Perfect location directly on the Kö. Cosy rooms. Extremely accommodating, friendly staff. Large portions and excellent quality of food at Room Service. Architecturally, the Interconti, although now more than 15 years old, is still a force. Small criticism: you could work on the not perfectly working mixing battery in the shower and on the old-fashioned carpet.

Such forward thinking! We arrived late with kids. We receiced a letter with suggestions on what we can do with the kids. Entering our room the bed for the kids was already made up! Even small snacks for them to enjoy! Amazing! Delicious breakfast selection.

Excellent Hotel perfectly located in the city centre of düsseldorf on the Königsallee. A very stylish Bar with a very good Service and great Cocktails!

We spend two nights in this great hotel with perfect location with walking distance to everything. Our room was very nice. Big and a great bathroom and comfortable bed.

I am quite disappointed with this hotel. The rooms were smaller than most intercontinental that I have been to (currently gold member so I have seen a few). But what was worse was the room was extremely dusty, I was sneezing and my throat was itching the two nights that I stayed there. My check in experience was also extremely poor, there was no one asking if I needed help with my luggage or help with my car. When I am paying more than 300 euros per night, I expect to be at least to be greeted at the front of the hotel! The breakfast was good quality although selection wasn't huge, the hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location. Edit: when I was packing to check out, there safe was broken! I couldn't get my valuables and I was late for my meeting! I had to wait more than an hour in order to get my passport because even though they tried to unlock it, they had to pry it out to unlock it. I understand this was a hardware issue but the staff did nothing to address this issue. Additionally, when I checked out they even overcharged me by 500 euros! They said it was a glitch which applied 100 euros extra to each room. If I wasn't paying attention or didn't be proactive in getting the receipt, I don't think the hotel would've done anything.

A lot of Arabs, maybe a flight of some time was) ) ) in the hotel is SIXT VERY COMFORTABLE and convenient parking 30 q day.

Cleaning is good, but still by the evening a lot of dust (perhaps this is the only negative).

Top quality accomodation in a very good location. Close to to the old town and good restaurants. Facilities, food, and drinks were all of a high quality. Breakfast is vast with fresh quality produce.

A warm welcome. And given we're on top floor it is very warm. A good selection of spirits although bar man was not so warm-up try tzble service. Rooms on arrival lived up to expectations for a 5 star international hotel brand.

A very imposing hotel. Was there at an event with a panel discussion. The hall is beautifully and attractively designed and the subsequent buffet was also excellent. The service staff is really well trained and on Zack. In my view, the hotel is fully recommended.

Booked for three nights with family but kids not allowed in pool even though my Australian raised family can probably swim better and safer than most other pool users, am absolutely disappointed and disgusted, no real rational given.

Were there for Easter dinner. What can you say about Interconti? It's not better.

Nice comfortable hotel but bad nights sleep due to the 80s disco in the lobby until 130 am. Not the kind of experience I would expect in a 5 star hotel. Would not recommend or stay again or at any of the IHG group hotels as they seem to have no grasp of how to provide a quality experience. If I had wanted this type of shoddy entertainment and poor quality nights sleep I would have chosen a cheap hotel.

Very clean hotel with pleasing modern ambiance. The rooms are spacious with ample work space and clean bathroom. Very friendly and very helpful staff. The small breakdown of the allocation of a room that has not yet been cleaned has been confidently ironed out with a lot of charm, shortening the waiting time with free coffee and cakes in the lounge. The breakfast is first class but slightly overpriced, which is well suited to the luxury of the hotel. The central location rounded off the great weekend getaway.

I think it is one of the best hotels in Germany, with great room, excellent atmosphere, decent breakfast, and helping stuff. The quality of amenities (L'Occitane) and tissues (Kleenex), presence of coffee machine in the room are supporting the class. I just wish for a better choice of TV channels and a separate sound device to connect smartphone at room.

Modern hotel of the upper class, at first glance top, but with close look, the ultimate fraction to perfection is missing. E. G. In the bathroom not completely continuous silicone joints, water stains on switches. And this is everywhere. Sounds petty and it is certainly also, but the claim of the hotel lays the bar so high here.

Good hotel convenient for Dussledorf city centre and not far from the airport. Hotel is quiet, comfortable and has a good restaurant.

Fantastic hotel with splendid service, super staff and great breakfast. The rooms are great, everything's top notch! Truly 5 star hotel! So much attention to every wish of a guest. Loved the two-times-a-day room service where in the morning they clean the room, do the bed and change towels while you are on the breakfast, and then in the evening they prepare the room for the night fluffing the pillows, closing the curtains leaving you a little card with a short goodnight read about the city — new every night. That's just… Well, just as I said — fantastic.

Lobby Lounge and PÉGA restaurant are perfect places for the business traveler. Working with laptop in the Lobby Lounge is a delight thanks to the atrium roof of the building. Wifi is free for every visitor. The two course lunch for 21€ in the resturant beside; PÉGA, is perfect for business meetings as well as for couples. Well presented tasty food, no wonder the place is mentioned by Michelin.

Excellent location for a hotel in Düsseldorf, you can't really beat Konigsallee. The hotel is very modern and has a wonderfully designed reception. It's upmarket and service is great. I'd highly recommend this place, budget permitting of course!

Number 1 in Dusseldorf. This hotel is something special you must have seen and experienced it. Location 5* right in the centre; Room 5* modern and elegant; Check in 5* it is always everything prepared, one is expected and personally addressed; Club 5* great lounge, great team and service, the personal approach makes all the difference; Fitness 4* does not belong directly to the hotel is somewhat awkward but best of class; Room Service 5* high quality fast and tempting; Management 5* open feedback oriented culture; Personal 5* In a hotel of this class, the handling makes the difference, the team of the IC Düsseldorf masters this perfectly you feel at home and not like a number.

Reception and Service, unfortunately, completely overwhelmed. The categories in the travel office does not agree with the categories of rooms in the Hotels. But it seems to be a Problem of the TUI. Thus, we will not get the desired room, such as in the travel office booked. A repost or an attempt of an Upgrade on site, with co-payment was absolutely not feasible. At Breakfast the staff took care of it rather to blaspheme than to the guests. While preparing my tea, which is otherwise taken over by the Service, after 20 minutes of waiting on the service staff, I was looked at the wrong way, because I cooked my own tea myself. It was communicated to us, however, promptly at 10:30 PM, the buffet would be closed now. The Breakfast buffet is also very unhappy, divided into four great zones. So, like Easter, eyes on the vegetable juices are looking for or fresh. Last weekend was a wedding with 200 guests. From my point of view, it has made the whole hotel staff confused. Including to me. There is broken glass in the Bar. Also, the volume of the guests until late into the night, interrupting our sleep. At the time of Check out, we waited 1 hour for the Luggage… invoices issued to wrong addresses, there is not. Bills necessarily control! We chose the Hotel deliberately, after five years, again, in the hope of positive change. And Once again are very disappointed that a five star house…

Highly recommended Sixt Station in Düsseldorf! The staff is experienced and works as efficient as possible from customer's point of view, the car fleet/selection is also amazing. The central location of this Sixt station — Intercontinental Hotel / Königsallee Düsseldorf makes it easy and fast to reach from anywhere. It is also located in the most prominent/shopping district in Düsseldorf. During my last reservation, my car wasn't ready for pickup yet (had to be cleaned), so I had to wait in the hotel lobby around 10 minutes — in this case you can get a free coffee/tea from the 5-star hotel's restaurant/lobby bar, as a compensation from Sixt, which was a great idea by the way! Thanks to the Sixt team in this station.
