Location is okay easy to reach the city by bus and train. The walls of the hotel are pretty thin so you can hear a lot of whats going on in there. But all in all it was a acceptable stay there.

Okay ish Tidy and clean, but not too clean (hair on the toilet, not from me). Had a quiet room (to the yard). The bathroom was kinda old and needs a new look. Bed is more hard than soft. Pillow is good, but could be a little bit harder (personal taste). All in all I'm fine with 4 stars, but only because 3 would be too harsh. It's something in between.

Hotel Berlin. Very uncomfortable beds, almost with nothing to cover and very bad pillow. Very small service. Crappy breakfast coffee that is not coffee and four loaves and sausages to eat. The breakfast area does not have the capacity for this hotel. Good temperature and attention at reception excellent.

Nice staff clean functional rooms. Good public transport Connection.

Breakfast for 3 stars is very good. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean, the bed is nice, the mattresses are very comfortable. The disadvantages include the fact that there are no keys to the toilet. It's not closing at all. If you are not bothered by this fact, you can safely inhabit.

The location of the hotel is excellent and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The place is mediocre: the location is a bit out of the city centre, however it is well provided by public transport. The rooms are passable, although they show signs of age.

Super happy with this hotel. Great location, good value for money. The building shows that it is a bit old, but the rooms, at least mine, were enoooorme, very spacious, and the bathroom equal (with bathtub). I found it very cozy. The great free buffet, varied and with healthy choices. I would stay there again.

Booked a single room (e44) got a room with usual continental twin single beds a couch, TV wardrobe and a small bathroom with odd shower/mini-bath combo. The heating was a little over powering but the windows could be opened to let air and some traffic noise in. The TV is modern but everything else seems a little tired but clean. Beds a bit soft for my liking but I do like a firm bed. The miniature elevator is literally from the end of the 1950s but I appreciated it given the state of my knee. Decent breakfast, 24 hour front desk, short walk from metro and near central Berlin what's not to like.

The rooms on the 5th floor are great. The one in the 1st US 4th floor unfortunately not so good. The staff is very helpful.

Nice Hotel in the vicinity of the most luxurious street in Berlin, good price. Breakfast buffet with great variety of salty, but little sweet. The facilities are old, and it shows. The elevator is small and the doors are not automatic. It is positive that there are supermarkets nearby, to buy food at a good price for the long walks around the city. Few restaurants nearby, and Metro stops are relatively close to 10/15 min, so you can get to the tourist areas quickly.

Good standard hotel with good price — performance ratio. Staff friendly & helpful. Happy to be back!

Great hotel for touring Berlin. Breakfast great & rooms cosy. No probs having heating up full as cold when there or getting extra bedding. Would recommend x.

Elevator very small and creepy but the breakfast great. Unfortunately no mini-fridge in the room.

Cheap but you knew about it. Thread bare towels and very basic rooms. Good if all you plan to do is sleep there drunk. On a slight positive breakfast was nice.

A rather cozy hotel, without many luxuries and a bit dated, but as we just wanted to sleep it's not bad.

Standard hotel, a little basic and I need of a refresh, however the staff are very nice, the hotel is clean and neat.

Very happy with the size of the room and bathroom, cleaning service was excellent with everyday changes with sheets and towels. The reception was very helpful and last but not least the breakfast was great! The hotel was situated in a very good area! Overall my experience was very good and I will stay there again anytime. Highly recommend it!

Nice hotel-centrally located friendly staff clean and spacious rooms ample breakfast buffet — great praise at this point for prudent staff — buffet was always replenished immediately — nothing was missing — for a short stay, this hotel is Ideal.

Cheap hotel near the center of the City. Very big rooms but very old. The beds are ok but not comfortabel at all. Room is clean and tidy. Shower was pretty old and not functioning right. The hotel says they have a bar open from 15:00 til 24:00 but there is no bar at all and you can buy very expensive drinks in the reception.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good care.

We have sought and found a cheap, rather small and old-style hotel. The TV and the picture quality can be desired, otherwise everything fits, to recommend.

Clean and overall cozy.

Very friendly staff, our room was nice, OK breakfast. The walls are paper thin though and some guests were insanely loud in their rooms and in the corridors. Avoid if you need peace and quiet.

Cozy place and never too busy located just 20 minutes from downtown. Recommended for schools and groups.

We could check-in at 1 AM and got 2 bottles of water for free. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom very clean. Would visit again.

I liked the hotel! The heater wasn't working so they provided us a ton of blankets and were really polite. Good breakfast items and the front desk offers great advice on how to travel around the city and to the airports.

For its price range, this is a quite fine option and I recommend you book here, with a few caveat. The main issue is that the Hotel has no parking lot of its own and no parking houses are available within walking distance; you will be forced to park on the street side, which is metered on weekdays and scarcely available. To make the matter worse, for some reasons, my hotel broker listed this Hotel as providing parking for 6EUR/day. Rooms are clean, but might need a renovation. Breakfast is somewhat modest, but adequate for the room price.

It was a very nice hotel. Room Some restaurants in the vicinity (sushi, Italian and 1 German).

Fine place to stay in a good neighborhood, a bit old and cheap looking, breakfast is decent but staff was cold and unhelpful.

Cute little hotel with a homely atmosphere. Large comfortable rooms. Conveniently located, near metro, shopping street is nearby. Stayed for 3 nights in July 2012. We liked it.
