Loved it — as always. I've stayed there several times already and it was always a pleasure. Clean rooms, very kind and helfpul staff — and the restaurant is great. If you are here when the fiah buffet takes place — make sure to join!

In the middle of the town centre a very nice and clean hotel with helpfull personal. I can really recommend this hotel.

Good sized, comfortable room. The shower door leaked, but shower itself was lovely. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast had a good selection.

Very, very bad hotel. The Pepsi Cola without carbonic acid 0, 4 l for 5€. The Erdinger white beer has stood off after we gave it back two times the waiters became extremely unkind.
Even ordering a taxi is billed here.
Full plates from breakfast will be stopped forever by the predecessor. Rooms are also not air-conditioned.
Not recommended. Where the four stars come from is not clear to anyone here.

This central location hotel next to Düsseldorf in Hilden does not deserve its four stars. The rooms are on average, seem clean. Unfortunately, the bathroom, as seen in the photo, does not make a particularly well-groomed impression due to the dirty joints. Unfortunately, the hotel's own parking spaces are also not available, so I have been referred to a public car park. The food buffet is regularly empty and the poor supply creates waiting times at the buffet. Unfortunately, the "w-lan" is useless. Unfortunately, I have already visited significantly better hotels with fewer stars. I wonder how such a hotel gets to its stars.

Good Conference Hotel. Food was good. Rooms are climate-prioritized. Close to the City.

We stayed there over a weekend the rooms are partly quite outdated but to stay just there it's okay.
What we didn't like at all was the Sunday brunch were there with the whole family, the selection was just disappointing breakfast the standard program just and then the lunch buffet 3 dishes, all of which didn't taste good.
And that's just not recommended for the price!
You also had to search for the service all the time, for drinks etc was never asked.

Good hotel on the edge of Hilden city centre, walking distance to the old market. The hotel offers a good brunch buffet. Parking can be found behind the hotel in a private car park.

Amber Hotel is centrally located in Hilden. Nehen Decent rooms It offers good breakfast — buffet and also has a quite good restaurant.

The hotel is usual standard. Nevertheless, two points less, because first there is a lot to be offered at breakfast, but unfortunately some too long lying. Fried eggs that are warmed up so long are not good. And this is not good for sausages either.
Second, the new boots of my wife would be equipped in the shoe-shine machine with deep cracks in unfortunately. Then replace the polishing brush and cheeky answers "use at your own risk" is brazen. Even if you install the appropriate sticker afterwards. I have photos without a sticker.

In a group of 10 people we spent New Year's Eve at Amber Hotel Hilden. We were assigned a nicely laid table in the conservatory, where we sat with other nice guests in a pleasant atmosphere.
The buffet was of good quality and everything was very tasty. The service was friendly and accommodating. We all liked it.

Christmas brunch not to recommend. Cold buffet, no attention, no diversity, poor service.

I am awake at 5am writing this review before a business meeting because I could not get any sleep all night! I would pay for a better room in which I can sleep but why didn’t you tell me this was going to be a very loud, hot and stuffy room? You have completely ruined my trip because of this room and it’s noise. Yes you are in a central location but you need to invest in some proper soundproof windows. Restaurant was great and service was fine but the gentleman at reception said you are fully booked right now and cannot change rooms. I will get ready and leave, and perhaps sleep in the office for a quick nap before my meeting. What a complete joke!

I find the hotel very good, the breakfast buffet is very generous! The rooms clean and the staff very nice!

Super Hotel not far from Leverkusen with e-Mobile loading possibility in the TG I would like to come back to the only shortcoming directly on a main road and thus early a little louder with the window open.

Nice personnel. The rooms are a bit small but they are clean. Smoking rooms available. Close to the industrial area and in the center of Hilden.

Very clean with good food for dinner or breakfast. Rooms are nice, but be sure to order business room if from US otherwise it will be small. Friendly staff that speaks plenty of English.

The service was good, the rooms are not bad but there was no air conditioning and it was hot this week. Going on! I think there was a fan that though at night you can't keep it on for the noise it makes.

Room carpet very worn out and generally grubby (bad broken tiles), are old and renovated rooms. Awesome breakfast.

Nice service. Child-friendly. Eat good. Also a nice brunch offer.

To recommend, good location, close to the city for the purchases of the things which should have one but forget and an always attentive service for business travelers.
Only drawback is parking outside very limited and the broad in the hotel's own underground garage with 2, 30 m (narrow? ) A challenge to the nerves of some Einparkers ;-) provides parking spaces.
