Nice staff, the rooms are clean and modern. Nice Bathroom. But you have to pay attention when booking that you take a renovated room and the best to the courtyard. It takes a room to the street it is quite loud. Great location and the Breakfast in the sister hotel was also great.

I liked it. Next to the hotel is the station, also near Marien Platz. The room is not hot, despite the lack of air conditioning. Wi-fi is free and works well. Breakfast costs 12.5

Very happy with the room and service. Took two local rooms. The bed is big, slept freely in three with a child. There is free fast Wi-Fi. Plasma is in the room with USB connectors, so bring movies on a flash drive. There is a safe, you can not carry all the valuables with you.

It's a disgusting place. Repairs have not been done for a hundred years, dirty. The photos are not true.

The location of the hotel was superb, close to the city centre. The room was quite basic, but had clearly recently been renovated. It was clean but a little on the small side. The room was incredibly warm, a fan was provided but was of little use as it barely worked. The temperature of the room made sleeping virtually impossible.

It's nice neat and clean hotel. Good rooms with good facilities. Pricing is economic and location is excellent. It's just 30-50 meters away from Munich HBF (central station). Shopping center, restaurant and general stores are nearby.

To noisy as the hotel is next to the busy street. However while considering the price, this hotel definitely above the average.

Easy access to all the attractions and also to the train station. Lot of shops nearby and nice area. Good customer service as well.

Decent rooms for the price but check-in was long.

Although the hotel is located between buildings, which one looks at its age, it is very well preserved. Friendly service, cleanliness and the first view in the room you think is a good choice. Our room was a basic.
Then comes the disappointment. There is no curtain on the inside of the window. The crank of the outer shading is missing. When turning the Fenstersgriffs you need both hands and when opening it you are afraid that it is equal to one. The bathroom is a plastic cabin as in the caravan just a bit bigger.
After we complained, we got another room. The only difference to the other room was that we had a curtain to darken. We thought it was great, the outer shading is because a crank was on it. False display the shading was shut down. The free Wi-Fi has a usage fee of approx. €5.
The basic rooms do not look as beautiful and big as in the pictures.
My conclusion, more lug and wore as quality.

My overnight stay was organized here by my employer €69 the night, I felt uncomfortable since the room had a very unkempt impression. The ground has dirt and burns, the shower is spreading and the view is a direct view of the neighbouring house. Awakened by the construction noise, I went to breakfast which is offered in the neighbouring Hotel Cristal, already at 7.30 the majority of the offered food was unpalatable, from the dried bread and rubbing cakes to the stale also dry scrambled eggs and sausages.

Staff friendly. Unfortunately stains on the bed varnishes, high dust at the bed.

Bad, noisy batteries and heaters, small rooms, strange cabins in the shower, paid Wi-Fi 4 euros per day and staff uncomprehending if you want to give up the room, there may be problems. And if the refusal on the spot return only 10%…

Very bad location in the middle of the red light District! The room on the top floor was an imposition and totally disgusting. The shower cubicle was a pop orange plastic cell.

Beautiful beautiful hotel that could at first sight be bland but just sets the sun and you look out the window you understand that you are immersed in a picturesque atmosphere and the district is populated by among the most varied among those dealers of Origin MAROCCH Ina and 50 olds with the green crest dancing at the corner of the road Balkan music not caring for the petrified gaze of the dull and sad Prussian people. The magical atmosphere transports you from the hovel you stayed in in a fantasy world.

First, the negative: The Internet is not outrageously expensive and also very bad, that more time is today, actually, according to … in Short: 15€ for 3 days. Positive: Cheap, very good location and clean rooms. To recommend to your bottom line. The Internet will hopefully get better soon :D.

Budget hotel. Nothing much. The location is convenient in relation to the center. There is no restaurant, parking is low to 1. Eight meters. The staff are friendly. The room was quiet, the neighbors did not interfere.

Central location, and great quality for how cheap it was! The curtains in my room were broken, but other than that, I was pretty impressed with how 'usual hotel' it was, just 1/4 cheaper at €35 a night.

We were already 5x there and always satisfied! Good beds and everything clean. It can be parked in front of the hotel, for loading and unloading. Tip: Book directly on the Hotel page. Best prices, good discount promotions and free W LAN.

Good location-no two minutes to the train station room/bathroom clean value for money okay.

Not so good price-quality ratio. There was smell in the hallway and the ambience of the room was quite sad. But the location was very convenient.

The highlight of this hotel is definitely the location. It is a stone's throw from the central station and you can reach the old town even on foot, taking a 20-minute walk. The area is not the best but no one bothers you, although the wildlife that you roam is not very reassuring. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff are nice. If I had to make a negative note is that some rooms are just old. In my The double bed was a heck of a French bed (at a square and 3 quarters, I hate it! ). The blankets are not placed in the bed but are placed on top. We had two blankets and it was very little practice the thing: My fiance is a tall Christ 1.90 and because of the little space we had to do Tetris to cover for good (which is not the best with a temperature below zero). We had no bedside tables but there was a shelf above the head. We slammed the boss several times. The bathroom is small but functional. In 2018, however, it is absurd not to have free Wi-Fi but to pay a good 4 euros per night! We spent €170 apiece for 4 nights, so great for the price.

The hotel is in a great location and is worth the two stars it has. Simple but functional.
Pay attention to the parking because I had the following bad experience: at check in I ask about payment of parking and I am told: "You can pay at the machine". When I pick up the car and enter the. Ticket I have a fee of 50 euros for 2 days (when Booking brings 14 euros per day). I pay to go out, I go to the front desk to ask for explanations and I am told that paying at reception I would get the right rate, and that now they can't repay me the difference. It's not my mistake but the recepionist so I feel cheated.

Excellent location, a few blocks from the train station and Marienplatz. It's not very clean and it's already an old hotel.

Perfectly situated if you come from the airport (direct train), good service and fair prices.

Positives are the location to the main station; that bedding is clean, plentiful hot water and towels soft and changed every day. My party had three rooms booked… All had problems: 1. Lock on door faulty working intermittently; 2. Areas of one room smelled of vomit; 3. Bare wires where plugs should be. All bathrooms although appeared clean smelled like stale urine. Quite noisy street below at night. This would not be a recommended choice.

Perfect location, everything is pretty close from this place. Also the rooms were clean and really all you need for a short stay in Munich. If you're travelling on a short budget, this is a very affordable place! To be honest I expected nothing as good as this (breakfast is extra however… but we didn't get up before 11 anyway haha. There are good places for having a small breakfast at the Munich central station nearby).

Location is good, 200 m from hbf. But they charged for Wi-Fi. Bad stench comes out of bathroom. Only two lifts for the entire hotel and one of them was not functioning. Relatively bad experience for the money you pay.

Nothing to say about the room but the manager with whom I discussed for a problem with booking a very rude person. He denied Booking assistance from me contacted that in his structure there were staff who spoke Italian when right in front of me there was an employee who understood and spoke my language. Very poor and very low availability… never more stay in this structure.

Hotel very clean, comfortable enough, in an area close to the Hauptbahnhof station and several supermarkets and bakery. Unfortunately the evening is not well attended absolutely and is area of peddling, it is clear, just look out the window. I must say that however no one to me and my girlfriend has never stopped us or bothered, absolutely.
Discouraged for a family with children, recommended for those who like to have stations and bus stops nearby. Nice staff.

Not much for accommodations, but it suited us for what we needed, a place to stay during Oktoberfest. We had 3 rooms of varying degrees of comfort. Close to the train station, but on a busy street with lots of noise all night from people milling around. Breakfast is in another building.

I am Poor at English Writing So Please understand if the sentences are awkward. I think this hotel's cost-effectiveness is so good 1. The room was pleasant. 2. Hotel is to be close at 'München Hauptbahnhof' 3. The employees were very very very x1000 kind. 4. I am satisfied with housekeeping.

Very convenient location, huge rooms (at least, the one we booked it was). All in all, pretty cheap. Only fault the cleanliness.

Sham hotel run by con artists and liars. Overcharged us at everychance and lied about us not having any other choice but to stay with them. Avoid this hotel, you will be ripped off.

The hotel all in all not bad. It has nice and clean rooms, the bathrooms are a little small and the shower leaked to the sides flooding the floor a bit. Wi-Fi is for a fee. The area is a little disgusting although it is very close to the central station.

The rooms are big and comfortable, and the toilets are neat and clean. The only thing that I did not like is that you have to pay 4 euros a day for Wi-Fi. Other than that the staff is very friendly and helpful!

It was very nosey with boy racers and sirens. The rooms are good but have no air con. This results in needing the window open and that means you hear everything outside to keep cool at night.

The room was too hot and no AC or a fan and was directly on the road that kept busy till 4:00 am.

Bad and small rooms aesthetically, the restaurant is 10 minutes from the hotel and you often have to walk in the rain, for the rest good breakfast and at the restaurant you eat well, comfortable beds.

As opposed to what you might think seeing the hotel from outside this property has very nice and clean rooms, (not very frequent in hotels in Europe). In The reception works the staff who also speaks Italian, helpful and sympathetic. The hotel is very large and clean and offers the possibility to park in its underground parking spaces paying directly in reception at a fairly advantageous cost. The price of the hotel at night is reasonable, but the Wi-Fi is not included in the price. You have to pay €4 about a day to have this service. The only drawback of the property is the area where it is located that I must admit not to be the best, despite being a ten minute walk from the central street of Munich.

We were last night with 20 people at the hotel DOLOMIT. Had double rooms each at the top, on the top floor. The rooms are so small that many of us have found hardly any sleep. With a 1, 40 m-wide bed can be divided even a double with his wife for a night, but with a relative stranger on trip that is not so great. I think it's a nerve this mini room very limited even by the sloping roof, as double room for rent. Alone that would have been fine, but not as a couple!

On one side a much frequented road, on the other a 24 HR parking garage. Sleep impossible, because Yes due to the missing air conditioner which can not close window. Bathrooms are plastic cabins in worst condition. Bed linen change does not exist. Service = not available. I had 3 rooms for 1 week. It was not possible to cancel a room. Supposedly because Yes hrs have booked. Bar, luggage rack, cleanliness = nil. My TV control in all 3 rooms E. G. Has seen never a rag. To pay the night still 140 euro for all that crap is already bold. Yes, fair, and others pay 200 euros in the same hotel they told me. On top of it is still, 14 euro for parking. Cool, they know how it goes.

Too small compared with others as same price.

Room was booked on Expedia — room no. 614 open door — oh, my God! Everything vintage, worn tight, uncomfortable! Immediately, my son said that he feels not at all comfortable here! Open the door to the bathroom entrance (start really) — next shock! That was not a bathroom, but a slightly larger Orange Dixieklo with additional shower and sink, dark, narrow and round about all orange plastic! Luckily the hotel was not fully booked and we could move against 10 euro per night supplement in a modernised room (No. 320). Everything was there a bright large bathroom okay, bright room, nice furniture, and above all! Against the employees, there is nothing to say, all nice, friendly and helpful! Close to the Centre — 1Minute to the main station — 45Sekunden up to the subway — good Wi-Fi however for a fee! — Breakfast buffet i. O. — rooms very simple, old bed with ugly orange "bathroom"-Nasszelle.

Rooms of the Comfort class quite spacious, location is ideally centrally located (2 minutes from the main train station), yet — thanks to soundproof Windows — undisturbed night's sleep. Recommended.

Really close to the train station. Clean large rooms in the "old" area. This cheap. If you do not experience Munich room will ideal. We were very happy, thank you very much.

Would not recommend! The carpet and chairs in our room were dirty and stained, the shower head was broken, one of the beds had a serious bed-bug infestation, and the sheets on the other bed had dried bloodstains on them. They had very clearly not been washed. Totally unacceptable for any kind of establishment — whether you have 5, 2 or no stars at all.

Close to train station, friendly Rezepion and the room facilities is ok.
However, the Wi-Fi should be free and not 4 euros per day. The TV reception is very poor and the desk had a loose connection in the switch.

-After cleaning the room our empties was taken immediately even though it stood next to a full bottle on the desk (actually theft, even if it amounts to cent —) and an apology even came from the reception staff — after the 2nd night our room was not cleaned (we had the "Please — do — not — disturb — plate off the door hung! ) and after I had communicated this to the phone, offered to get us not even clean towels on — only the comment: now I can send anyone more you. It was 19: 00 — although we had previously asked on the day and were allowed to move even the time of the Ausscheckens at 12 o'clock, to keep the case after leaving the room we were told the next day, as we 11 30 pm case wanted to bring, that the room was already full and there came the "friendly comment" then: when you come so late.
