Very nice hotel, quiet, accommodating. Despite being a 15 minute walk away from the city centre it is very well communicated — by metro, bus or by foot — right by the Rein river side. Serves only breakfast (excellent) which may be a problem if you arrive on weekend morning, but the helpful staff will be keen to show you nearest restaurants.

Friendly staff, all wishes are met.
The room is clean.
You should only do without the air freshener.

Really nice hotel, great reception staff. Unfortunately no kitchen, no bar and the rooms are not as chic as the rest of the hotel.
I do not need to understand, but due to the rooms and the sparse furnishings there are only 3 stars. Otherwise, 5.

Nice hotel in old style. Quietly located and 1 minute walk from the Rhine and 20 minutes away from the Duomo.

The Hotel Victoria is three Metro stops from Cologne central station and within walking distance of the flora. The rooms have views of the Rhine to the part.
The staff was friendly and helpful, but always it unobtrusive. My room was very clean and quite new furnished, a TV was missing however. The bed was too soft for my taste.
The breakfast buffet was extensive and included the usual. It was filled in regularly.
Total I can tell quite the Hotel Viktoria.

I like the Hotel Viktoria. The Victorian Großvilla, in the earlier times, a music Museum is home to was, is an architecturally interesting house. Who a Hotel away from the chains of addiction, directly on the Rhine in a very quiet district, gets something very special here. The Service staff are very knowledgeable and accommodating, the rooms are big and inviting. The Hotel Victoria is a Tip for a guest who has something special in Cologne is looking for.

Strange and unfriendly staff. You are so right and very rude. It has determined with the petty Management to do. How to make the guests to enemies. If I can avoid it, I will definitely not go again. No Empfelung next to the other.
