We are currently checked in for the next three days. So far, we’ve called the front desk for a broken air conditioning unit five times! Yes, five times. The way they push you off from one employee to another is astounding. It’s now past midnight and we’ve given up on them actually solving the problem. Save your coins and go to another hotel. There are so many in Berlin, you can’t go wrong.

My experience to stay in Sheraton Berlin was amazing. The place is situated at the right spot just 2 km away from main attractions like checkpoint charlie/jews memorial, 1km away from tier Garden, 1 km away from main U ban station, and close to the party street too where all cool bars and pubs are located. So location wise it was fantastic. The amenities of the Hotel was nice with the indoor swimming, spa and gym. I loved the coffee machines in the room. The hotel staffs are really nice and you really feel good to stay here.

Clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast. A bit far off from main attractions and public transport connections could be better but we knew this when booking. Rooms are spacious enough and the staff asked for our wishes when arriving so we got a room that was to our liking.

Unfortunately for such an expensive Hotel too many Defects. W-LAN only works sporadically, otherwise very slowly. Breakfast is far too small for the Mass of Guests. Rooms are clean and large, but simple. Lifts go ages. One of the two was broken. As a young Guy, the 25h is definitely significantly better in all Respects.

Unfriendly staff who constantly make you feel lucky to be heeded at all.
Absolutely mediocre and at the same time completely overpriced restaurant — the burger is prepared with frozen patties and you probably don't have to say more about that.
With a modern boutique hotel at the same price (or even cheaper), you definitely drive better!

The receptionist was bad. He took me 99 euros. He said that I booked the massage at 20:00. I did not come and I did not go. I did not book. I was lying on me. I do not trust them. I feel very regret. I did not take a video in the monument.

Very nice hotel near the zoo park on a canal. Accessible to public transportation. Cab stand in front of the hotel.

For my birthday I was with a wife and dog as a guest in this hotel. We had chosen one of the suites for the occasion. On arrival, none of the staff felt it necessary to congratulate me. As the next Supergau, the TV in the suite was already running. A porn was shown there, with the welcome "Welcome Prof. Dr. … ". As if this had not been sufficient, one of the sinks was defective and despite registering our dog and the extra fees for it, nothing was prepared for this and we had to check again. I don't know how to give this hotel 5 stars. Worst hotel I've ever been to, at the most expensive price. Never again.

Service is great, room looks good and clean with a nice view, but the swimming pool is small. Good value for money.

Great service, friendly and helpful. Attractively designed rooms, lobby, bar etc. Ample, delicious breakfast. Fresh bread. The fried egg will be served at the table. Small sauna area, sporty fitness room and small pool. Great view from the upper floors. Line bus 100 nearby.

Good quality service and spacious rooms. HOWEVER, Deluxe room costs more than Classic room but is exactly the same size and spec. "Lovely city view" is a view of the building opposite. What a rip off! Should not be allowed to get away with it.

A weekend of pampering in a functional hotel, with little continental footprint but a lot of character. Berlinese, in short.

A good hotel with very attentive personalities. Located close to major attractions and you can easily reach most places on foot. The room is well designed. The ventilation in the room does not really work and it was very warm in the room.

My fiancé and I had a lovely five night stay at the Sheraton Berlin. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was amazing and the Club Lounge access that we upgraded to was well worth it. Hot and cold drinks served in the lounge all day and quite substantial food served in both the mornings and evenings. The room had great views North over the canal and the hotel facilities were fantastic. A great hotel for both business and pleasure.

This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff are always helpful. The room was great, but the air conditioning a little embarrassing. Great location to see the city. I would recommend the hotel.

The room was very clean and the shower was very good. The very friendly and large number of staff take care of the guests very well, but for my feeling too much.

Wonderful services, great facilities of the rooms and the club lounge was just the thing to get to rest in the evening. The breakfast was excellent. The interior of the lobby, the bar and the lounge are very well managed. We definitely had a pleasant atmosphere.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are very attentive. The bar is also visited by guests who do not stay there. This is due to the good cocktails that are served here.
The only downside I see here is the food. For a 5 star hotel it is too plain. It tastes more like eating canteens.

Welcoming staff. Lovely breakfast. Drinks and Dinner tasty but a little pricey. Very clean and polished hotel. The room was great, however air conditioning a little awkward. Great location for seeing the city. I would recommend the hotel.

For five stars no "very good, " but a "good. " The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and there are all the amenities of the five stars.
Breakfast is particularly noteworthy. Delicious, everything there, good service.
The one star at Google is missing due to the not quite modern rooms. Silicone joints could be renewed more often and the refrigerator could be swipe regularly.
Other five stars get something like that, too.
The hotel is nevertheless highly recommended and I would come back!

Very nice and spacious hotel. As a hotel guest you can enjoy the lounge, which is very tastefully designed and offers everything from the coffee maker to the price of drinks and snacks, in order to make the time as if you are in a conversation or when working on the computer.

Excellent 5 star hotel with 1a service. The rooms are large and quiet, the beds very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is also very plentiful and appealing. The prices at the bar are certainly not a bargain, but this is normal in hotels of this type.

Very elegant Hotel, great service, nice bar and evening entertainment for a cocktail with colleagues. Strange for such a hotel to have the empty fridge bar! Considering the cost I find inadequate to have chosen to provide the service minibar.

Business Hotel about 30 minutes walk from Sony Center. The rooms are very spacious and clean, the service excellent. Breakfast, if booked at check in, costs about 17 euros and is quite varied but there is very little choice of sweets, as usual in Germany. Hotel Recommended!

Very poor for a 5* hotel. The rooms are spacious but room service isn't available when it gets busy. I tried for about 2.5 hours with no joy to get through to the take away menu number. They also failed to ring me back from the main room service number, and then when I rang this again to try and order from the take away menu, they refused to take my order, saying I would have to pay the €9 room delivery charge as I had rung this number and not the take away number. When I objected, they again promised (again) to ring me back, by which time I had run out of patience. There are only two easily accessible power sockets in the room for anyone using an adaptor, with just one next to the beds. The doors to the rooms rattle every time another guest closes theirs. A bit fell off the shower rail whenever I used it. The swipe card system for the lifts and doors is just plain annoying. A 5* hotel worthy of the rating just shouldn't have service levels and niggles such as these.

The service was unfortunately mostly very bad… at the end we almost had to beg for our car to be taken out of the underground garage. In one of our rooms… we had two suites… the elevator was actually right at the front room. There were 2 not very pleasant nights…

Very nice hotel in a great location. The breakfast and the bar are also very good. The only drawback is the sensitive access cards, which are quickly re-issued. At the front desk they told me this could be because I had the card in the same bag as my phone.

The location is great! Close to the park and in a central area for sight seeing. I wish the room had air conditioning and a vent in the shower. Other than that the room is clean and classy. The staff is polite and helpful. Would recommend and stay again.

American here, so I'll give my perspective as a first time international traveler. 1. No manual air conditioning control, don't plan on blasting your room cooler to get to sleep. 2. There are no ice machines at all. But I was able to get nice bucket of ice from the restaurant downstairs. 3. This is a little nitpicky, but no fan/vent in the bathroom. So prepare to listen to every sound coming outta there (US bathrooms usually have noisy fans both for ventilation and for drowning out unpleasant noises). With those out of the way, our experience had been very nice. The staff is professional and courteous, the location is ideal, the rooms are clean and well-stocked. Bed is less fluffy than I find in most American hotels, but still very comfortable. A note for Americans interested: there is only the European style power outlet, as one may expect. So prepare for that. I did, however, see some adaptors being sold in the lobby.

This is a great hotel, the rooms are large, nice, and clean. Staff is polite. For approximately 10 euros in a taxi you get to the most important attractions in every direction. When visiting Berlin again I will stay here.

Everything was top notch. Very luxurious. Clean and tidy. Friendly and very helpful staff. Go here for some spoiling and pampering :)

We loved our stay at the Sheraton. The room was large, bright and very comfortable. The bed was so comfortable and gave us great sleeps. The hotel is very near the Tiergarten and has a lovely quiet situation. If we had stayed longer we would have used the pool and Spa, which seemed very tempting. Breakfast was delicious and all the waiting staff were friendly and helpful.

It's very nice hotel but if I knew the hotel is out of no where, only surrounded by offices and embassies… I'd rather stay else where which more convenience for tourists. Disappointed that you still need to pay €10 a day for Wi-Fi — it's 2016, should be free.

Excellent staff. Every one had great English. Rooms are large and very clean. The other half has really enjoyed the swimming pool. The bar is excellent, fairly pricey but excellent cocktails. I would recommend an old fashioned. Good room service. OK location. Not much around the hotel (exept the tiergarten which is gorgeous! ) nearby u bahn is only 20mins to alexanderplatz and 10 mins to potsdamerplatz. Would highly recommend.

Can compete in a comparison with the "Ritz-Carlton Berlin, Potsdamer Platz" not in the slightest. Just, just awful. Pure functional building (compare with Concourse). Uncomfortable, staff: well. Far from 5 stars. ; — (.

The ambience can take quiet a modernization. For that, the prices are ok.

Went to the Grand Hotel Esplanade for a few days away with the Mrs, the hotel is very nice, very big, (you can see it from quite far away). Pretty close to things like the Zoo, as last time we stayed in Berlin it was the other side so chose this one to mix things up a bit. The New York bar is quite chilled out and does a happy hour before 7 (I think) and everyone of the staff is very friendly. The only thing I'd say is having to pay for the extras; where a lot of other hotels have them included, the most glaring one was paying for the Wi-Fi which was extortionately priced. Overall the 4 star was about right and I'd probably end up staying there again but I might look at other hotels in the same price range to see what extras came with the room booking.

A very nice hotel, everything's great. I was just for an event. I felt super. I would like to again bring some more time in Berlin and better look at the beautiful capital city.

Perfect hotel with a good resturant and a big pool.

Stayed two nights while in Berlin site seeing. Easy walk to the Tiergarten and Brandenburg Gate. We did use the pool two nights to just relax and wind down from the day, but otherwise we only slept in the hotel. For what we were doing it was a bit pricey but hey. I was on holidays. Who cares what it cost. But was a very nice, clean and modern hotel, with all the necessary facilities and amenities. Quite pleased with the stay.

Where there for a short honeymoon trip. absolutely perfect. Anytime again.

Today, we have booked 2 SEGWAYs for a little trip in the Esplanade. Though still morning the Concierge Johannes on the phone hard said there would be absolutely no SEGWAY more free for today, it was curiously no problem when we were referred elsewhere then again due to a double booking at the Esplanade. Evening was also Concierge Patrick in the service, which was really very helpful and extremely nice. We were allowed to extend even the booking 1 hour and after a short briefing, we had a wonderful time on the SEGWAYs. The return was just as straightforward and we will be soon on the road with safety with the SEGWAYs.

Very good price excellent service unique Neo the parking expensive but it is a standard in Berlin however available free street parking during night and weekend.
