Great service, great hotel crew, always helpful and with a smile on their faces.
The hotel is clean and the breakfast is rich and delicious.
The location of Heliopark is right in the center of the old city of Baden — Baden, but even though it's very quiet and serene.
I'd be happy to come back in the future. And I completly recommend to stay in this hotel.

My uncle when he staed in this hotel exidentlly paid doublle prise and very bad peoplle working there they dont want to give money back… cheatrs … verry bad hotel… and I will share this everiwhere… lyers … nobody to go in this hotel any more!

Eyelash monsters crawling around. You've got to love them though since they eat all other insects and spiders (apex predators) and maybe they were hired by the hotel to keep the invertebrate population down. If it's the case I hope they treat them well.

The hotel was great! We enjoyed our stay. Its location is wonderful, it’s in the center of the city, you can basically go anywhere by foot. Staff was very nice and helpful. View from the balcony was gorgeous! We enjoyed lovely breakfasts with a lovely view! We would highly recommend it!

Nice hotel, excellent location and very kind staff. Not that clean though, our rooms were regularly filled with cockroaches due to the trees next to our windows. They offer massages and spa for additional charges.

Very nice hotel right by the main shopping street in Baden-Baden, close to main sightseeings, including Friedrichsbad, Caracalla Spa, Kurhaus, and Casino. Frequented by Russian guests. We stayed at a junior suite, which was very spacious and featured all the usual amenities, including air conditioner (which was a bliss at 30+ deg at the time we stayed there). Rooms are simple yet comfortable with some old furniture which gives the hotel a special touch. It has also quite an interesting history. The breakfast is nothing special but good quality. Service was great! I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience the best of Baden-Baden.

Ever been invited to a party by a rich friend, and you get there and everyone looks sideways at you? That's how we felt here. No parking provided (had to park at shopping mall several blocks away). Two good features, the large balcony had a great view of the pedestrian mall and the tub had a tap with the 'spa water'. Considering this was supposed to be a world class, four star hotel, we felt disappointed.

It is a very charming hotel and spa located in the heart of Baden-Baden. The décor is spectacular. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They take care of all the details. The gastronomic offer is very good and the prices are quite competitive with respect to the qualities that they offer. It is a place that is essential to visit if you pass by Baden-Baden.

Very beautiful hotel. But very expensive. No pool. Only 3 saunas. There's no parking, either. The staff are friendly. 3 stars no more.

The time-honoured house creaks in all corners is in a prime location and offers plenty of comfort. Single room with small bathroom € 100.00.

Friendly staff, great location in the city centre, rooms and entire hotel style fair. With open window from 6 o'clock noise on the street, lousy WLAN — quality, from the new sanitary facilities fell on me right at the first use a cap.

I did not stay in this hotel myself but my guests and friends really praise this hotel they each time stay in this hotel.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was good.

Big room, good breakfast, oat meal on offer, no larking facilities at the hotel. Hotel is in a pedestrian zone. Public parking is 5-10 minute walk.

Very nice sauna hammam relaxing not far from the Caracallas displacement assured.

Nice Hotel with kind of a nostalgic touch. Affordable prices and very friendly staff. Wellness facilities are great too.

Charming hotel in the heart of Baden-baden. A short walk from the Caracalla Bath and famed Casino. Very good breakfast, friendly staff, romantic atmosphere. Room amenities could be improved, we yet enjoyed our stay.

Location is perfect. Hotel is very beautiful and outdated giving it that chic look. Breakfast was plentiful and pretty tasty. Parking garage is available for €20 per day about 100ft from hotel. You can park in front of hotel to unload stuff first though. For the price and location in Baden-Baden this is cheapest 4-star hotel.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Baden Baden. Extremely friendly staff beautiful rooms, some with balconies, to have a nice view. Breakfast is very filling and has something for everyone!

For a 4-star hotel you can expect clean and not "unaccustomed" rooms. In addition, discount cards for the nearby parking garage are not handed out to every guest.

Terrible service. Looks like nice hotel but service is so terrible that we can t recommend it. Service and breakfast to be precise. And we booked a room with balcony but so few rooms have one that we didn’t have in the end. Parking is far away and Hotel doesn’t help for that. Better choose another hotel.

Great Hotel loved it before and after the renovation, although some of the old style charm is gone since the revamp. All attractions are easily reached by foot. Public transport is nearby. Recommended.

Very impressive old hotel. Large rooms. We had one with the option of putting mineral water in the tub. Breakfast was fantastic. We like the bulk yogurt and fresh orange juice.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Heliopark. Great room with a large balcony. Nice en suite bathroom and AC in our room. Perfect location and friendly staff. The breakfast was included and very nice as well. It's about a 10 minute walk to the spa.

We thank you for the excellent orientation of our wedding on 03.06.2017.
We, and also our guests were more than satisfied. From the planning and preparation of our celebration, to the food and the service, no wish remained unfulfilled. Also our room, the wedding suite with excellent breakfast the next morning convinced by perfection.
We can only say excellent communication, excellent food, beautiful ambience and a great service.

The staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself looks nice and oldish premium. We did not use the SPA facilities, as we already went to the Caracalla. The location is very central, so everything is in reach. The only issue we had was noise from the AC outside our window, which turned itself on and off at a medium interval. Overall a good hotel and definitely recommend it.

We enjoy the baths of Baden-Baden and come regularly to this city. To stay there we go down to the hotel HELIOPARK which has always given us full satisfaction. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are of a delightfully antiquated charm. The excellent breakfast is served in a beautiful room with an outlet on a terrace surrounded by greenery, in a very quiet setting. It is a sumptuous place that we highly recommend!

A tiny room in the attic at a price of 250 euros at night, with a bathroom without window or transom. All the other 4 stars of Baden Baden (DORINT, AQUA AURELIA and even the LEONARDO ROYAL) that we frequent, all have a attention to the arrival of their customers (bottle of water, see bottle of wine offered). No bathrobes, no slippers in the rooms, while all of the above hotels hold these items at your disposal; We were very disappointed with this hotel which is not worth a 4 star. The only two things positive: a friendly staff and a good little breakfast.

Great central location. Very nice staff and excellent spa. Access and parking is difficult. You can't get to the hotel directly. Parking is down the street in the Galleria Car Park. There is a rear alley access road, but I never found it. Overall, lovely place to stay.

The HELIOPARK Bad Hotel zum Hirsch is a lovely sleepover with many exciting rooms, directly in the centre of Baden-Baden. The nicht there was unbeatable and wonderful!

Nice place, good breakfast. Location is super in the pedestrian zone but for parking a problem. Only in more expensive parks (Euro 20 per day) and running.

It has simply adapted from A to Z! We were a young group, and have been living here totally beautiful Easter. The rooms are nicely decorated, everything very clean, the breakfast buffet was a stunner, and the service staff was very obliging.
The hotel is very centrally located, has a beautiful SPA area with massages, saunas, etc. And who want to treat yourself the luxury to hire the private SPA, is an oasis of luxury in the extra class.
We can only recommend it.
