Not good. Beds are old and uneven. Bad room service. Only good thing is the front desk staffs are nice.

Excellent deal. Breakfast is not worth it.

Nice hotel with kitchen. Self service laundry machines available. With all necessary allergies Rooms are super luxury. But fire alarms are very very sensitive. Need to be careful while cooking (fire alarms ring very often). Else you may end up in paying 500€ fine. Most of the staff understand english. Its in City centre and trams are at walkable distance.

Poor service and staff that is not solution oriented.
Air conditioning of my room was defective and ran permanently at full power. The noise nuisance was so strong that sleep was not to be thought of. The first time I tried to get help at reception at night. This rejected my request/complaint with "I can't do anything. "
After a new complaint, after the sleepless night, a technician was informed. The technician was able to fix the defect and would then repair it the next day.
The promised breakfast was not refunded to me for a second sleepless night even though this was offered to me.
TV in the bedroom unfavorably mounted, because of the limited visual field the colors are heavily eaten and dark.
Am very dissatisfied with the staff.

Excellent location, very good price, well located, and even with a full kitchen, which helps a lot. Covered Parking next door. Highly recommended any hotel in this chain. We were in Strasbourg and very good too.

Die Zimmer sind sehr modern eingerichtet und man kann die Ruhe genießen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Sauberkeit im Badezimmer darf verbessert werden, da die Dusche leichten Schimmel aufweist. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind echt dürftig. Wenn im Hotel eigenen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage alles voll ist, kann man den öffentlichen Parkbereich nutzen, der wiederum auch nicht immer frei ist. Finde ich persönlich als Manko, was aber eine Wiederkehr mich davon nicht abhält. Die Lage ist perfekt. Nur wenige Minuten (10-15) sowohl von der Innenstadt, als auch zum Kölner Dom und dem Schokoladen Museum entfernt.

Excellent facilities. Clean rooms, great staff. Just wish the breakfast had a little more variety.

Nice studio apartment. You got a small room and kitchen where you can cook. Unlimited Wi-Fi. Nevertheless they provide weekly cleaning service for long stay guests and if you stay for less than 8 days, be prepared to carry your own toiletries and manage with limited towels.

Very decent hotel, not far from the tram going directly to the Messe. Staff speaks good English, I think I also heard them speaking French. Rooms are clean, cosy, recently renovated, equipped with everything one might need. Sometimes figuring out the air conditioning can be tricky. Breakfasts are boring — typical hotel breakfast. Clean. There is a fitness room available. Even though it is by the pretty big street it is not very loud.

The room is reasonable and nicely decorated. The staff very friendly and the location is perfect:-)

A great option you have to stay so many days in Cologne, and do not want to go to restaurants, there everything inside the kitchen apart microwave, dishwasher, pots, coffee machine, in other two steps also going inside the parking lot of the hotel climbs into a supermarket, the Only sore note is the parking 15 euro per day and the dog 10 euro per day, so that we start saved we start left there, close to the center and well served, another thing, no CE cleaning service ie you have to clean yourself while staying, to be evaluated… The beds are very comfortable and there is a small gym.

Very well located… you have to go when they do the promos… 89 Euros the night in promo C is top… only downside it smells like cooking in the hallways in the evenings. Lack of ventilation… otherwise quiet place… not easy to park on the other hand…

-Chic, new and modern hotel-great location (5-10 minutes walk to Cologne Cathedral) and easy access to public transport-Nice and uncomplicated service-nicely furnished rooms with full kitchen (dishwasher, microwave etc. )
-Very comfortable bed which can be converted to the sofa-great great shower-great value for money.

In our apartment was very comfortable for four people so 2 couples place. The ambiance is stylish and the staff are friendly, and the Lindt Chocolate Museum as well as the cathedral are only a 10-minute walk away. No flaws.!

The location Some rooms have the kitchen and ironing board. The mattresses are very comfortable. Excellent choice to stay 2 steps from the center but not on the most beaten pedestrian walkways.

Very nice and spacious room in a great location. Staff were also very friendly, although one member during the night (around 1am) did not speak very good English — he couldn't even tell us where to buy tickets for the tram/metro. We only stayed for one night but in our room there was a kitchen, living area & en-suite. In the kitchen there is a kettle and coffee machine, but no tea/coffee is provided — so bear this in mind. There is a also a dishwasher, microwave & hob. Plates, mugs, cups, cutlery etc is all provided. The living area had a very nice size TV, desk, chair, and bed. The bed can also be transformed into a sofa if you wish, but we chose not to as it looked like under the bed had not been cleaned. Bathroom is very nice with a powerful shower. The location was very convenient, about 15 minute walk from Cologne Central Station/Cathedral and only 5 minutes to the main shopping area. There is also metro/tram/bus near but we chose to walk and explore the city. Overall I would definitely stay here again, wish we had a little bit more time!

Apparently, not much has happened after various return languages with housekeeping. When booking a hostel for 20 euros the night would overlook the lack of cleanliness. Rarely had such a dirty hotel room. The bathroom floor is full of sticky spots, the toilet has black marks, the dishwasher is filthy, as well as the towels and some more… Haaare etc.! What a pity.

The hotel staff is awesome, helpful and moreover you feel that you are between your family. I stayed for complete hole month and found it suitable for long stay periods. Location is great, business facilities is enough to manage your email and printouts. I strongly recommend.

Way to expensive for the room you get. The floor is sticky and the room is pretty dark. There is mould in the shower it's not severe but for this price I'd have expected something better! Tea and coffee is on extra charge at the breakfast table and the staff rather chats to each other than preparing the used tables for the new guests while the new guests are waiting. This morning we prepared out breakfast table by ourselves since all the free tables were dirty and full of leftovers.

Nice 'metro' hotel, made up of self contained suites. Great facilities, comfy beds, and very helpful staff. Kitchen facilities a little limited — only a microwave and hob — but you can cook the essentials. €8 taxi ride from the station, or a 15 minutes walk. Would definitely come again.

Perfect hotel for a short or longstay visit. In every Apartments is a kitchen. You can arrange your own breakfast in your Apartment. Public garage is below the hotel and costs just 15 € per day (good price for the city center). Would recommend it!

Decent apartment hotel, but priced very high for the value you get. Staff is also quite rude.

This apart-hotel is very good! The people who work there are very professional and had received me with a wonderful smile. The location is great! There is a market very close, about 5 minutes walking. The Lindt's museum of chocolate is just 10 minutes or less and the main cathedral of Koln I make in 10 minutes too. The room is good, the kitchen is full equipped but I didn't like the location of fire alarm, it's too close to the oven, any wrong smoke can dispare the alarm.

Rooms where nice and bright. Breakfast area is lovely, really like the colors. Modern and bright. And everything that is needed for a good breakfast :) Would go again!

Best choice to live Cologne. Excellent location: near the Dome, the river, etc. The staff is very kind and helpful.

Studios and apartments even for few days stay. Very good location, few minutes walking to the city centre. The hotel has a parking area at 15€ for day. The rooms were nice, clean but incredibly hot (April). No cleaning or toiletries for less than 1 week stay. I suggest to have breakfast in one of the bars around.

Definitely not terrible, however, we had sleepless nights caused by uncomfortable bed/ mattress/ sheet and overheated room temperature during winter. Fan/ AC too noisy and inefficient. Internet was overall not acceptable although we had a payed premium account. Dishes was not suitable to the dishwasher. For example the plates are too big to fit in. The amount of dishes was too small for appropriate/ reasonable use with dishwasher. Some other details made our stay not as comfortable as expected. Some examples are as follows. Fridge was hardly to open. Some of the cooking utensils were dirty. The water temperature in the shower was a bit too high — around 38-70 Celsius I guess. Mirror cabinet jammed. Toilet lid noisy/ cheap. Room was too less spacious. Bad design/ arrangement of the interior. Too tight space between bed and wall. Combined with sharp corners of the bed this was definitely bad designed/ arranged. High risk of serious injury. Partly (too) cheap interior. Door to the room closed noisy or stayed open. Elevator stops at the lobby between garage and room and reverse. Room card stopped working several times. Garage not properly designed.

Rooms are ok. But cleaning is done weekly only. Some people from the staff are nice buy others are very rude. Good location.

Centrally located, access to all restaurants, and shopping is just few minutes away from this hotel, the place is very neat and comfortable… I would recommend to anyone coming to Cologne for a business trip, but please note that it is slightly expensive for people who are tourists for a day or two.

Very clean and comfortable room which was close to old town and the Dom. The only downside are the easily-tripped fire alarms. And the fact the room tended to get a little warm without the window open.

Great apartments, modern and comfortable!

Well furnished rooms with IKEA like decor. Comfortable furniture. Very clean. Downsides are that the towels are scratchy and thin and the breakfast was nothing special (and pricy).

Modern eingerichtet jedoch recht teuer!

Very spacious and clean rooms. With small kitchen. Unbeatable for the price at Carnival.

Stayed here beginning of December 2015 — room was great and staff were friendly and very helpful. On the minus side, 13 Euros each for a breakfast when you have your own kitchen seems ridiculous, so we opted out and bought our own continental breakfast to have in our room for 10 euros covering the 3 mornings we were staying for. The hotel itself is an easy 15 minute stroll through the predominantly pedestrianized shopping district from Cologne central station (Koln hbf) and all the Christmas markets are within a 30 minute walk (most are within 10 minutes) from the hotel. Overall, for the price, this hotel offers real value for money (especially if you're an accor club member) and is ideally placed within the city to easily walk to it's main attractions.

Prices are i. O. For what you get.

Lovely apartment brand new at a reasonable price too for Cologne!

Really good location, helpful staff and free Wi-Fi in the rooms/apartments. The only downside was that the apartment we were in was too warm — the air conditioning didn't help cool it down enough. When we opened the windows we could hear the traffic so had to close the window again (great sound proofing though! ).

Positive: Modern Hotel, tastefully decorated in a good location close to the old town. Negative: housekeeping service is not enough. Bins contained garbage from the previous tenant. No room service during a stay of two days. There were no beds made and the rooms cleaned. A complaint at the front Desk brought no relief. The Breakfast buffet has only the level of a Hostel. The price — performance ratio is not acceptable! Why the Hotel 4 stars, I can't understand.

Beautiful, very modern Apart-Hotel. The rooms are modern and tastefully decorated, including a kitchenette with modern appliances and crockery. The regular price is high (~275 € / night). The Breakfast is rather mediocre, However, one must of estates Aparthotel probably due to the kitchen facilities in every room, not much more erarten.
