➜ Very good location. Good welcome. Pleasant terrace. Very average room for the price. Old-fashioned decoration. Water leak from the air conditioner making the room a small pond not very pleasant. Meal very decent, but a little expensive. Mixed stay.

Fantastic location! In the centre of Baden-Baden and just a couple of minutes away from the Wellness centres and spas. The view from the window was beautiful. The room was clean and cosy. It had a family-run guesthouse feeling. The staff had very limited English but they were very friendly. They even brought us glasses of champagne free of charge when we first arrived. The breakfast was okay. Nothing very special but it had all the essentials like tea/coffee/juice, bread, fruit, cold cuts, sausages, eggs and some salads. I would definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit.

Unfriendly staff, you feel directly uncomfortable. Room old and dirty. Lots of spider webs and the doors had holes. The breakfast was absolutely inedible, liquid scrambled eggs etc. We then had breakfast outside. Best, however, the indication that there are free parking spaces on the doorstep, there is, however, parking prohibited. We were told that it would be free of charge if we did not get a fine. Absolute naughtiness. Never again!
