Super clean and modern, bright rooms in comfort size! Delicious breakfast buffet.

Already, the Lobby has convinced me. Looked very appealing and I was immediately pleased to have booked this Hotel. My single room was big enough for me, daa bed very very comfortable and I have found nothing, what would have to complain about. The bathroom was also very clean and quite modern. The window could be a bit dense, because I had the feeling that the smoke of the Smoking drew people in front of the entrance at me through the window (first floor). The Breakfast was very good! Thanks for the vegan corner. That was one of the best Breakfast buffets I had in comparable Hotels! The next concert in Cologne, I'm coming back for more! :)

Hotels in a great location the hotel team very helpful from before I arrived to when I arrived to checkout.

I am staying in this hotel from last 5 years. It was nice hotel in the past but this year I find the standard lower than past. Breakfast is very low quality compare to last years and service is poor. I anyhow like staying here because of my five years stay of habit.

Nice clean rooms well placed for getting round Cologne, no hot beverage facilities in the room but other than that I'd recommend the Flandrischer Hof.

Here some reasons for which I would recommend this location: The Apartment and facilities was clean large and nice decorated. The personal and management team is nice and pleasant. The breakfast was consistent health and plentiful.

Our room was very nice. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was fantastic. The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood and pretty close to the public transportation. However the Wi-Fi signal could be better.

Good place with nice staff. Is really at the center. Breakfast is also very good. The only con is the roomsize. The room I was, is a bit small with window facing other apartments. Otherwise it is really a good place, will look for the same if I come here in future as well.

Were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness in the price and the central location!
We also really liked breakfast on the terrace with beach chairs.
We just missed a refrigerator and air conditioning because it was quite warm.
Would book here again, anyway.

ITA: Hotel ben posizionato nel centro di Colonia e vicino alla fermate di Tram e Metro. Personale gentilissimo, stanze sempre pulite (anche oltre l'orario scritto di pulizia) e colazioni abbondanti con prodotti anche tipici, ampia scelta sia per vegetariani che per vegani.
ENG: Hotel well located in the center of Cologne and close to the Tram and Metro stops. Staff very kind, rooms always clean (even after the written cleaning time) and hearty breakfasts with typical products, wide choice for both vegetarians and vegans.

A perfect hotel. All staff are so nice, including receptionist, cleaning lady and breakfast waitress. Everywhere is so clean without any dust. A supermarket is two minutes walk away. You can walk to the train station and the great church in 20 minutes. Can't wait to recommend this hotel.

The best thing about the hotel is it location. Nearby you can find a very good steakhouse, lots of cafés and bars, a supermarket and a large cinema. The rooms themself are all little overwhelming, a two-bed room is simple a second bed placed to another, witch leads to the problem that the night light switch pokes in your back while sitting in the bed to read. The breakfast is average, while the coffee is closer to the bad end of the scale. There seems to be a constant lack of employees. In average it is good enough for its 3 Stars in comparison, but a room designed for a two person sized bed would be a basic request in my opinion.

Price & Performance is right. Central location and you can easily walk a lot. Whether BHF, assembly station for tours, Rhine River, shopping, pubs. The breakfast buffet is generous, also vegetarian food is included. Would love to come back.

Small nice hotel. Prices OK. Breakfast very rich and tasty. Rooms have come a little in the years. Very close to the underground. Still a nice weekend spent there.

Highly recommended Hotel for a few days. The rooms are large and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was also very good, there was great variety. The location is not bad there is transportation very close and the center is not far away.

Solid budget hotel. Sufficient if you are only staying there. Location absolutely top in the Belgian quarter. Close to train station and many nightlife options.

The hotel actually deserves a star more. The location in the middle of the Belgian quarter is even perfect. However, in recent years the environment has become unbearably noisy at night.
Rooms, prices and service are good, the breakfast solid average.

Extremely charming and wonderful hotel, staff, and facilities! I will stay at this hotel going forward when in Cologne — both modern and classic at the same time, with a fantastic location that is very fairly priced, and the breakfast is wonderful! I spent over an hour nibbling on everything I could possibly taste, and the staff was warm and kind the entire time, refilling my coffee and jumping to get me freshly soft boiled eggs. A+++!

Great location, excellent service and good breakfast. Beds are a bit hard and bathrooms decor is a bit odd. But I will stay again and would recommend to any friends (singles or families).

I have stayed here for the fourth time on the occasion of the Cologne carnival. The hotel is very well located in the centre of Cologne on the edge of the Belgian quarter. The rooms are clean and adequately furnished. It offers good value for money. Only the breakfast is disappointing in the selection and quality. The hotel's Bar, an Irish pub, is particularly recommended. All in all recommended.

The whole package is right. Great location, very friendly staff. The hotel has been in the years, the bathroom was basically refurbished. 4 Stars for location and staff and 3 for cleanliness and condition. With underground parking which is a challenge for larger cars. X4 with rest and Parkassi degrees possible, bigger becomes exciting. But we would come back.

I have booked twice a room here so far. Both times I was professionally on the road. The staff is very friendly and the reservation is always very quick and easy. The décor of the rooms is good, the cleanliness has always been spotless. The breakfast leaves absolutely no wishes open point price it is OK for the location in Cologne. Parking spaces are available in the underground garage.

This is a really nice hotel in the center of Cologne. We were able to walk to five Christmas Markets. There is convenient parking in a parking garage next door. Also a terrific breakfast buffet that is included in the room rate. Please note, guests must navigate a series of short staircases that connect one part of the hotel with another.

Not a bad hotel. No frills, but go-hyp clean. The staff are kind and welcoming.
Not a bad location: quiet, within walking distance of the subway and attractions. Nearby are a lot of restaurants, cafes and eateries.
The hotel itself has a very good breakfast and there is a cafe bar for guests that works in the evening.

You can book online, the room rates are moderate, and the reception is friendly. A constant annoyance, however, is the non-functioning WLAN network. The login process is outdated and the WLAN signal is very unstable, which means that you have to re-type your WLAN password again and again, which is very annoying.

Room was very old, had one in an "extra floor", very funny. Elevator only runs on mezzanine floors. Breakfast is varied and good.

Top hotel. Kan niet anders zeggen. Garage is wat aan de krappe kant maar wel te doen. Ontvangst is super. Kamer is super netjes en mooi. Alles is erg schoon. Ontbijt is ook goed geregeld. Ruim assortiment aan brood, beleg (hartig en zoet) en drinken. Het enige minpunt is het kussen op bed. Dat is net een lapje stof en ligt niet lekker, maar door alle andere pluspunten valt dit weg. … Locatie is ook top! Gelijk midden in de stad. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Translation in English: Amazing hotel. Unable to say otherwise. The parkinggarage is a bit on the tight side but its manageble. Entrance and welcoming is excellent. The room is nice, tidy and not too small. Its enough! Breakfast is also very good. Loads of stuff to choose from. All sorts of bread and things you can put/spread on it. There are drinks, fruit and also yoghurt. Can say other then that its more then OK. Only downside is the pillow. Its very light an fluffy but its like laying on bed without a pillow at all. Location is perfect also. Right at the centre and everything which can be needed is around the corner. For sure a place to come back to!

Great location within seconds of Rudolfplatz. Lively area at night so if you're an early bed-goer you may hear some street noise.

A lovely hotel in a very good location close to the shops and restaurants nearby. This was our second visit and I cannot fault the staff or hotel. From the reservation team through to the Reception staff and cleaners — everyone was friendly and helpful. We will certainly be staying here again in the near future.

The hotel is generally of very good quality and the breakfast is excellent. But there is no air conditioning and the Internet is quite slow. Two other problems: a fire alarm and work in the street in the middle of the night.

Awesome location for Cologne night life! Reception extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was extremely small, however efficient and clean.

Hotel in the central area but in a quiet location. Rooms are donated by TV, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom with shower. Very discreet the staff in the rooms. Quick and friendly welcome. Excellent breakfast, with ample availability of food and drinks.

Outstanding service and good location. The ground floor is very great and pretty high quality. Clean beds & bathroom. Unfortunately, the rooms was already something worn or older. Room and bed size very low, for a weekend getaway that's enough however. Animal transport (Labrador) no problem.

Solid, nice and affordable 3-star hotel in a central location. The staff was friendly, breakfast quite extensively and more in 3-star + category. My room was quite small and Spartan, but clean and comfortable. But primarily it is intended to stay and less than "home base" for a Cologne-Tripp. Only the parking garage is a big minus point: she's really very closely, and especially for longer vehicles (the usual combination) really inappropriate. Driving between the levels actually becomes the Milimeterarbeit. I believe the fees of € 14 per day in view of the situation quite moderate.
Conclusion: who moves to without a car or with the small car and primarily is looking for overnight accommodation, which I can recommend the hotel very.

What can you say, when you get an upgrade. Room for 1 adult and 2 children, we've got the suite namely.
Therefore outstanding price / performance.
The breakfast is OK, we missed nothing.
The rooms are very clean
Staff is super nice.
And the location — > phenomenal!
The restaurant, which is connected to the hotel was rated very good (Locca).
