Terrible customer service experience. My nine friends who were also booked on same trip agree.

Despite a global pandemic they are refusing to refund me. Not a smart way to do business.

The hotel is OK for sleeping, good location near the city center. The worst part is the neighborhood but not a big problem neither.

Never again in this hotel. The bussines room was too small whith out air condition. The wi — fi has problem. I didn't have wi fi for 2 days.

Very convenient location. Rooms are clean although a little on the small side. No air conditioning. Power is only available when you are in the room with your room card.

Lovely, clean, friendly and welcoming hotel! Superior room with balcony was spacious and breakfast good. There is some road noise but this is so of all roads in the city if you are on the road side as roads echo due to tall buildings. Loved the hotel and it's position is excellent for station and Marienplatz.

Nice hotel in the centre of Munich near the train station. The hotel is located in a quiet side street. The room was very clean and functional. The breakfast was very good, especially the ladies who took care of the breakfast were really great! Friendly, courteous and on request they baked us with no extra cost fresh gluten-free buns! Always happy to be back!

The hotel itself is very nicely decorated, the breakfast very rich and delicious. Very central. The city centre is within walking distance. Unfortunately, the location is not really appealing. The rooms on the street are very noisy, and at night great noise from cafe's or other bars in the street. In the evening as a woman it is very scary in the area.

Great hotel just a few steps from the center of Munich. It is quiet, well heated (in case you go in winter) and clean.

The hotel is located close to Karlsplatz, close to the city center. Rooms are good and clean, the staff is friendly. We have nothing to complain, and we would come back if in Munich again.

We stayed for a long weekend at the hotel and felt comfortable in principle. The rooms were very clean and pleasantly large. The staff was friendly and the breakfast tasty and adequate. Unfortunately, there were also a few negative points. The rooms were very noisy, so you could hear everything that happened outside and the breakfast was delicious but for €12 extra also quite expensive. The Wi-Fi was also not the best. But Netflix actually went on the smart TV in the room. The location was excellent and the staff were very good.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, and for the price it is just perfect. Close to the main architectural sights of Munich, Central station, Metro station, all can be reached by foot even with luggage.

For the location and the price the hotel is suitable. I booked a business room for 2 weeks because it is nice and I still have a lot to sit at the hotel on the computer. Unfortunately, the Internet in the hotel is so underground that I have to use my mobile phone connection for the work on the computer. There should be no such thing in any * * * hotel, and in times of Netflix and Amazon it also leads to the presence of Samsung Smart TV absurd. There is also a lack of banal amenities, such as a kettle or a small fridge… even an ironing board cannot be obtained, which is very unpleasant on business trips. But everything is always very clean and tidy, the staff always very polite and there is free a bottle of water to welcome you. For a private short trip so definitely recommended.

Good place to stay in short stays, it is close to the center and the bus station. Clean and comfortable rooms, we went the marriage and two small children and well. Breakfast is expensive but there are places to have breakfast nearby and supermarkets.

Nice simple rooms but well catered for with fantastic breakfast included. Came back everyday to a made bed with my pyjamas folded for me. Welcoming staff at the door 24 hours a day.

Hotel is extremely central. Staff is also very helpful and the rooms are very clean. Good breakfast too.

The hotel is very comfortable and Central but the street is not the most reassuring and it is a bit pricey and especially there is no room to keep the suitcases safe.

Nice little hotel that I can really recommend. Has been here several times and appreciated the central location and the very nice and very clean rooms! The technology, such as Wi-Fi and TV, works flawlessly. And at night it's really quiet thanks to the soundproofing windows. Come back at any time when I come to Munich for work.

Paid crazy rate (booked last room which was a "junior suite") bc of Oktoberfest but think the typical prices are very reasonable. One of the better kept establishments in this seedy neighborhood. It's not a dangerous neighborhood just near the train station — with all those pros and cons ;) staff very nice; did not try the breakfast; nothing in mini bar; very clean and tidy rooms. Shower was miniscule. Elevator bit of an annoyance since there is only 1 small slow one for the whole hotel. Everything worked well!

Super uncomplicated. Clean. Nice interior design. You get free Wi-Fi, but that never connects, not even slow, so: NO internet. That caused the minus one star.

Staff very nice and helpful, we were able to leave our luggage early before check in. The room was very nice although small. The shower is very small so if you are large it may be uncomfortable. Otherwise nice and bed was comfortable.

Close to the center. Large bright room. Breakfast is very good: yogurt of 3 kinds, fresh fruit of several kinds, cheese, meat slicing, omelette, hot, fresh pastries.

The new hotel is almost in the heart of 10 mins to Marienplatz.

This hotel offered great service in a great location in Budapest. The front desk staff is very accommodating, friendly and professional. The location is perfect for walking to all of the sights, restaurants, and night clubs in the Budapest area. The property is a bit on the older side, but comfortable clean and very functional. For the price I paid I would definitely consider staying here again.

The Hotel looks new or recently renovated, comfortable and clean. Breakfast plentiful and varied. Possibility of parking though not very big. Located not far from the Centre even if not in a beautiful neighborhood. Free Wi-Fi available.

Although the stay was enjoyable some of the staff are rude. Especially when a friend of mine was charged for cement found on the floor. A ridiculous allegation clearly left by building work but still we've had no response to this and have been left paying €100 euros. Be aware of the charges as this type of thing has been seen before. I'd recommend staying somewhere that doesn't charge for building services.

I made mistake of booking this hotel on the wrong dates and selected the non refundable fee. I told them immediately after I booked it and as the booking is for over a year out (October 2016) I was hoping they would refund the money. But they are refusing to give me my money back and I am now going to lose £902 which me and family cannot afford. They are not even responding to my emails. Disgusting behaviour by the staff at Hotel Demas.

Bad only this is there is almost no Parking and for the in the City, you must to 23. Oo a. M. The Park fee is not to pay what is just cheap.

Due to work, I'm quite often in Munich and somehow we always tend to stay in different places, I've never had to write comments about a hotel before. However, BEWARE of this place! They're employing extremely rude and ignorant people! Rooms are not clean and hotel is very very compact! No extra facilities, value/price quite poor, there're so many better options around, I'm not staying in the place again.

Conclusion (at the beginning) : The Hotel Demas City Munich is highly recommended. We were at the beginning of August 2012 for 3 nights in a modern, clean and comfortable double room in Demas City. The establishment, both from the reception, as well as from the rooms and the Breakfast room is very new and very tasteful, appealing modern and graphic. Remember, there is nothing wrong. Some would perhaps even as "Style Hotel". The size of a double room was fine, the bed very comfortable; the bathroom with shower is also in the best of order. Hot and cold water to work properly, a hair dryer is also in the bathroom, what more could you want. The only drawback in the room: the rooms have no air-conditioning. We had a room with a view to the backyard, to the East/Southeast side. From 8 in the morning (in August! ), with the first stronger rays of the sun, it was really uncomfortably warm in the room. Long sleepers should request a room towards the front (Landwehrstraße) effort. Respectively: for early risers, or in other seasons of the year except mid-summer is the probably not the weight. And: a fridge in the room and a Safe, as for many other Hotels knows, it's not here. For me personally, but not really important. Cool drinks you can also down at the front Desk buy. We have only one day Breakfast in the Hotel. The Breakfast room is in the highest floor with views over the surrounding rooftops.

Quality price ratio is really good. Got a special deal booking over the internet.
