Lovely hotel close to city centre. Very welcoming staff, nothing too much trouble. Room very clean, shower room had recently been refitted. Air conditioning very effective. Would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The location is amazing (just steps away from the Acropolis Tram Station) and 5 mins away from Place Garibaldi for example. The staff is soooo friendly (especially the young guy who helped us with any possible information-THANK YOU) The room was nice and very clean. I am more than satisfied and I will come back soon. :)

All staffs are nice but room is quite old and small. You need to book the a parking spot in advance. The location of the hotel was quite convenient.

Stay at this hotel a second time. This time the room is 12 square meters. M, for some it may seem small, but it is cozy and we are satisfied. The location of the hotel is good, there are shops nearby and the old town, the beach and port are not far away. Breakfasts are delicious, rich, paid separately from the room cost. There is a paid private parking, 5 minutes from the hotel, access only by hotel card, for us it is plus as we travel by car. The staff are friendly, courteous. I rate 4 out of 5, due to the lack of ability to dry towels and swimsuit, but this applies only to rooms without a balcony or terrace.

We were with friend in the summer of 2018 for 2 days. Positive features of the hotel: Great location (near from center and interesting places). Very friendly staff! Rooms smal, but cosy. Good hotel.

Very good two nightstay at the Boutique Hotel. Staff with small care and very hearty continental breakfast. They also recommend good addresses and are very well located (very close to old Nice)

Lovely hotel, close to the city centre (2 stops by tram, takes only a few minutes). Rooms are very clean and have aircon, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel near the city centre with good price/quality. Also close to train station from where you can go to other cities of the French Rivièra very easily.

The rooms are small admittedly, but it is family COSO, clean, the staff is fantastic (well above my expectation), the breakfast is just what is expected from a French breakfast

Great location. The harbour, the old town and the beach promenade are within easy walking distance. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. We felt very comfortable.

Location is very convenient hotel, the counter staff cordial and super enthusiastic, we just ask in the next to buy strawberries to do not wash, the counter directly to help us take to wash. The hotel rooms are small but quiet. The hotel has its own parking lot but to the second floor of a slightly farther public car park, with the key open, the first time to find a long time.

Small hotel around the corner from the Congress Center. Very nice staff, good breakfast.

Fro! For a 3-star. The rooms are small in mine there was a problem on the shower head leaking. Elevator too small: 2 persons max with small luggage. But the reception is rather nice and located close to the tram.

Cozy and inexpensive. Perfect place to stay if you attending are Acropolis Conference Centre.

Quaint and cozy hotel. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk from the old town and 15 minutes to the beach. Alternatively there's a tram station 100 meters from the hotel that will take you downtown. The staff are really nice and helpful, however some more cleaning should be done. Despite that, nothing stopped me from enjoying the hotel. The rooms were nice and sufficient. The bathroom was really nice looking and clean as it has been refurbished recently.

Nice hotel is not included breakfast.

My friend and I were in Nice for a few days to do some cycling. The location of the hotel was perfect and the staff was very helpful and friendly. They had a storage area in the back that locked where we could keep our bikes. The price was pretty good that the room was clean. Breakfast was too expensive for us to try.

rate little breakfast-> €12 too expensive for what is offered.
Some hotel offers the same buffet for € 7/8 on average. No pastries offer as the person told me at the reception.
Otherwise comfortable, the rooms are nikel.

The staff was absolutely fantastic. They all went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and help us whenever we needed it. I have not had a nicer hotel staff than what we had at eprit d'azur The hotel itself was in a very nice location, close to old town nice, and a short walk from the port. The room could have been a bit nicer, but it was just fine for the price. I felt very relaxed staying here, mainly because the staff was so friendly. We also had a balcony which was a nice perk. We are glad we found this place!

Very helpful staff who are ready to help you with anything, from restaurants to tours, to which buses or trams to take. Good-sized single room with equally spacious bathroom. Just three tram stops from the seaside and Old Nice.
