Nice hotel with design rooms with funny gadgets and stickers around. The beds are really amazing. The metro is in the same streets and there a lots of good restaurants in the neighborhood. There’s also a supermarket around the corner. The hotel has a beautiful restaurant in a glass house. Staff very helpful. On Sunday you can park for free in the streets.

Great rooms with comfy beds and 55 inch TV, free minibar, free on demand movies. A small sofa with a table, as a separate area, in the room and the great shower complete the positive picture.

This is the worst hotel in which my wife and I have ever stayed. The hotel is understaffed and incompetently staffed with people who know nothing of hotel management. The fact that anyone would even consider not cleaning a room because they had too much to do tells you all you need to know. Motel 6 seems like the Four Seasons in comparison. Stay at your own risk.

The hotel is just great!
The first impression is perfect. You will be greeted by a warm welcome sign and may enter the spacious entrance area of the hotel.
The staff is very friendly and attentive. The rooms are spacious and clean! I will definitely come back and recommend it to anyone!

The location was very central but at no go across which reduced the noise. Rooms were kept modern in red/black and very clean, especially the bathroom. Bed was very good for sleeping and great. Curtains have passed low light. Breakfast was a great choice and everything fresh. Overall a beautiful, reasonably priced hotel which only improved the city trip.

Nice hotel with very comfortable room, nice bed clothing, and they spoil you with thoughtful extras. It is also pet friendly and in a minute walk from the metro station.

We had planned an event here with 12 participants. All the participants were absolutely enthusiastic about the rooms and the first-class service. Everything from the planning to the meeting was great! Happy to be back!

The hotel is fine for the category you are supposed to have, but the staff leaves a lot to be desired. They tell you they have Wi-Fi but the speed does not allow you to navigate almost, the TVs work when they want, and at the front desk you don't fix the problems. Yes, if you are looking for a well-communicated place to sleep, the hotel is perfect. The downside is that the breakfast is very expensive but there are many alternative options in the area.

Beautiful hotel on the Kurfürstendamm with a very cool concept. Fitness area is kept relatively small. Nothing for the little purse.

Lovely quiet hotel with a wonderful winter garden in the courtyard. Very friendly staff. Very nice small sauna room with fitness area. Dinner was good but way overpriced.

The location is good, close to the main street I wanted to visit, but still quite in the evenings and mornings. Hotel it self is good, I had the larger room dont know what it is called, but looks to be friendly to pets. The rooms need some work, nothing major just some details.

As always something "different" than in other hotels. Which I personally find refreshing. Unfortunately, there were also negative points. On the one hand the faucet in the bathroom was loose, and you had to wait a long time for hot water on the washbasin and in the shower. Last night the TV turned off on its own. At breakfast the offered Wirstsalate in the glass were all dried up in the upper area. Made no fresh impression. Know other Dormero hotels in any case with better standard.

The personal at the DORMERO is excellent in kindness and very helpful. The rooms are modern and elegant and very tidy. The breakfast is very delicious. I loved the stay and the location near Kurfürstendamm.

Nice hotel with attention to detail.
The reception is a bit misleading, but you have the impression of being at the counter of a youth hostel instead of a four star hotel.
The breakfast, other meals we did not take, was absolutely fine.
The service was very good.
The clerk ran around the hotel and had to be looked for by the guests for order.
When we wanted to order, he first informed us that he wanted to close shortly.
The welcome drink, which my husband does not want, could not be exchanged.
The room facilities were good. Bed very comfortable.
Unfortunately, on the first floor every conversation in the foyer is clearly audible and especially the Christmas party that takes place on the day of arrival, did not let us sleep.
However, we have received a small compensation kulanterweise the complaint.
The hotel is recommended for a Berlin trip due to its good location.

Only thing keeping this review from 5 stars is the fact that the TV only worked 1 out of the 3 days we were there. There was a networking issue that could not be resolved on site. They had to call it into the network provider. They offered to change rooms but being on vacation and traveling with a 2yr old, we were already unpacked and settled. Plus not sure what that would have done since it was a network issue. At least my daughter was able to watch one movie before the network crashed. Mind you that on vacation, hotel rooms are primarily for sleeping so this little inconvenience wasn't a huge deal other than just being plain annoying since all the new movies were available in the line up and were planning on binge watching late night. They will eventually come out on DVD and can watch it then. The room was AMAZING! The free mini bar was a nice add and that they also refilled ALL the beverages daily was a bonus. The welcome treasure box was a fun bonus as well! Very modern chic layout and location couldn't be better! I will definitely stay here again though will make sure to ask of any ongoing network issues due to this experience. Staff speak English and all are very helpful and welcoming! Sauna was a nice perk but was always close to capacity. Very popular spot and many like to lay down and relax in there so couldn't comfortably fit many people in there.

Hotel itself sounds good but from security point of view I doubt. During my 3 nights stay, 2 times my room safe box got out of order needing to get reset and 2nd time, I noted 3500 euros my cash was stolen! Of course it was reported to police and hotel management, but simple excuse provided there was no force entry to the room! be careful with this hotel safe box! enjoy your trip!

The hotel is extremely close to the town centre & Berlin zoo & aquarium. The room was clean & a decent size with plenty of space to store luggage & clothes. There's a safe you can pay for too. The room was cleaned once a day, with beds made & clean towels. There was a mini bar which included a bottle of alcoholic larger, still water, water with gas, apple juice, Pepsi & a mixed fruit juice. A travel cot was requested as I have a toddler. This was all set up for us when we arrived & included soft bedding. There is air con with a controller plus a seperate gage in the bathroom to control heating separately. The shower was a good size with an overhead shower & separate hose. The bed was kingsize with high quality bed linen & a remote on the side for behind bed lighting which varies. There was a large TV in the room, a leather sofa, chair & also a large side bench with an additional chair. The hotel has a lift & we were helped with our luggage. The staff on reception are helpful & dressed smartly. There is a restaurant in the hotel which we ate at & were very accommodating for our little one. There is a cat with its own cat area who kept out of the way & was a quirky addition. The bar is quite swish along with the layout of the hotel. This hotel is a hidden gem & we would definitely book it again on our return.

Quite possibly one of the loveliest hotels we've stayed in. The staff are all very helpful and friendly, we were impressed with the rooms, they were clean and comfortable, we slept very well and the provided a travel cot and bedding for our toddler (who also slept very well). The location is great too, it's within walking distance of lots of amenities although Berlin has a brilliant public transport system. We only stayed for two nights and ate in the lounge once and enjoyed the food although didn't have a drink in the bar so couldn't rate that unfortunately. The only negative part we found was the selection of drinks in the mini bar, this is included in the price of the room, however the selection didn't impress my wife while I had a beer and she had a pepsi or water. We have already spoken about returning to this hotel for a longer stay as we enjoyed it that much.

Excellent location the public transit. Quiet street, plenty of parking. Nearby restaurants. Friendly staff and a hotel Kitty cat! Second time staying here. Wonderful!

Very well located hotel, close to the Ku Damm and close to a U-Bahn station. The room was very large, huge bed and very comfortable, mini bar free and renewed every day. Very friendly staff
Only downside: The shower, you could flood the bathroom very easily!

One word — WOW! This is a really beautiful place with good staff. This place really got the edge and have all the small details in place. Highly recommended.

Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… Nice Hotel with friendly staff, good breakfast, some free beverages in your room, 3 Sky Germany sport channels and a free selection of recent movies on demand. Rooms had some minor imperfections maybe because of a too cheap renovation but are generally in a good shape. The black piano finish tends to be a dust magnet but at the end the room is clean. Showers tend to flood the floor but there are plenty of towels to mark a dry path out of the bathroom. Beds are comfortable and allow a good rest during night.

Welcoming and friendly staff, design rooms, close to historic places in Berlin. Pets allowed, besides the cat of the hotel, Kiki, strolls peacefully in the establishment.

Very comfortable Hotel, nice and with different services also free. Minibar included, 55 inch LED TV, Extralarge bed and furnished really well.

Rooms are clean and the hotel is close to the Kurfürstendamm. The shower did not work well and the entire interior is 90-style. The service is friendly but has definitely a lot of room for improvement.

Very stylish hotel with nice large rooms, also quiet and yet centrally located. The mini bar was also free, which I was the case yet in any hotel I've stayed in was the case. However, the breakfast is very expensive and the minibar was never really cool, because the door is not properly closed. I would go but yet again.

Nice hotel, comfortable and quite large room (unfortunately no slippers), huge TV screen. Free mini bar is a plus. Breakfast for 19 euro, was a reasonable price. 5 mins walking distance from the metro.

The Internet needs improvement! The room is great and the hotel is nice but the Wi-Fi is just unusable.

The hotel is beautifully designed with some lovely features, including a snooker table, sauna, small gym, a bar, restaurant and meetings rooms. The rooms are spacious, with a large TV and lots of natural light. There's a complimentary mini bar with a few drinks, a great bathroom with some toiletries. The staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. Overall it has been a great stay and I have no complaints.

Am pretty disappointed. Expectations were very high. The hotel was demanding after reviews and pictures. There was a big hair in bathtub and one in bed. The shelves in the bathroom were covered with dust… the dishes from a hotel guest was from afternoon until late evening in the hallway.

Beautiful, sleek, and chic. We've been to 2 rooms here (had to switch because the AC stopped working one day), both were great.

Efficient, clean, friendly service. Well located in relation to Ku-dam, with all of the restaurants, cafes and transportation links. The quieter street on which the hotel is located is pleasant, safe, and easily reached. The room's features are basic but entirely adequate for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I did not make use of any food services although some were on offer. Absolutely worth considering if you're staying in central Berlin.

Myself and my wife greatly enjoyed our stay in the Dormero Hotel in Berlin. We found the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Its closeness to the main attractions in Berlin was a big bonus. We would love to return to this beautiful hotel some day.

This hotel is well located just 2 minutes' walk from Ku'damm and its attractions and transport links. It is close to nice local cafes and bars for breakfast and lunch. Our room was bright, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. There are some nice quirky touches in the signs used and the free bar was a welcome sight after a long day out! The hotel has been refurbished and mixes the original with some contemporary refurbishment which works well. The only thing missing was a kettle for morning tea/coffee in our room — but there is always room service!
