Beautiful atmosphere in the summer garden and great service.

It was a very nice WE about Visit Berlin "Experience your city". Very nice, friendly staff right at the reception, in the summer garden and at the breakfast buffet in the restaurant, all very attentive and courteous. Thank you very much! Historic building with great history.

I am very satisfied, with breakfast works wonderfully. There are no wishes left unfulfilled.

We were only there for breakfast, because my daughter was doing her student internship there and I wanted to see the hotel.
I can only say the breakfast was great and the service staff were also very accommodating and diligent.

Great service, very friendly staff! Jazz brunch highly recommended with a wide selection. The hotel has an interesting history. That's what makes it! We have even received a personal guide. Nice and welcoming hotel only had one issue… the very very noisy building site outside our window which started at 7am… so no long lay in bed… not quite what we were looking for bieng on holiday trip.

Good quality-price ratio for this hotel very close to KaDeWe and its area. Staff is nice and helpful, rooms are efficient although hot water may sometimes fluctuate, beds are comfortable and bar is cool.

Great location with lots of restaurants nearby. There's a great bar and restaurant here as well and they offer all the amenities you'd expect from a hotel. Great shopping nearby with walking distances to most of your shopping needs. My room was which had a high ceiling and a room divider between the bathroom and bedroom. It's an unusual solution, but it gives the impression that the room is bigger than what it is. Keep in mind that the bathtub is right behind the bed and that there's nothing covering the space between the bed and the tub, so water will spray over to the night stand and that people in the room can see everything. I have attached pictures, so you'll know what I mean.

Very friendly, clean, comfortable. Also, really interesting architecture. Parking isn't a bad price, 20 euros a day.

It's a solid hotel, but not a 4-star. Rooms are clean. Reception is nice, beds are good but the bathroom design is just absurd. Random shower out in the open inside the room right next to beds… Literally no privacy. Location is pretty good.

Very elegant design. Bauhaus style buildings. American restaurant in design, dishes international cuisine. Expensive. Ciutylage. Very nice courtyard and cosy bar.

Rooms a little small, the mattresses are very good.

Staff is friendly, parking facilities are available.
Breakfast was good and varied, the room itself is in my opinion impersonal and more akin to a school canteen. The hammer was that the freshly squeezed O-juice cost extra. A small glass should cost more than 4 euros, I have never experienced this in a 4 star hotel, that is not at all.

Hotel looks very nice, even the single double room is good for short stay. They have a massive hotel and stuff seems to be very friendly. Only problem was the AC which works very bad due to some odd system of temperature.

That was something else. Stylish building. Spacious rooms. Something sober furnished, but all good. Good breakfast, only the breakfast room did not please us. Doesn't fit the hotel. That's why 4 out of 5 stars.

Great hotel out of the 1920s. Renovated and modernized, while keeping the old jazzy style. Named after Duke Ellington — featuring a Jazz Radio station and live Jazz in the evenings. Room was not too spacious but comfortable. Excellent, quick and friendly service.

A great find. Jazz themed, superbly run hotel with wonderful food, service and a killer location. Weekend live jazz, you'll need reservations. Pictures of the jazz greats throughout including the rooms. There's also a radio station broadcast booth on the property. 3 blocks to the zoo, 4 blocks to the subway and 2 blocks to Ka De We. One of the finest high-end department stores. Don't miss the top floor devoted to the finest packaged, fresh and prepared foods. This rivals Harrods in London.

Neat rooms with good value. If you're looking for a place on good location with affordable price for more than 4 nights. You should consider this hotel. The only issue I had during my stay was the noise of constructions coming out from the main street. Great customer service, the staff were so helpful.

I am recommending the Savoy Berlin to anyone going to Berlin. Besides the points mentioned above, the Savoy has true elegance and class without any ostentation. Service is experienced and deft and always polite. Rooms on the garden are incredibly quiet. The decor of the hotel has great style. The dining room is a dream — large, comfortable, with true German haute cuisine and tradition. The breakfast buffet is a concession to international requirements, but is done better than any I have experienced anywhere! I saw the chef several times checking it. The German salami is out of this world. Plus there is also "full English breakfast" including grilled tomato! Before arriving, Frln Bartsch in reservations was very helpful. Overall, I would say "stay at the Adlon if you must, but the real jewel of Berlin hotels is the Savoy.

Nice rooms, very modern with open bathroom (toilet separate). You can hear the street, as the windows are quite old, but they are limited. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean! Modern, functional, but coolly furnished. You have to like the open bathroom. The cocktails at the bar delicious, though not quite inexpensive. The breakfast buffet is nothing special, after the great dinner I had expected more. The history of the House lives on. No matter if you are a jazz or a financial world, you can feel the past everywhere.

Excellent location. It is a very clean nice hotel. It's almost a five star hotel. The beds are very comfortable. There are no noises or bad smells. The rooms are very modern very clean they are excellent.

We felt very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent. What we personally lacked would be a separate shower tub, from a certain age it does not go so well with climbing in the tub. The staff was friendly, competent and accommodating. The rooms are very quiet. There is hardly any noise from other rooms.

Great location and very chic amenities. The bar and Cafe in the courtyard of the building is also nicely done. A good stop for business or upscale travel.

Good value for money. Very spacious rooms that are clean and bright, all for a very reasonable price. The interior, however, is all pseudo-design. If you have a sensitive taste for style you will be disappointed.

Room was a bit restricted for a couple and missing the basics such a safe and tea/ coffee facilities. Something you would find even in a three star hotel. On the other hand the bedding and towels including the room were superclean. I can't complain neither regards the breakfast.

It's a very nice and clean hotel, and the breakfast is great. The staff at the reception are helpful and the hotel bar is a cosy and relaxing place to go an have a drink before you go to bed. There is one thing that bothered me though. You have a nice restaurant garden that I would have loved to use (I'm sure I'm not the only one), but couldn't because it was booked for private events all the three days I was there. (I don't know, maybe I was just unlucky) You also have a cigar lounge (that I was personally looking forward to use) but couldn't because that was booked for private events to. If you have those things and you advertise for it on your website, then it should be open for the guests who stay at the hotel to. I know that you advertise that it's for rental, but I'm sure people still expects to be able to use it sometime. If it's always like this you should tell people in advance not to get their hopes up.

Clean, informal and minimalist. Small room, narrow bathroom. The view is on a multistorey car park. Average price. The restaurant is not bad for being in Berlin.

Stayed here more often. Very helpful staff and the rooms are good and modernly equipped. A sumptuous breakfast buffet is also available. Again and again.

Great minimalist hotel with beautiful Art Deco features. The vibe in the hotel breathes its past when it used to be host to Duke Ellington, Count Basie, Ella Fitzgerald and many more jazz giants in its days as Badewanne Club and later to David Bowie, Iggy Pop and many others — as Berlin's Studio 54 — when it was called Dschungel.

Good location, very spacious, super restaurant, and the first class attention, recommend it.

Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Great location not far from the metro. Only minus the shower room directly and not in a separate room with wc.

The hotel has unfortunately very aged. Lobby, foyer and reception may seem still quite modern, the rooms but no longer are. Partially is the shower space only through the shower door so that the "bad" in the middle of the room is separated. Make sure should however to snag a room at the rear of the hotel. Here, the road noise is considerably more pleasant. All in all: it is enough for one or two nights.

Priceworthy, with friendly staff. A bit generic rooms, not the best bed linen. Amenities are OK, but not more (missing conditioner). All in all a nice place with the biggest advantage being the proximity to KaDeWe.

A very special flair. This House breathes history. And the very good, courteous, discreet and unpretentious service does justice to this story. My favourite hotel in Berlin. Sound in the face of unbeatable value for money.

Huge, but at the same time boutique hotel with a subtle, but notable jazz theme running throughout. Rooms are spotless, comfortable and efficient, however its probably not terribly family orientated as the spotless white walls might prove too tempting to children!

Hotel very well located in West Berlin. Just a few stops by metro from leak door.
The rooms are spacious and very bright. It has Wi-Fi of payment. The breakfast is buffet-style. Although it is full, I missed missing a little more of a variety of sweet foods.
It is in a building that dates back to the 1920s.
