Nice rooms, friendly people, great breakfast!

Nice almost luxury and clean hotel in the heart of Düsseldorf, close to the Japanese district. Great base for enjoying the city‘s night life. Breakfast is more than perfect! Try the riff top bar! Great view and sometimes live music!

The lack of basic things like a phone in the room takes getting used to… also the complimentary condom is terrible. Otherwise a great hotel, very modern.

Such a great Hotel! Amazing breakfast with a big selection. Comfy beds and a beautiful view (we were on level 7). Kai at the reception has been so kind and helpful as well. Definitely a big Shoutout to him:)

The hotel itself was really delightful and in a very good localisation although I think this is not acceptable that in a 4* hotel it is still possible for the hotel staff to rob a guest. Even though the hotel staff assisted me with searching the room and called the police I can still consider this a very unpleasant experience, the receptionist at the beginning did not believe me that my jewellery was stolen and was very reluctant to make the call to the police. This situation happened more than two months ago and up until this day I did not receive any message from the hotel itself nor the police, last information that I got was that two hotel employees are the suspects and investigation is undergoing. The police got log from my door and based on that they knew that there was someone in my room after the cleaning service and that someone had no business entering the room at all. There are no security cameras in the hallways and apparently anyone can get into your room without authorization which is to be honest really scary and troubling.

Very charming hotel, with a strong identity and very welcoming staff. Overall it clearly speaks to a younger audience, with lots of kinky references. The rooms and gym were in great shape, and the location is only a few blocks from the center and the main station. Price for value was a bit high for me though, so I'd consider that when visiting again.

A hotel with an unusual but interesting design. Once you get used to it you will really enjoy it. Unfortunately it's quite expensive (125+€ +18€ breakfast). Also a water kettle would be great in the room and the closet is open and too small.

In me and all I particularly like the concept of a show with different events. It has been very clean so far on every visit and the music is apart from concerts so that you can entertain yourself well. The carpet swallows a lot of other guests ' murmurs. The view over Düsseldorf is beautiful. The rooms I can't rate.

Top Clean and comfortable hotel.

I'm Often in Hotels on the road. In this Hotel I have had the most enjoyable stay for years. The price — performance ratio is super, the beds are mega comfortable and the room decorated in a modern style. I had such a restful sleep. I will definitely come back! The delicious Breakfast, one should not forget…

We had fire alarm (false alarms) at the weekend just before breakfast with the complete program: Fire brigade, police, building exit etc. The team has managed this very well in my observation — I have five stars for this.

All very fresh and modern. However, you can look at the neighbors in the shower and do it at one then also. Rather poor darkening in the room.

Hotel and the staff is super nice but the rooms seem rather narrow and packed. If you ask me I don' like open space concept where everything is connected with wooden wall (bathroom, shower, toilet and sleeping space…) The bar is ultra cool. An rooftop with great bartender and even better cocktails… Despite room size I highly recommend it.

Had a wonderful stay here and this can be attributed mostly due to the great service! the staff are very friendly and helpful and very accommodating of your needs. The rooms are of a decent size but don't have too many amenities (no water kettle that I found or tea or coffee, they don't replenish the toiletries). The location is pretty decent too; a 10 minute walk can take you to Ko or Alstad ; but not too many things to do just outside the hotel. On the whole id say its a great option!

The concert was more than Mau, food satisfying, staff attentive and the view brings a bit of city flair to the corner. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are up-to-date. Very clean and friendly staff. Well suited for small conferences and workshops. Parking spaces are available. Short distances to the city centre. Very easy to reach by bus and train.

Quiet corner for a drink.

Nice and a good view. It misses the international class. Music is not always good. From dance to hip hop to back street boys. Cocktails are good.

Modern decoration. Your quirky but comfort and correct performances. Well placed for shopping in the centre of Düsseldorf.

I did like pretty much everything about your hotel. A clean and cool interior, nice Wi-Fi (for me personally a very important feature) and a big breakfast buffet to start the day fresh are on offer. Staff are somewhat hip and young which makes them so likeable ;) I enjoyed my stay very much overall. This place is recommendable.

Great bar at the 11th floor, quite classy! Unfortunately the restrooms are at the bottom floor and they have no beers on tap. Besides that great selection of drinks, awesome view, and quick service :-)

Rooms are nice and unique designs… however lack many basic facilities. Like a small fridge, a phone to call the reception… Be very carefully while making payment. They took the actual amount and also the security amount… After this when you go and talk to them, they reply you but with atmost reluctantance… Guys u need to be professional…

Travelling with family. Child early teen. Everything you need from a hotel. Great location, young friendly team, reasonable prices, cool rooftop bar, comfortable beds. We extended our stay.

We went to visit the bar on the 11th floor and I'm glad we did. As a cocktail enthusiasts, I'm happy to say that Kevin knows his stuff. Ask for any drink "off the menu" and he will make it. We also got a complementary Mescal tasting "On the house" and I really enjoyed the conversation with the bartender that joined us at the table. These guys really care about their customers and understand that bar management goes far beyond the basics. It goes without saying that I wish dedicated people, such as these, to move forward in this world, and thereby I recommend the bar on the 11th floor. PS: Also a nice place for a date, by the way.

We didn't stay in the hotel, but we went in the rooftop bar for a drink on Friday evening. Perfect place to relax, have a drink, and enjoy a view of Dusseldorf. The ladies serving at the bar were also very nice and friendly. Yes, and very cool DJ music.

Good location. Close to the main train station. Newly renovated in 2016 so everything new. The crews are friendly. There are many places to eat near by including nice Japanese, Korean restaurant. Famous shopping street called Königsallee is near.

Very nice and modern hotel with friendly staff and a great view from the restaurant on the 11th floor. Rooms are simple, clean, and have an Asian inspired design. Good beds, nice open showers. Free bike rental and a table tennis plate in the lobby. Reason for only 4 stars: Gym is very small, breakfast is fine but lacks the option of fried eggs, only scrambled eggs made from industry egg (not freshly scrambled). Rooms have no minibar/fridge and air conditioning works not too well, rooms get quite warm in summer.
