Little accomodation perfectly fit for 2 people. Clean room with balkony to street. Parking free only for night. During day 1€ 1 hour.

Terrible, plates and cups dirty with coffee stains, bathroom needs deep cleaning residue on tiles, marks on bath, shower adjustment bar coming of the wall and dirty shower head sprays water on the floor, a fixed plastic bath cabinet is positioned about 6 foot high so no use for shaving, makeup, bathroom backs on to kitchen, not very hygienic, if you go checking in you will have to wait until the service manager is ready to arrive and if you arrive at a time that doesn't suit him he will be aggressive, rude and intimidating to you, this place needs redecorating, beds and Wifi just passable, avoid these properties, the photos are not of these apartment, there are much better deals in Berlin which are clean.

— The behavior of the landlord was awful. He was helpful during mobile call, but when we met with him he started to ignore our questions and kind of insulated. The strange thing is he was in rush — gave the key to us and run away. We said we're coming from Karlsruhe and he said he doesn't like Karlsruhe at all. We were disappointed by his attitude, unfortunately he was too rude. — The apartment was completely different than the pictures we've seen online. On pictures it seems like it's modern but the renovation of the bathroom was way too old. The whole apartment was smelling and the elevator was very old — could carry only 3 people only.
