Bad experience. The room I saw on internet on Wednesday for 48 euro was given to me for 57 euros for a night. No towel no soup for bathing. Before I have to pay extra 3 euros before I can get towel. Public toliet and bathroom are smelling. Is expensive for that price because the receptionist are not sincere. So sad I didn't even enjoy my night there.

A renovation project should be undertaken. The rooms are getting dilapidated. The sound insulation is poor (even the speeches of pedestrians are heard).
The staff are very friendly.
Beautiful location (close to two metro station) and in front of a shopping centre (Carrefour). On Thursday night, the sidewalks turn into a temporary market that distorts passage and traffic.

My friend and I came to Paris to see the beautiful city, but ended up hating our experience. We checked in, and went to our room. We were hungry so we went for food and got cat called on the streets multiple times and a car even pulled over on the side walk in front of us and screamed at us in french, we were unsure of the neighborhood after those occurrences. Then, I got a call that my mother was in the hospital around 9pm and I had to leave quickly, and did not have time to wait in line to explain my case. I called 3 times the next day asking for managers, but everyone on the phone told me to call at different times, despite calling when the last person said. I called for days finally reaching someone on the 2nd night before my scheduled check out, and by this point I realized that I had been charged TWICE on my credit card for different amounts over 2 days ($247 and $287)! I was IRATE as I nearly maxed out my credit card and would have incurred fees, and I got charged twice and never stayed a night! When I did reach a manager (who would NOT tell me his name), he was kind and told me to email him a copy of my bank statement and identification. He explicitly stated that he would refund the second charge ($287) and 2 nights stay. The fraud second charge was removed but I was never reimbursed for the 2 nights stay I was promised. I am a student and was hoping to have a magical stay in Paris but now I have a grudge against the city.

Good hotel for the price, staff were very helpful. I gave it two stars because of the cleaniness, the room was dirty and smelly, I do not recommend at all even if it’s cheap.

We spent one night in this quiet hotel, it corresponds to the description. Closed and covered parking for €10 per night. Good welcome: clear and precise.

If you're looking for a cheap place to sleep then it's ideal, clean and comfy beds but all you get is a TV, the toilets and showers are located in the hallway they are small but very clean.

Avoid this place if you're a couple or with family as the toilet or bathroom is common or public in every floor. However, this hotel is affordable, clean, secure, and comfortable. It is on the border of Paris and Montreuil and a bit far from central Paris though there is a 5-min walk metro station. Across is a small shopping mall with a few affordable restaurants and fast food chain like McDonald's. A couple of blocks you can find an affordable Chinese restaurant that caters takeout foods.

Comfortable bed, cheap hotel but a serious worries at the level of the showers, either too cold or too hot, a 5 month comment regarding this problem has already been reported, the response of the hotel, thanks this helps us to improve the quality.
So no remark is taken into account! Obliged to go to the other end of the hotel to have a shower a decent minimum. Pay towel 3 EUR it goes but still paying… When at breakfast ask people barely wake up to go and pay breakfast before going there is average. PK do not pay at the end of stay?

Cheap and well located hotel in relation to public transport.
However, the condition of the room is abberant, hairs in the sheets, ventilation grille full of dust, soundproofing and the scariest, mold in the showers!
And little more of the reception, the towels are paying and there was no breakfast the next day!

Cheap and reasonable with good service. The staff is very friendly. Good place to stay if you want to roam around paris and need a place to crash and rest at night. Metro is at walking distance by which you can reach almost any parts of paris. Good for bagpackers and students who are on a low budget trip to Paris. Washrooms and Restrooms are common, but are cleaned and maintained well.

On the move for training in this neighborhood. First and last time in my life in this hotel. Lovely staff.

But I was eaten by bedbugs during my night. Help past your path. Mr. Disinfect your hotel.
It is not because you are the cheapest in the area that you have to close your eyes to the hygiene of the rooms. And my pharmacist also says that GALE has made her quarters. Flee!

Hostel. Bad smell and service. But for a quick hop in it might be fine for the price.

Very minimal. Only go if you're on a budget. The place is clean, which is a minimum, but expect nothing else. It is a good deal considering the price. Close to the subway so you can get back to central Paris rather quickly.

We arrived at the hotel and at reception we were treated very poorly. The showers smell bad, and the rooms were dirty with dust. The plugs were not working and we were all night at the reception charged our phones because we were not given any solution and they said that it was not their problem. They laughed at us all night. We ask for a complaint form and they gave us a blank sheet of paper. Do not go to this hotel ever.

The place was very dirty, the plug was not working and we changed the room, this super badly located and the staff is very unpleasant. The showers smelled like fatal had not soap, the beds uncomfortable all very small. We had to spend the night down in the reception charging the phones because no one helped us nor arrangement of the room. Never come here!

Attention! Since August 1, 2017, the facility no longer provides bath towels to its customers. Plan your own!

I let my phone the last 21 of September on the pill of the room, so I called them to know if it was there. They said that my phone is there but then said me write an email to get a solution. I´ve write two emails and nobody response me yet. I still waiting for an answer, I hope it arrives.

Bathrooms are not in hotel room they are communal down the hall. Bathrooms do not include sinks. Rooms are clean and have a sink included. Breakfast was good.

I gave 5 stars because for the customer service was good (the guy in the front desk was very helpful) and we spent 1 night there because we came early and the guy in another hotel was unable to give us a room so this hotel save our night, we were very tired and we slept like king. Room are very small and there's not bathroom and toilets inside room so you have to go to the hallway there's toilets and showers small room but bed was very comfortable and clean. Give it a raise to the guys in the front desk at 1 am Sep, 7 of 2017 lol.

Hotel not terrible … several points that are not terrible … this hotel is very noisy. The showers were not very clean (hairs on the walls), the toilet very dirty (because of customers who do not respect). The toilet lights turn off when we just got back in, so we're doing our little business in the dark! It's not that bad. No towels available to guests (they are paid). Good thing my boyfriend and I had them. Otherwise very nice staff, smiling.

It would probably more clean to sleep on the sidewalk. Our sink looked like it hadnt been wiped out in a few weeks, even had a few dried boogers in it. The showers smelled like a Porta Potty. Every toilet had some leftovers of previous occupants. It's a game to see which one is somewhat clean. They also lie about having air conditioning, on their website and various places. Would recommend only if you really can't afford anywhere else.

That is not a hotel, so we have never seen in Europe.
Filth, stench, wohnbedinungen that cannot be used for humans.

Basic but OK rooms. Staff is kinda nice but not very helpful. There's a shopping mall right across the street, very handy. Not much else of interest in the area.

I give zero to this hotel more than dingy smell to vomit.

Good place for hotel. Perfect as start point for walking to city center. Great, that they have own parking. Becase there is no good idea to take car on the street.

30 euros for one night (2 people), enough to leave by train the next day. I highly recommend for several nights, almost impossible to sleep with the sound of trucks of deliveries and the heat (in July). Pretty decent room, common shower per floor that smell like piss once on 2, the same hotel.

Good hotel and service, the only bad thing is that it is away from downtown Paris, and the regulations and instructions are in French and not English as in other hostels, everything else is fine.

The smell in the rooms and hallways were absolutely disgusting I found myself dry-reaching at times, window in room didn't lock, lights in showers turned of as you closed the door showers were also cold and filthy.

I pay also 71 euro a night included garage for this shit hotel showers toilets are always very dirty see disgusting let you guess the rest room furniture break as well as the bed again with 2 or 3 end of Board find share if except with screws protruding and who and dangerous for your feet if you approach too ready microwave room which and at the other end of the corridor on the ground floor and very dirty there a lot of walk to get there then than throw for the 5 floor I'm stay 3 days and in fact I really go to sleep I recommend you to go there really cool reception employees not nothing to fouttre really a crap hotel.

You get what you pay for. It is insanely cheap but rather uncomfortable.

If you do not find fault, it is normal. Clean. To metro 5 minutes walk. Nearby cafes full of cheap.

Sleep is a very good bed, cosy, spacious room, daily maid, next to the metro. To return.

Stay seems to be fine but common toilets are difficult.
