A beautiful place! Too eager to return and enjoy this swimming pool on the roof!

We stayed for a week in September and cannot fault the staff. We had a studio and while it may be just the same size as a hotel room it did have a kitchen area. My wife would have preferred more cupboards instead… As with most extended stay residences that are cleaned only weekly they age quickly but this didn't detract too much. The pool area was spotless and a nice extra in a city hotel. It was just 5 mins from the tram so the city was easily reached. All in all we enjoyed it for the price we paid.

Good location, Beside all amenities. Good sized room with air conditioning. Carpet had a few stains and interior sliding doors did not close. Very modern. Only real complaint was size of balcony. Couldn't even sit out on it.

Stuck in the lift, no hot water in the room — 3 days to repair + did not have another room to change… their solution was to have a shower in the pool showers, no towel replace during the full stay (was not mentioned while booking), sofas extremely dirty, staff very rude, no Wi-Fi from the room — anyway, cannot find something good during the stay.

Pros: 1) This Hotel is located nicely for someone who wants to commute to Cannes, Monaco as the Nice Riquier station is 5-6 minutes walk from this hotel. 2) Bus no. 98 from Airport takes you near the hotel (10 minutes walk) 3) Close to tram station 4) Reception staff are nice and speak English. They are also available 24x7. 5) Tiny roof top Swimming pool (opens 7am to 9pm during summer) 6) There's a huge mall right infront of the hotel and Mcdonald's for a quick snack is right infornt of the hotel and it opens until mid night. 7) Storage facility for your luggage after check-out. Cons: 1) Smelly bathrooms/rooms. Needs to be addressed urgently. 2) Terrible Wi-Fi which is very dodgy to get connected. 3) City tax (not sure if its the same everywhere in NICE) costs 7 Euros per person to be paid at the reception at check in time 4) Breakfast is on expensive side which we didn't try. And menu doesn't look that exciting. 5) Though the hotel (more like Apartments) is good, we were bit unlucky with our studio apartment (for 4) as the bathroom was bit smelly and shower door wasn't properly closing and it made the bathroom even worse with water spilling. 6) No room service for stays less than 7 nights or so. And they don't even offer towels and charge extra if required.

Room very small and smelly. The water of the swimming pool is not clear. And the pool is very small, jacuzzi size. Had to pay 25€ because their car park was full. Wonder how it's 4 stars. Honestly. Oh, and the Wi-Fi is slower than Gary Cahill.

Don’t expect to get the room you booked. The Hotel don’t care, and they will tell you with a smile. If you choose to stay here, ignorere any no smoking signs, the French don’t care about them. Smoke away where ever you want, scream and be loud and annoying. And If you want to per in the pool arena, go ahead join the local. I did not find the hotel to be Very nice or clean. The neighbourhood is not bad, local shops and restaurants is a bonus.

Fantástico to say the least… Excellent throughout including pool, sauna and gym.
Rooms clean and tasteful.
I would highly recommend it for a relaxing stay.

No more! Neither really clean nor really dirty! Put back to the taste of the day but not really in the details. The Manager is not friendly with everyone, takes himself up. Friendly staff. Breakfast was very good.

A star and still it's way too much! Dirty Hotel, we arrived, a degeulasse smell of cold but really strong tobacco impregnated in the bedding curtains, finally if you can call it curtains (holes, dirty) The carpet on the floor was no longer beige but brown so it was dirty (Big apparent tasks)
We asked to change the apartment but we didn't even take into account our request, I do not recommend at all.

Very dirty hotel, stained carpets, perforated and stained curtains,
hair in the bathtub, kitchen sink clogged, air conditioning loud, not enough hot water for everyone, Wi-Fi does not work at all and there are few interesting channels on TV. The Windows have not been washed for years. The benches in the entrance are so dirty that one does not dare to sit there. There are a lot of screws and it is impossible to open the Windows because the noise is terrible day and night. Breakfast is the worst I have eaten and very expensive 15 euros. It is based on chemical products for beverages and scrambled eggs. The parking lot is very expensive 18 euros per day. We will never come back to this hotel or the chain. For more we waited more than 20 minutes to the reception which turned out cold and very unprofessional. It has the impression that this hotel is not held. I do not recommend.

Very good value for money The apartment was very clean and comfortable.

Nice and comfortable stay just like an apartment, with added benefit to 24*7 reception for any help if required. Recommended.

Nice place. Good location. Comfortable and spacious rooms. They have a kitchenette. Aparthotel.

Not value for money. Dirty curtains and carpet. Very minimum equipment and service. One piece of soap and one dish washer tablet for 11 days for two person. No wonder that the dishes were dirty in the cupboard. Internet required signing in every hour. TV picture was poor and not HD.

Apartments normal. Cleaned depending on the days that you go to stay, is like a 3* in Spain.

Quite good, did not have a good Wi-Fi reception in the room.

We stayed for a week on checking in we were told that there was no room service as we were staying a long time and we had to ask if we wanted clean towels/toilet rolls/clean bedding.!
We went to the pool on the top of the hotel and got locked in, there was no way of notifying anyone, luckily another person was wandering around and they let us out.

Hotel staff were very friendly and location was very good, close to tram, close to train station and not far from port and old town. Room was small quite basic and reasonably clean. Plugs in bath and kitchen however didn't hold the water so constantly had to top up. However big gripe was NO IRON, went down the first evening, told to come back in a while, did so and told to come in the morning, did so twice and still no joy, told there were then three rooms waiting. So bit the bullet and went to Carrefour (most expensive supermarket in the world) and bought one. Lady in the reception then spotted it and told me I might have got one in a hour, also tried to tell me they only say ironing board not iron. Glossy Hipark booklet in the room states iron as well. If you dont mind wandering around Nice like a hobo, then go, if not avoid this place at all costs. Not sure how they can be four star and not supply equipment as advertised on website etc. Wasted the first night of the holiday stuck in room and might have still been there if I hadn't bought one.

Great hotel with decent Wi-Fi. One of the guys on reception, Julien was brilliant. He sorted and quieries we had and recommended some good restaurants.

Staff were excellent but room smelled of stale smoke and Wi-Fi was really poor. Location was ok rather than ideal. Would come back to Nice again but probably look for a nicer place to stay.

For sure it was a nice hotel, very helpful staff that all spoke English. Good location. Comfy and clean rooms. But When we needed an iron we were told to collect it from reception and that doesn't scream 5 star. Pool was really really tiny too and the photos made the rooms look a. Little bigger. We were also promised a city view but only saw other people's balconies from the same hotel. Overall a pleasant experiment and I would stay there again.

I got a suite which was really nice but where are my towels the next day? I didn't know they don't have daily maids.

The location is excellent. Comfortable bed and a pillow. The Internet is fast. The room was very small. Beside Carrefour.

Excellent hotel with great location, train stop just around the corner also there's a shopping centre in front of it with a carrefour store, breakfast was delicious, facilities were very clean, internet connection was great from our room and the staff were super helpful at all the times, thank you so much guys!

Lovely place to stay. Only problem room too small. But would stay again but in a bigger room. Lovely friendly approachable staff. Clean hotel with lovely breakfast.
