Nice hotel, polite staff. Clean rooms. Breakfast enough wide choice. The only shortcoming of the flight-snow, a little noisy when the plane flies over it. But you get used to it.

If your into your planes or like watching them this hotel is great as if on the right runway they pass over. Food great staff exelent 10 mins walk from airport 5 mins by 760 bus shops and other amenities near by.

Unfriendly staff, very noisy, poor breakfast, bottled water for 4€ in the rooms (with no price tag)

Close to the airport. Very good service. Although I needed to get up early the breakfast was there and the taxi with a credit card payment was on time.

Upon request, we were confirmed at check-in that breakfast is inclusive, and during breakfast we were then told that we would have to pay it separately. In addition, poorly ventilated, stuffy rooms. Cleanliness in the bathroom is also rather moderate.

A very nice hotel, close to the airport. Comfortable cleans room with a balcony. 4 of us stayed. The room had 2 bathrooms. Great continental breakfast with warm bread. Would stay again.

Super density to the fair and also relatively clean.
However, the booked rooms were all extremely different… Slanted furnishings and heating problems were quite annoying.

Hotel is clean but lacks a standard for business travellers. Hotel is simply equipped.

Very nice staff and breakfast buffet. Rooms were clean and the beds comfortable.

Staff is friendly. Single rooms in the basement are very cold, bathroom has no heating, cold water despite continuous heaters in the bathroom.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
But if you get a room around the basement you think you're in a cell. There is nothing more to do with hotel.
Therefore once and never again.

Great quality for the price. Close to the airport (around 5 mins — 8-12 euros of taxi) and the Messe. Pretty good breakfast buffet. Very spacious room. Great Wi-Fi. Just what we needed for our business trip.

Good value for money. Simple and clean room. Close proximity to the airport may be bothersome for some people (plane overhead). Congress Center Düsseldorf is a 5 minute drive away.

I had the worst travel experience ever staying in this hotel from 22 to 28 of January, although I am a repetitive guest and I come annually to attend the Boot. Everything went well food and service in general until Thursday January 25th when I found out that some of my personal items are missing. I reported the incident to the reception and I asked for the responsible person to discuss what had happened. The manager explained to me that he will investigate the matter. To cut the story short the police arrived to make a report and found out that someone had broken in the room and the door frame had some marks and they said that a criminal police will follow to wrap up the case. Everything happened from the police part except the hotel management did not even care to talk or apologize of what was proven by the police and I felt that this was a normal situation to the management and that they had already did their job and their guests was left like a log without any contact. Nothing was offered from the hotel management nor an apology was given and it seems that it was a normal attitude by the management to call the police and their part was over.

Alright for a stopover. Little cold in room but good enough for price I paid. Also good service at reception.

Friendly reception, however, my question about a second pillow led to some complications. As I remained stubborn, I then got my second pillow.
Rooms are clean and spacious, however the carpet floor is spotty and old. The bathroom is clean and functional. For one night before departure, sure OK.

Like all the hotels in the fairs period at disproportionate prices for the rooms. 250 euros for a room worth 80. Good restaurant. Free Wifi but by crap.

Location to Düsseldorf airport is very good, only 10min. Travel time. Public transport should be inquired in advance for connections, as the bus does not run 24h. The reception was friendly and went very fast. The rooms are functionally furnished and quite large. Unfortunately I only had lukewarm water for showering and the room was unheated upon entering (thermostat on *) although I had reserved in advance. Although the breakfast starts only 6:30, but I already had to go 5Uhr, something was provided for breakfast.

Large room, comfortable bed. Handy that it was close to the airport but that did mean it was very noisy. Breakfast a bit limited and the bread was stale.

As always. A hotel I like to go to. Good service and only better breakfast, you have to buy Spanish olive oil.

Good quality hotel, nice staff, very nice rooms. Beneath the flight path of the airport, but has very good acoustic isolation. Nice area in the back for barbecue.

It was OK, but the hotel is close to the airport. We are therefore awakened from 6.30 am by the noise of the planes at takeoff, and it is necessary to wait 10.30 pm (closure of the airport) to fall asleep.

Helped me out in a difficult situation when my flight was cancelled. Good German food. Rooms are fine. Fast service.

The rooms have black-out blinds and blow dryer, so small that if you want to sit at the PC at your desk beat with the Chair on the bed behind. There's even a croissant for breakfast to pay it. The hotel pretty darn close to the airport with a noise that you can imagine, but at the same time to reach it by public transport takes more than half an hour. The icing on the cake is the price, € 260 per night during the fair.

A simple, straightforward hotel at a good price! The hotel is very close to the Airport, a quick taxi or slightly longer bus trip depending on what time you have to leave. There are 2 buildings, the first has rooms facing the main road so it may be loud, I had a room facing the centre courtyard and only heard the road with an open window. The rooms are simple with nothing extravagant. Perfect for a quick stop before an early flight. It was clean but not particularly modern. The room (on the 2nd floor) heated up quickly so I had the window open, this allowed me to see the last flights of the evening landing before the Night-time Pause started. I booked 48 hours in advance and got a price of 55€ on a Friday night. A very competitive price for Germany, especially in urban areas. The restaurant is good, I recommend asking about the specials! It's also well located with 2-3 local places within 150m if you prefer something different. It's a short (400m) walk from Lohausen Tram stop, from here you can get to Düsseldorf quickly or Duisburg slightly slower. Wi-Fi is free for the first 2 devices (then extra costs are incurred).

We come for 6 years, always to be fair here… Food and Breakfast good… Good middle class Hotel with a main building and an annexe building… Highly recommended!

Cheap hotel, close to gate 1 of the Düsseldorf trade fair. Aircraft noise from 0630! Buffet Breakfast is simple but Plentiful. Rooms are very clairaudient! I hear the man next to the phone. Good Greek, even to 2330 warm kitchen, 20 feet away and an Emperor in the morning to 7 is opened, is also only a stone's throw away. For stand builders and the something want to save is the "Wartburg" is certainly a good decision.

Cannot even book your room because they insist you to write an e-mail when you call themby telephone. And you cannot find their e-mail address in their website, expect if you enjoy surfing around their site. In their website, you go to quick booking, they will guide you to call them over telephone. Then you call them, and their answer is, of course, "send us e-mail". Lol.
