The hotel was perfect. On arrival, I discovered that my room had not been cleaned, but within 15 minutes I had been upgraded to a suite and was given a free drink whilst waiting. The hotel was clean and had a nice atmosphere. People on the reception desk were great and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again. 10/10 for me.

Hotel Big Mama was a great option for our family. The BEST part of our stay was the caring, personable staff who helped us with everything… can't say enough about how great they were. The family apartment was super clean, well laid out and comfy. The kids loved their room and the mini kitchen was helpful. A sleek design and good location complete the feeling of comfort.

Everything was lovely, staff were very friendly and kind. Our room was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice staff clean and tidy rooms. There is only a small mistake the toilet in our room was a total misplanning. But also the breakfast was great but in the whole we can say it is recommended and we would book again any time.

The staff was very pleasant and they were very concerned about your well being while staying there. Be sure to understand if it says shared bathroom you could be sharing with 4 other people other than the 4 in your dorm. Great place.

Apartments with two rooms. Cafissimo in the rooms. Overall clean and new. Very good breakfast. Nice staff. In the evening Barbetieb at the reception. Bicycles can be parked in the underground car park. A star deduction due to die-wise quite primitive house installation and aircraft noise in a 2 minute beat.

Nice change from the other mostly impersonal hotels. Young friendly people run the hotel, it's clean, has big rooms and everything you need, including. A bar with a great selection, very fair prices and also a good breakfast.

Large rooms, very friendly welcome. Breakfast is also adequate. However, the ambience of the entrance — and breakfast area can no longer be found in the rest of the house. Corridors and rooms radiate more of a knack atmosphere. In the bathroom I had the feeling of being able to be watched from the surrounding skyscrapers. Price was okay. All right for one night.

Great hotel ambience. We stayed with a sports team guests at the hotel. Simply kept, with few flaws. Big shortcoming is the output of just one key card for 4 people. You could work on it.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff and convenient location, close to tram and metro stations … quiet rooms unless a team of youngsters stays around ;-)

Connection to the Tegel Airport is great. Distance to the nearest subway station is few minutes by foot so connections to the centre are perfect as well. Room in which I stayed was perfectly clean and nothing was missing. I could hear planes taking off and landing during the night and early morning but it wasn't very disturbing. Actually, it gave me real big city feeling. :)

Large rooms, modern furnished, super mattress. Very well slept. Breakfast really like home just delicious. Staff friendly. Nothing to complain about ☺

A little bit away from the center but with Metro and train stop less than 10 minutes. Spacious and comfortable Room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast expensive though there are options near the hotel. Good value for money.

The structure is not the most recent, room and bathroom are spacious but with few furniture or shelves on which to rest objects. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The Price paid Maybe is a bit high compared to other facilities I have visited in Berlin.

Amazing staff and a beautiful hotel. Good place to start your trip in Berlin with a very good breakfast.

Helpful stuff, very modern rooms and environment, we loved the interior design. It is a bit far away from the city center but U8 is only 350m away. The only think I didn't like was that the room needed a bit more light.

Well we had the Family suit and I have to admit that it's better than what I've expected for the price we've paid. The room is big, the bathroom clean but small and the beds are really comfortable. Right outside the hotel is a small cheap but good cafe, with a small variety of breakfast options. I like the hotel for what it can offer for that price.

The staff from the hotel was the best, special mention to Hannes, they treat us very well and help us with our many request. Big rooms, nice common areas, totally recommend it!

Beautiful hotel, super modern, comfortable and spacious, the attention of the staff is excellent!
They have their own restaurant downstairs, bike rental service, and if you forgot to buy souvenirs from the country they have on sale right there. It is 3 min walk from a subway station. If you want a coffee by the way there is a local that sells coffee and varieties, the sandwiches of that excellent place.

I had a great time staying here, lovely and friendly staff, beautiful breakfast, and all and all perfect. Special thanks to Dimi and Mr Lewandowski (I hope I spell it right). We'll be back once we are in Berlin again. Pat and Ira.

Force people to move to another room after one day of living — its unacceptable.

Good atmosphere, excellent rooms and great location.

Hotel ist really nice: clean and well equipped. Breakfast was also good. While the immediate vicinity of the hotel is pleasent, the neighbourhood is a bit shady.

Very cool Hotel for a short trip or for business. Unfortunately, a bit noisy but right in the neighborhood. Breakfast is the Hammer. I can only recommend.

Really unexpected quality of this hostel. It is a very quiet neighborhood, clean and well linked to everything, the gesenbrunnen station brings you immediately in the Centre or on the right and left circular.
The staff is very friendly and they are all very young.
I mean if I go to Berlin again here certainly.

Because of the shower curtain which disgusting stain was a star of less. It is because there is still something a VLL.

Rooms are ok but somehow emerged from a normal House with apartments hotel. The breakfast is good and in the evening you can eat what looked good but was not tested by me here also Asian.

The Hotel has good price/performance ratio. The rooms are spacious. The Breakfast offers a lot of other things outside of the Hotel main streams. (Homemade Fruit Curd, Egg Salad)

Saubere Zimmer, Freundlicher Service, Leider Kostet der Parkplatz pro Tag fast 10€ recht viel Fluglärm. Es wird ein reichhaltiges Frühstück geboten mit Hauseigenen Brotaufstrichen. Alles in allem ein Empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Very nice, clean Hotel. The DR offers plenty of space to let off steam. There are a raucherterasse on the 4OG. The staff were also very friendly. When I next visit Berlin trip then I'll stay definitely there again over night.

Clean Hotel with quiet long in the vicinity of a subway. Room and bathroom are big enough.

We have around felt at ease. The food was great and the service nice. Happy again.

Great hotel, very nice staff, class Breakfast (especially the vegetarian spread on bread — delicious! ) not very Central but metro bahnnah and very quiet! in addition that it in the hotel the "golden thai", a place with a very good, authentic cuisine and also very nice service.

What can you say, just a Cool Hotel, the rooms are nice and big, that Breakfast is Perfect, the staff very friendly, just a lovely Hotel, highly recommended, will come again! ;)

A Hotel in this neighborhood is not suspected. It fits simply everything — big room — nice staff- great Breakfast, fair price. Also the Restaurant is to recommend.

Nice, clean, with polite English speaking personell and big rooms. It sometimes hosts small artistic events that are "very Berlin". In a quiet suburban neighborhood, but well connected to Tegel and downtown.
