Atrose in the knee).
The Queen room was occupied by the bathtub and windows with mold, at the Badewannenamatur lacked the grout room cleaning was good.
The staff at the reception (black hair, pretty but no more) woe to you complaining what then you get the next penalty.
Tried to book a wake-up service by phone… if they saw my phone number? In any case, no one went to the Telfon.
was just plainly deceiving.

Some rooms still have the charm of the 70s, a modernization would do very well. Otherwise very satisfied during the stay. Very good central location.

The hotel itself is nice, friendly staff and clean rooms. The breakfast buffet selection is good. But avoid the rooms facing the “Kleppingstrasse”! It’s one of the main entrance roads to the inner city and lots of folks walking by are noisy (some seem to be drunk) and the kids roll by with the car stereo on max. Volume. The bar/restaurant facing the hotel on the other side of the road is a huge source of noise. People stand outside smoking and they are not quiet. That’s the main reason for the 3 stars, I had issues finding a good night sleep here and my colleagues too. The picture was taken out of the window Sunday morning when it was quiet, I forgot to take one the night before. The was lots of party on the street.

None or Insufficient parking facilities. €20 for a few house parking spaces. Alternatively, a parking garage €15 for the night. Young nice staff without enough experience. Breakfast… you can eat it… more unfortunately neither. Despite the non-smoking rooms It is very good for cigarette smoke.

I stayed there for business and the hotel in itself is nice the rooms are unfortunately some of the years come and it is extremely noisy at night. The food at the hotel was good.

Very nice clean hotel. Extremely central, just a few minutes walk from Stadgarten light railway station, and close to some nice restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

The rooms are tidy.

Even my room was somehow in the labyrinth of hugely hotel, the comfort of room was maximum! The internet connection very good! The heating not very well during the winter time, with strongly winds how we're last week, but in any case in rest, almost perfect! Very good continental breakfast and kind personal! I will come back!

Nice property in the city centre walkable from train station. On-site paid parking is available. Staff is friendly and helpful. I stayed in this hotel on business trip for a week. Buffet breakfast has options for vegetarian diet which is quite nice. Watching sunrise from my 4th floor room was quite beautiful.

I was on business for one night at the Mercure Dortmund Centrum. At checkin, breakfast and checkout, the staff consistently shone with high professionalism and genuine friendliness. The hotel itself has a nice décor, but the rooms have come a little bit in the years. I slept very well, my room and the whole facility were very clean. Next to the hotel there is a parking lot, which is however quite small. The city centre with shopping area and many restaurants, the central station and various car parks are within easy walking distance. If the opportunity arises, I will be happy to come back.

Well suited for events. The attentive staff is well prepared and accompanies the events unobtrusively in the background through the supply of food and drinks.

Nice hotel in a good location, but apparently not very well known, because since there are two Mercure in the Do city, one is generally sent to the wrong. The restaurant is top, although the refilling of the buffet leaves a bit of a time to be desired. Room I didn't book.

In general everything is ok. Everything looks new. Very good buffet breakfast. About the staff no problem always trying to help with smile. Good location near the train station, shops and restaurants.

The hotel is easy to find, but unfortunately does not provide parking space. The (very good and also promoted clearly) alternative is a large public parking lot 2 minutes away. Our room was a little bit outdated but very large, overall nice and clean. We had a suite with a sofa-bed and a 2-sleeper, and plenty of space. Staff was very helpful and provided tips about how to go to Signal Uda park. We had a good experience and a good weekend.

Second visit and once again a perfectly clean and comfortable privilege room. The reception is very friendly and makes you feel wellcome. The breakfast is exceptionaly good.

Very nice place. Rooms are clean which is always important to me. Excellent location to the centre. Only trouble I had wasthat I was sharing with my son and had requested a twin. We ended up sharing a queen bed and had to ask for an extra quilt (duvet) as the one supplied was not much bigger than a single.

I cannot say that anything was bad about my stay. Check-in went smooth, reception was helpful, the location of the hotel is very good (we stayed in the hotel to visit the Christmas market). I was however a bit disappointed by the room. Small and it looks like nobody took some time to try to decorate them a little bit more cheerful. I have stayed in other Mercure hotels and based on these stays I expected better. The hotel has no parking, there are different public parking lots in walking distance (really only 5mins) where you can park you car for 12€/day. Breakfast buffet was good, everything you could wish for, off course the price is on the high side but this is true for all breakfasts I have had in hotels.

Come very aged incompetent and very helpful staff. Value for money suck.

Very nice hotel, although there was only two days because I have a Seminar but had was super nice here I come again with my husband thank you for the beautiful days PS Breakfast was also great.

I drove by 2 x first in the public parking garage. Then, the bed sheet with oil stains, foot prints, and 'other' unknown stains was totally dirty. The ladies at the front desk gave me a upgrade then. TV in the bedroom was not. At the breakfast, it was first called, no breakfast was booked me — which was not correct. Then I'd only asked if I would like coffee — after my breakfast and forget. I got the coffee just before the exit of the breakfast room… I wonder if the management had holiday…

We had asked for a bath but we did not get a bath. Room Very Small. Bed was as hard as the floor. Everthing was Very clean. I missed dutch tv. No minibar. Nice staff. Good weather but no use of terras. No parking platz so 14 euro a day nearest by. Great location.

Great location, not amenities in the hotel. Single serve coffee maker but the coffee or tea pods don't get refilled.

Good location, but unfortunately no parking. Nearby parking is very expensive.
I had a single room. Chair and carpet had stains.
The joints in the bathroom was very unclean.
The bathroom had no heating, a heat lamp only.
They warmed up the bathroom not, or hardly.
The dryer dried my hair very poor (low power) and you had to blow dry while always the button hold.
The window of the room was very dirty.
The food was lukewarm and slightly seasoned. Breakfast buffet was measured too sparse on the price.
The seminar rooms were not sufficiently heated. We participants have frozen, despite on furnaces. The tables were too small. A work could barely remember.
The staff was very friendly. Overall, it was much too expensive for the performance.
I would not book.
