Price/performance Top, great Breakfast, super nice "smoke lounge" and warm hospitality! Why can't it be everywhere?

This small and nice hotel is located just a few steps from the main train station. We were by car, and in the neighborhood you will find 3 parking place. 20 Euro per night, secured.
Inside very clean and warm hotel with a lot of paintings (hand made) and a huge collection of penguins (Johann, the owner, is maniac about penguins, so if you want to surprize him, offer him a penguin… hi. Hi. The hotel was completely refurbished 3 years ago. Johann's right hand and soulmate, Carmen, is a wonderful lady. Previously she worked at Ibis Wiesbaden. So she knows exactly how to behave with guests and how to manage a hotel. In just a few words, this is a place were you have to be. The early morning breakfast is fabulous, and here a bug thanks. To Johann. This pair are happy to have you as a guest, even for one night. Whenever life will bring me again in Kostanz. This will be my choose. Respect for them and for them hard work.!

Absolutely Central location, everything is easy to get to. A great and fun Team, very attentive, very helpful. It was a very nice week. Thank you for that. Also, we can recommend this Hotel only.

Cosy family Hotel in a Prime location. Like to again and again.

The room was very clean which was one of my main reasons for choosing this hotel over other hotels in the area. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect just outside the train station and very centrally located in the Altstadt of Konstanz. Getting to and from was very easy from the hotel, we walked everywhere. The breakfast was sufficient for our needs, filling us for the day ahead. I would definitely stay here again.

Johanns and Carmen are absolutely fantastic as host and hostess. The rooms are average size for a European hotel, so expect the size. However, ours was beautifully decorated and the beds were sooo comfy. It's perfectly located near old-town Konstanz, just down from the trainstation. It's perfectly accessible by walking and by bus. There's shopping, restaurants, culture, and the Bodensee (Lake Constance) within 5 minutes walk. The breakfast was fantastic, with beautiful fresh fruit, lovely breads, a wide selection of meats and cheeses, as well as yogurt and cereals. All-in — all, absolutely fabulous and well worth the price. Seriously underrated stay in Konstanz. They even contacted me about a lost article! Great customer service. Love our time here.

This hotel is owned and managed by the super couple : Johan and Carmen. You feel at home. The location is superb. Few steps from the Bahnhof, the pedestrian shopping area and the restaurants. No problem to stop the car in front of the hotel for the check-in and you may park in a public underground parking, 200mt away. The room and bathroom are very clean and comfortable. Excellent sleep. No elevator. The breakfast is very good. Value for Money : Excellent. Whenever we are in the area we shall go again.
