Location is a bit chaotic. Good breakfast. Just ok service.

All was good but room size is small and due to it the beds weren't big which we needed most.

Clean and tidy, they don't have fridge inside the rooms, if you want boilers to make tea or coffee you need to ask the front desk.

Clean, quiet, small, air-conditioned (not normally a feature in German hotels and restaurants) and personalized service. English only is no problem. Breakfast is a good deal, so go for it. Easy walking distance from the Hauptbahnhof and all the inner city experiences as well as die Wiesn (Oktoberfest). Fine for families, too. Across the street is a small hotel, brewery, and pub I can highly recommend as well. The neighborhood has a Turkish flair, so treat yourself to a coffee and a Döner (kebab). Thank you, Josef and the H+ staff. We will be back!

I had a really great time, the staff were amazing, they were super friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and comfortable. The only down side was the pillows were far too soft and the doona was irritating.

It's a good hotel! Located near the centre and main attractions. 650 meters to the subway. The rooms are clean.

Very comfortable Place, a little note. Breakfast was overpriced 15 euros per person is a Bit pricey. For the rest we enjoyed it very much, and the staff were very friendly.

Very nice hotel, modern, very professional and helpful staff, clean rooms, the location of the hotel allows you to reach the station and the center mentions walking in about 15 min Even 10 if you have a fast pace, only flaw that has the lack of Italian channels, since you have them in some languages, the Italian is a lack for the rest excellent… Cleaning 10 and praise a point in favor for the staff who speaks in Italian.

An efficient hotel attentive and courteous staff very helpful the location of the hotel is strategic, 5 minutes from the central station and 10 minutes from the old town.

Very friendly and very human Service at the Reception at all Times — and Night time. The Room was clean and friendly, the Beds comfortable, the Air Conditioning worked flawlessly — a Treat at the extremely high Outside Temperature! The Breakfast Buffet was equipped for all Tastes and was always followed. In addition, the nice Ladies asked about the Service for Special Requests.

The rooms are very small to share and you can hardly separate the beds because right next door there are some tables built into the wall. The single room has a 1 ' 80 bed built into the wall so you can't move. The quilts are very small. We found expensive the price per night for the room they have. The positive is that the breakfast is OK, it is 10 minutes from downtown walking and the public transport is close by.

Very good price-quality ratio — clean, friendly reception and very helpful — very good transport connections — parking for passenger cars was 2 streets away but very easy to reach.

The hotel is in an excellent location, well within walking distance to the main train station, city center tourist attractions i. E, Marienplatz etc. And for those who enjoy shopping you have all the big stores within a short walk. The rooms are generously sized and well equipped, TV, coffee maker Wi-Fi etc. We found the staff very friendly and helpful during are stay in March 2018. The only downside to the hotel is, it is in a noisy location if you have the window open otherwise we would highly recommend the hotel for value for money and exceptionally nice staff.

How can you not love a small hotel where you check in… at the bar? Very friendly and clean. Thought breakfast was terrific.

Relatively modern middle class hotel in the middle of Munich. Staff friendly, beds very good, some small bathroom. Breakfast buffet is plentiful, bar in the entrance area 24/7.

The warm welcome from Marco Pavletic started our holiday in a way that would calm you down. His skills with language and professionalism showed that he controlled the reception. For the rest of the stay, Marco gave the best information. Even on the busiest days, he has always kept his calm and ensured that problems were treated in a quiet collective manner. We have seen how a guest has been disrespectful to him and he has turned it over and left the situation in a wonderful way. This is a talent that is a must for the hospitality industry. Bianca was also a delight that contributed to the wonderful experience by providing herself with a smile at all times. She was attentive and cared not only for us, but also for other guests. She handled everything wonderfully. Even the night shift Stephan made the hotel a safe feeling.

Nice hotel in the train station district. But you get very little of it inside. Room was spacious and clean. The beds were a dream! Gladly again.

She was attentive and not only took care of us, she would be on other guests issues as well. She handled all wonderfully. Even the night shift Stephan made one feel safe at the hotel. He did it by providing warm hospitality during the late hours. He was such a delight that it was hard to go back to your room to sleep. Your manager put together a great team and it shows. Georgette and I both know about this because we both worked in a high standard hotel together and realize the work that goes behind creating the best team. Keep doing what you are doing, because your excellence is showing.

Perfectly acceptable, but generally disappointed, from your normal price to the actual price we paid for, (superior double) room it was poor. Also to show rooms in your literature ie Web page missing representing the room was unacceptable. We would not use these hotels again Martyn.

Room is quite small but clean; insulation from windows is somehow poor, all night I had the impression that my window is open. Breakfast is of good variety and looks like quality food. Staff very friendly, they strive to be helpful and supportive, and I mean all staff. Position very convenient, at walking distance from old city/UBahn, etc. Overall a good choice for couples that want a city break in Munchen.

Friendly staff, a very clean Hotel op in the room, the dining area or in the Lobby. Very good location, 3 minutes walk to the main station and 15 minutes to the Marienplatz. The selection at Breakfast was sufficient and good.

To recommend very much! Hotel room is very centrally located in the station area, with all its advantages and disadvantages. The staff was very nice, polite and accommodating! (The "not nice" in the sense that little sister of Ar******* meant! )
Since it was raining on our arrival day and we wanted something, we were offered the hotel's own umbrellas "independently". The room was small for a city tour but totally sufficient! Everything is quite new and very clean. Breakfast was very tasty and decent selection! We will definitely come again and can recommend the Hotel without restrictions! P. S. Actually, we would have awarded 5 stars, the missing fridge or Mini bar, we decided to give only 4!

It is a pleasant experience and they are very professional in their job. They make me feel great by putting my name on the TV screen when I first turn on the TV and call me asking is there anything missing and how do I like the room after 10 min. I will definitely come back again.

2 times pay for rented accommodation hotel is nice. Pros: close to the railway station and the city center. Nice room Clean, excellent breakfast. Arabic quarter — calories-not to be believed that you are in Germany. Shawarma — poproshayki — complete people on the street in a burqa — musora on sidewalks in Cairo … Cons: upon arrival asked to confirm the card's solvency, and promised that the money will not be removed (such as it is only for booking), but … removed and 2 times the 2-second time when leaving them a card-although I do not give … the first time such a situation. I recommend paying in cash or PIN code under any circumstances, do not enter the hotel. My wife and I stayed September 6 and 7 at this lovely boutique hotel, situated conveniently near the Munich train station. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel and would like to especially thank Daniel Hussey at the reception desk. He provided us with a lot of useful information and suggestions that made our first visit to Munich a very enjoyable one. The hotel was spotless, the rooms small but very well appointed. We will recommend it to our friends should they visit Munich in the future.

Very bad. We were on the sixth floor, the temperature of the room was a 4th higher than on the street, and the air conditioning was not working, even though we were told a "fairy tale" that officer, after a period of time, it was not so. As a solution they told us that we had the door of the room open and the balcony also to circulate the air (without comments). For the Wifi we were given a password that are not working, and when he comes down to speak, and cast them to the trash and used another method much more simple, after you have lost me to much time trying. Ah, it is the first Hotel that we found that apart from asking the number of the credit card they make you put the Pin in advance when you enter. All in all a bad experience.

I really enjoyed my stay at H+ Hotel Munich. All facilities and amenities are wonderful. However, if I may make some suggestions, there are two items could probably be improved. 1. A refrigerator in each room 2. The running water from a tap is very strong, and maybe the angle of the tap is not right, so the water always makes the washstand and the floor wet Thank you. Hope to go to Munich and stay in H+ again soon.

Traffic very convenient, hotel internal very clean, well-maintained German Hotel standards, but there's one more, night out feeling a little insecure, possibly because of a damn Train Station.

The Hotel is located in walking distance to the pedestrian street, so very Central. Especially worth mentioning is the extremely friendly staff, especially the lady of the us on the first day the eggs are prepared, but also all of the staff at the front Desk. Even the Breakfast room is very nicely designed and the selection for Breakfast is very rich and excellent, there remains no desire openly. Top-notch. The room was very clean and big enough for a stay of 2-3 days, in the bathroom I would have a magnifying mirror is desired. The only notable disadvantage of the hotel is actually the environment that it is located in the red light district.

Nice hotel, near the center and the Central railway station. My friend and me liked the room with big windows and confortable bed. The breakfast included in the rate was perfect and the staff that served it — attentive and helpful. But there is one thing that we didn't like: when we arrived, the amount that we should pay for the hotel was blocked on my bank card. When we were living the same amount of money was taken from my account again, Now I already returned home by my bank told me that this amount will be blocked for 45 days and I can't use this money. I don't understand why. It's really a pity, because the hotel is really nice, but what happened with my money is not good.

The hotel is rather new and well located. Rooms are not big but enough and clean. I didn't try breakfast. The big problem is that the advertised free Wi-Fi didn't work, the reception explained that it depends of number of people connected (! ).

From the very start the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful indeed. The location of the hotel is very good allowing one to walk to all the major historical, cultural and gastronomic centres of the city. Parking is close and very reasonably priced. The breakfast was outstanding. If we have a criticism it is that the Wi-Fi connection was rather erratic — otherwise a very good place to stay.

Good location close to central station and city center. Spacious room (2+1) for 2 adults with a child. Cozy big bed. Friendly personnel. The hotel and room were very clean. The only inconvenience that we experienced (as well as my collegues who were staying in the same hotel same dates) was unreliable Wi-Fi connection. It worked only in lobby. In the room it was the worst Wi-Fi I've ever used in a hotel. If you are lucky you will be able to enter credentials (can get for free at the reception desk) and authorize in the network. However, the connection will break in next 5-10 seconds. I finally gave up and had to use quite expensive data roaming on my cell phone.

Good hotel, close to the main train station. The staff was very attentive. Unser room was big enough for two people, the two twin-beds were very comfortable. To dislike, the bathroom was small, thought it has all the amenities. The carpet was not very clean.

While traveling with my sister this summer through Hungary, Poland and the Czech Republic, we added an impromptu visit to Munich to our very full itinerary. We booked our room with Treff Hotel just the day before and weren't certain what we would find when we got to town. We were pleasantly surprised with all aspects of the hotel. The registration staff were friendly and helpful in providing parking, dining and shopping suggestions. The room was clean, modern, comfortable and well-appointed. Although some of the reviews below suggest that the neighborhood is not that nice, we did not find it disturbing at all. My sister and I walked to the Marienplatz and back (quite late in the evening) and did not feel uncomfortable at all. Because of our busy schedule, we did not get to experience the breakfast since we had to leave quite early the next morning. I would recommend this hotel to all travelers. Thanks for a great stay.

We were for a long weekend in Munich and have opted for this hotel because of the proximity to the train station and to the city centre. The rooms are clean and modern, the staff is very nice and the breakfast is brilliant. It's a pity it rained during the whole weekend, but that the hotel can not. If we're sometime back in Munich, we are in this hotel again can stay and enjoy then hopefully most beautiful beer garden weather.
