Despite numerous emails & promises from this hotel. I still await my refund for a booking they cancelled…
Do not use this Hotel…

Brilliant hotel, perfect location, central, 5 min walk from train station, sauna, gym and pool top floor. Room was spacious, modern and immaculate. Breakfast couldn't have been better, staff very helpful.

It's a great hotel! Fast internet, lots of times! Great rooms, there is a table. Admittedly the pool is not very big, but it does not matter.

Arriving at the hotel I immediately had a nice impact. Eurostar Berlin looks elegant and refined. The staff are friendly and friendly but unfortunately they don't speak the Italian language. After checking in we go up in the elevator (which only works with the electronic key of the room otherwise does not leave) to go to the room. The latter is clean and modern. A huge double bed and a fabulous bathroom equipped with all the amenities such as the accessories kit including headphones, new toothbrush and toothpaste over the usual foam bath and shampoo, hydro column — shower and phone next to the toilet :D
Breakfast we don't talk about it: yummy and equipped with everything from sweet to salty. From bacon and eggs on all kinds of yogurt and fruit. From fried fish (no joke) to meat and beans.
Finally now that my stay is finished they also give me 10% off to be exploited within 12 months in any Eurostar Hotel in the world.
In conclusion I recommend it to everyone.

A nice hotel in the centre of Berlin! Friendly staff, speaking English! The rooms are clean and spacious! Wifi in the rooms, it's a very big plus in Europe and yet it's free! Prices correspond to five stars. And yes, in walking distance, all the sights of Berlin!

Nice hotel. The breakfast (€18) is good. You even have a live pianist playing right outside the breakfast room (at least) on Sunday morning that you can eat even at the back. Prefer to sit not too far from the entrance if you don't want the background noise to cover too much of the sounds. The room is large, the bathroom too and the bed of good quality. The pool is long enough to swim a bit (maybe 12m) and they have two saunas to relax after. There is an ok gym room for the people not too much into swimming.

Very nice hotel. Good customer service, and clean rooms. We came a little bit early and wanted to wait in a room before check in time, the staff were very helpful and managed to fix us a room. The sauna had some problems when we were there, but their service made up for that. Would defenetly be one of my go to hotels in Berlin. Close to the main attractions as well.

A good hotel in its price range. The new high quality rooms and decor lift it into the 5 star category. Both the breakfast and the room service are what one would expect or slightly better. I particularly enjoyed the grand piano tunes for ambience during the downstairs breakfast.

We stayed here 4 nights in July. The AC in our 2 rooms didn't work the first 2 days when it was tbye hottest of summer days but then worked the days after once the weather cooled. The staff was not helpful at all nor friendly. However, the room was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the Bathrooms were really nice. We had a tub and shower and in our kids room just a shower but very very nice. The pool, sauna and fitness rooms were excellent as well. Overall this hotel is nice with a variety for breakfast. The location is convenient for shopping, restaurants, the metro, the river & site seeing. If I come back to Berlin, I will try somewhere else for better hospitality.

Very well located hotel in the middle of Berlin. On foot you can quickly walk to important places in the city.
The room I had was large and really well equipped.
Also very suitable as a meeting place.
Only the offered food I found was not appropriate to the rest of the experience in the house. Cooed, not varied (three times almost the same offer). There is still a lot of air up there.

A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Being located in central Berlin, it makes every main tourist attraction within walking distance! The rooms are large and very nicely decorated and the bar downstairs is pleasant to sit and have a drink. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

Friendly and accommodating staff, it has been flexibly responded to requests. I did an event there, unfortunately the quality of the food did not correspond to our expectations. Vllt there is a different quality at an additional cost. In the meantime, it would be very warm in the event room, at my request to shut down the temperature, started the hectic but unfortunately unsuccessful search of the staff after the control Panel, we then opened the doors and thus the temperature would also be a little Regulated.

Nice room, good breakfast and great location. You can walk to several attractions and also an important metro station is closeby. Parking in lot is also very easy. I recommend.

Very nice stay with a personal birthday serenade from a great opera singer afterwards a Sektrunde of the house. An unforgettable evening. Thanks again to everyone involved!

Overall great hotel, we would definitely stay again. Octavio provided us great help every time we asked. The breakfast is good enough, really good choice. Saunas and swimming pool are small for pick time. Very handy underground parking, but definitely need to provide parking service, that would be complimentary for each guest. Spotless room. Comfortable beds, good pillow menu.

Very central location in Berlin but still very quiet. Clean room (We had a junior suite) with all the comforts. Fitness, pool and sauna top. Breakfast is versatile and tasty. However, the breakfast room has a charm of a canteen due to its nature. So only 4 out of 5 stars. Nevertheless, I would stay here again and again.

İn general — not happy! The service we got was not a 5 star one. No one to meet us on the entrance, no one to help with the luggage, internet connection was terrible, barely able to check emails. The receptionist wasn't able to give us help about nearby places. The breakfast was overpriced and definitely not good. Apart from the that — the room was looking and feeling great.

Rooms are clean and nicely decorated.
The staff was very helpful.
However, the attention could be improved at the hotel bar. Until we were served 20 minutes passed and there was only one table occupied.
The house is super Central and with the S-Bahn it is all within reach.

Excellent hotel with great location definitely one of the best I have been, comfortable rooms decorated with very good taste, good treatment, friendly people. You can walk to many of Berlin's flagship sites.

It was a very nice hotel with very nice rooms. A little dusty but clean. The receptionist offered the gentleman next to me a parking place in the garage and told him the food times and important information, unfortunately I do not. I recommend it yet very good location with everything you need in the vicinity.

Very nice, modern and clean room. The location is perfect for exploring Berlin. Fitness, sauna and pool are clean and modern. Staff does his job, but should be more customer-oriented. All in all a good hotel with great location!

Great hotel just meters from the center. Somewhat hidden in the side of the Friederichstrasse train station, but it has a dignified service or its 5 stars.

Excellent location and all the staff very friendly. If you have problems with English/German it is noteworthy that you speak in a perfect Spanish all the staff.

Very close to the centre of the area. On Friedrichstraße. Starbucks a few meters.

We have to go to Berlin? We're going to the Eurostars!
The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms we have had so far, we can only recommend.
On our very first trip in the year 2013 we were surprisingly upgraded to our room and were able to enjoy one of the suites.

I was in Berlin for a work training. Eurostars was booked for me by my work place because this hotel was less than a minute walk to the office in Berlin. 1. The Food — Amazing. I have never been in a hotel that served so much food for breakfast, it was the best buffet of regional food that I have ever had. I felt really spoiled. 2. The Hotel room was spacious and quiet, although you could hear the train sometimes (the hotel is located near the Friedrichstraße train-station). 3. Black out curtains, these seem like a minuscule feature, but because I had some serious jet-lag upon arriving (I can't sleep on planes), I needed to sleep as soon as I arrived. I will stay here again when I travel back to Berlin.

Centrally located Hotel and very well connected, by S-Bahn and U-Bahn, although it is little visible if you do not know the area. The main positive point is the communication, since it is in the same exit of the train when it leaves by Friedrichstrabe, to only 30 min of the airport of Schonefeld (by Ke7 or RB14).

Location was fantastic, we got the train from the airport and our stop was right opposite the hotel. The hotel was close to restaurants, shops and one of the main attractions of Berlin, Brandenburg Gate. Room was very clean and spacious. Bathroom was large. The TV had mostly only German channels which wasn't great. The breakfast was your usual buffet, not the largest selection. Overall very pleasant hotel with ideal location.

Very dirty. White spots on the furniture, but v. A. Those on the pillows disgusted me. Brake marks in the loo. Not recommended.

Cleanliness is not the specialty of the hotel. Also, the service at the reception was somewhat questionable. They knew about a problem that could be found in many rooms, but did not lock the rooms until they were resolved. 1. Room was also so small, the second was then a bit bigger, but even more impure. In the fridge, like in the bathroom, it had mold. I found that very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, 5 stars were not. So we just laid down for sleep and quick to shower, otherwise we didn't do anything in the hotel anymore. They didn't even reserve a parking space, although that was clearly stated in the booking. Then one was sent to the garage before arrival and when one was there you were also molnaunated and informed that no parking is free. I found that very unproffe-ional and I don't go at all.

Good and modern hotel in the centre.
The rooms were very clean and well equipped. Only the early playing of the piano annoyed a bit because we woke up as a result.

A truly 5 Star Hotel! The location is excellent, just off Friedrichstraße Station so has amazing access to tons of major U&S-Bahn lines. The Hotel itself is beautiful, clean and modern. The rooms are stunning with lovely modern design and great bathrooms. What really out does anything though is the Pool and Spa area on the 8th floor. Open from 7am-12pm & 2pm-11pm it is amazing with a lovely pool to relax by after a long day, and two saunas (one lower and one higher temperature) Check in & check out was really simple and easy too with lovely friendly service! I would recommend to anyone, and will be staying again!

Good service and excellent rooms.

Confortable room. That's about it. For the stars and the price you could expect something better. My room had a view directly on a tagged wal, there was no drink not even water offered at arrival, my room key stopped working 1 day after I arrived. I wanted to fill in the hotel survey but there was no pen. For business only just for a couple of nights…

Everything is just great! The breakfast is rich and very tasty, The location is the best, the rooms are perfect, and the swimming pool is a pleasure after long day of touring Berlin by foot. I adopted it as 'my hotel' in Berlin.

Great location, big room and bathroom. Every day clean towels, and new shampoo, shower gel and body lotion. Very good breakfast. Nice atmosphere. They provide so many things and services. Huge and comfortable double bed.

Hotel was nice and friendly. Only are breakfast there once as always on the go. Was able yo send emails to front desk to print tickets and by the time I was in the lobby they were wsiting for me. Wasn't able to take advantage of facility as always a the go. Really convenient to go anywhere as the s line was right there and u line a short walk. Lots of great restaurants and a steak house next door. Would recommend.

Really perfect. Indoor pool, sauna, gym, and children play happily. Near the bakery has the most sweet and fresh pastries. Breakfast at the hotel is star hotels most of the children live like it. Hotel next to the train station, local attractions convenient. There is a supermarket and the love bridge across. Is the hotel check out time on the last day, a small bottle of mineral water from 7 €, don't know if counters are wrong.

Location of the hotel very central; each attraction is walking good to achieve. Who prefer travels by train, can achieve good these for little money. You get nothing from the trains.

Place to sleep for the discerning. We were very satisfied. Staff helpful and courteous. I found the breakfast easy. Through Windows in the Interior, we had not really fresh air. Window in the outdoor area would have meant very much noise but probably because of the location. Total for us a very good experience. The rooms adequate bathroom new,. Compelling overall package. Room reservation, check-in and check-out professional.

Me and my GF booked a double room was booked last minute whilst in Friedrichstrasse and realised the hotel happened to be one which she was always intrigued to visit as her university library overlooked it and she had spent many hours… days studying wondering what it would be like. Despite its 5 star status, if you were to compare this hotel to a hotel which portrays 5 star quality such as the Ritz Carlton Berlin, Grand Hotel Esplanade, Radisson Blu Hotel Berlina and Soho House Berlin. You'll find yourself very much disappointed. I wont bore you with the list of basic errors however a few things to consider: — 4 euros charged for anything bought up to your room in our case wine glasses and ice as they claim no hotels have ice machines in Berlin… — The duvets are absolutely shocking, u will understand what I mean, a cheap one from primark would score more points. Again just have no explanation for this. -When we requested a second it was bought in a manner it had been used before (made 3 calls and waited 40 minutes). As predicted when I caught scent of it, I had to call in to inform them of how pathetic it was to offer a used duvet. I gathered it was stored… just a tad bit shocking. -On the Sunday they decided to have a test fire alarm at 9:40 and appeared bemused when we mentioned informally whether a slightly later check out time would be offered to guests who would want it.

This is an excellent hotel. The location is 5 mins walk to the train station which is a €3.30 and approx 20 mins journey to the airport. The gym was very small but not busy, and the pool was good 1.35m and long enough for short lengths. The pool was a bit cold for smaller children certainly not heated. The staff were excellent in every area from front desk to maids.

Quiet Hotel, despite the S-Bahn right next to. Coffee in the room unfortunately only Instant with coffee whitener instead of real cream… Very nice centrally located and the staff are always helpful.

Stayed here for 4 nights the hotel is clean and well managed the staff are professional and friendly and is in a great location. Not sure about it being a five star hotel as the breakfast wasn't any different for the breakfast I have had in 3-4 star hotels not sure it's worth €16 each also a bit of an odd layout all the room windows facing into the bar lobby area the music from the reception / bar was played until 11-12 every night along with guests at the bar kept me awake evry night (I am a very light sleeper my girlfriend slept right through though) also the pillows are extremely hard and flat. Apart from that a very pleasant stay and would definitely go back.

I'm regularly at this hotel. Service is absolutely top. Room always clean. Here this was never a cause for complaint. It belongs to a Spanish chain. The staff often comes from this area. It may even be that is a person at the front desk, not 100% that our language is powerful. But it's always so well that it absolutely was sufficient for this. So no problem. Breakfast could be more varied. This is but also complaining at a high level. The hotel has a sauna and swimming pool. The swimming pool could be slightly warmer.
Conclusion: I'm always happy.
Not last even one small incident at breakfast there, which prompted me to write a "complaint". The reaction was fast and very large. Here I was taken very seriously. This has given me more confidence and confirmed me to be in the right hotel.

The Hotel has official 0 stars. It is referred to simply by itself as a Luxury Class Hotel, but apart from the price of 220, — Euro the night is here purely nothing at all Luxury Class standard. Actually everywhere in the Internet the Hotel with 5 stars in it, but they are wrong! On the phone and also online demand is also once again told that Yes, we are a 5 star Hotel. BUT if you quite vigorously and ask where the 5 stars on the door or somewhere printed then as an excuse said, Yes it is a Spanish hotel Chain and the 5-star according to the Spanish standard to be calculated and therefore not signposted. PLEASE WHAT! CONSIDERING 220 euros the night, but I did get curtains with Brandlöcher, no toilet brush, the unbequemtesten beds with hard Mini-pillows in which I ever slept. Rooms not properly cleaned, the bathroom tens of limescale build-up, shower head calcified. Heating thermostat directly over head on the bathtub, extreme danger the head to hurt. Sofa was not even dressed for room service. The Wifi totally overloaded, what the TV does so permanently every 3 minutes the picture froze and I switch back and forth had to make it next ran. TV had dozens of cable and lamps at rear is tuned to the all night wild flashing and the Bedroom like a disco ball light. Had all the cables to Sleep on pull out. Frühtsück for 16 euros it was a total joke, like in a 2 star Motel. A cheese plate is probably rather cheese platter 30x30cm where only half of it was.

Excellent care, service terrific. The rooms are very comfortable and at the same time that modern. And if you forget the magnificent treatment in Spanish at the front desk. Hotel highly recommended.

Rooms very nice, the Spa area nice, Bar closes too early, the kind we practice again. There are better alternatives in the 5-star Segment in Berlin.

The reception is generally of the Eurostar Hotel is not nice and friendly. They are very sturr or "arogant"? Why so, no idea, that is in Berlin and in Munich was so.

Just very pleasant. From arrival to departure, top Service. Super modern rooms, delicious Breakfast and great Kofferservice. Because who wants to Check Out the whole day with the suitcase in Berlin walking around? I'm going to this Hotel over. 100&ig. Sauna and Pool is also very pleasant.

Very good care by a reception, also in Spanish. Good breakfast and rooms are modern and comfortable. The only downside, the service of cleaning in the rooms was quite poor (not bothered to check out a few papers bathroom in our stay).

Great location near the transportation station. Rooms are comfort. Price does not include breakfast. Staff are polite and helpful. This is a more a sleep / business hotel rather than a leisure one. Not clean enough and the price is too high for what you get. Summary: A good hotel for business.

In the period from 01.01.2014 until 03.01.2014 I was in the Eurostars guest Here, I would like some impressions I made during my stay've won, because I was a long time ago, so angry with myself. The Dirt in my room was for a Hotel, which even in the "Luxury Class" locates wants to know, a nerve. Apparently there are no Standards for housekeeping. Although it has been on my complaint towards the room re-cleaned (Papiereimer emptied), however, was the actual pollution right next to the Minibar does not eliminate (thick dust bunnies). That the contamination in addition to the Minibar was not found, like to be together-hanging that the lady at the Desk hardly any interest in my complaint had. There was neither an apology nor an accurate demand, where the heavily polluted place. On my demand, whether it is somewhere in the room for more hangers, I was with the patzigen remark: "Because I can now not change anything", or similar. While I understand that the turn of the year, a specific stressful situation in a Hotel there is; however, not sure that the Dirt in my room for some time have accumulated. The Other were dirt on the Toilettenrand, the trash can in the bathroom and the phone. On the day of my departure (while at Breakfast I was) the room has already been cleaned, although a Late check out was booked, speaks for the lack of professionalism in this house. Furthermore, there was no toilet brush, which is just ecklig.
