If you like to have the noise of cars, people screaming and the smell of tobacco in your bed, do not look anymore this is your hotel. In addition Wi-Fi is chargeable. Really better than if you were on the street and more expensive.

Not so clean. I know is cheap but if you only go there to sleep and visit its fine, if you go to relax, its not the right place.

Low-comfort hotels with shower area that leaves to be desired, located at a rather noisy crossroads. On the other hand on the level of this crossroads brewery hyper nice and eats very well.

Don't go. Very dirty Hotel, very dirty rooms, with cockroaches. Neighborhood well connected, but scary the atmosphere. In the middle of one of the nights we jumped the fire alarm because people were sneaking into the hotel with very bad pints to smoke… In Short, it is a great rubbish, we will never return.

Terrible! The Hotel is terrible! I can only advise against it. We read the bad Reviews in advance and wanted to get our own picture of them. The Reviews are entirely true! We didn't have great Expectations but we wouldn't have expected such a Sustall. The Gentleman at the Reception gave us directly 2 Room Keys but one Room was worse than the other. The Ceiling comes down everywhere Dirt and Mold. We left immediately and were looking for a new Hotel. I think sleeping in the Metro would have been more enjoyable.

I strongly recommend! Barely get into the home as the smell of the musty was atrocious! The room very dirty, the housekeeping did not even was made, the bedding very very dirty and there bathroom do not speak! We heard the people in the room next door spoken, it's really poorly soundproof! Already the condition of the reception leaves to be desired I imagined the room and it was the catastrophe! Very disappointed! No parking, there Wi-Fi paid, horrible elevator!
Seeing the condition of the room and the hotel I turned around and I went to another establishment!

Outrageous. Room ruined, dirty, even with litter on the ground as soon as you enter. Tiny spaces, very uncomfortable bed with a blanket that hasn't been washed for a long time. Bathroom embarrassing for size and cleanliness. In short, a shame, to avoid accurately even if the price is low. I enclose real photos of the crap that you will find if you have the unfortunate idea to book this dump indecent.

Very very very bad hotel. Damaged room. Noisy building. Stupid design. Dirty restrooms and bathtubs. Never recommend this hotel to anybody.

I booked without seeing the amount of negative reviews I had of this hotel so I decided to try my luck as it was already paid for and take the pleasant surprise that it was not so bad.
Hotel defects: The elevator is small and the neighborhood is quite strange, but the room that has touched me was always kept clean (cleaned every day) and there was not a single insect contrary to what many claim. And the subway is right at the door of the hotel, so for someone who travels to meet Paris a few days this hotel is perfect. Notice that I touched the room 310, maybe the reality of other rooms is different.

It must die badly for those who allow these to keep open such a sewer.

Horrible. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in! There were cockroaches in the rooms, smelled terrible, there was no cleaning, the walls falling to pieces, we moved the room and got one on the 6 floor, above the elevator did not work. I do not advise that if you go pick up breakfast because you only have a bun, a croissant, butter and jam to eat. Pathetic. In my life I come back.

I have never seen such a dirty hotel, foul odors in the rooms and sanitary dilapidated. Stains in the sheets… etc The household should not be done often.
Very bad staff and breakfast which does not inspire confidence.

Frightening! The small rooms with smell of humidity and dirty, leaks urine from the rooms above, attention very bad, the Internet you charge it and it does not work, in front of complaints are excused… all a disaster, they make you pass bad moments. I don't recommend it for anything in the world.

Small lunch has 6 euros either saying Continental not win at 8am there was almost nothing on the buffet even no proposal of salty or brioche… and coffee machine that works half-up with stinky coffee! Only positive point the croissant and fresh bread.
The night watchman not very friendly unlike the day receptionist…
In short I think there is a secret new to do in there!

My buddy felt obligated to clean up everything. Pier toilet Roll with a large trace of M * * * * on top, black shower tray, disgusting streaks on the walls, drain of the sink so dirty that the water does not flow… Even for one night, seriously, put €20 more and go somewhere else. The reception is great, the guys really nice, we can leave his suitcases even before/after having taken/made the room, but there it is not enough…

When I read the reviews on this hotel, my reservation was already made. Cancelable but not refundable… I decided to go anyway and I feel that the condition of the hotel is not as catastrophic as some claim on the internet. Admittedly, the interior of the hotel is old, not very sharp, dilapidated but the rooms are relatively decent. I inspected the bedding, pillows, sheets and saw nothing suspicious. Same observation in the bathroom. Breakfast is served in the basement, in a clean room. Correct for 6 euros: 1 piece of bread, 1 croissant, sweet butter, jam, hot drink of your choice. The gentleman present at the reception is dedicated and friendly.
Very positive: the metro is at the foot of the hotel (Porte de Montreuil).

Don’t book your room here! Don’t be fooled by the low pricing and the seemingly ok looking photos. This is possibly the dirties hotel I’ve ever been in. The photos don’t look like reality. The hallway is full of buggy’s. The staircase hasn’t been vacuumed in months. Everything in the room is so dirty. Light switches are black with grease, the sink still has toothpaste spatters everywhere. The shower is tiny and full of stains. And lastly the toilet. Seriously it’s very unpleasant knowing there are still poop stains under the toilet seat. At night people are definitely smoking. When I left I told the man from the front desk what I thought of the place. He said he would pass it on to the manager. I honestly doubt that’s ever going to happen. I found an affordable place just across the highway.

It is a decent hotel on the subway side but not in the city center. If you are not demanding and you are going to spend one or two nights it will… more than that I do not recommend it. I stayed two nights it did not clean the shower room, did not even touch the bed. Nothing at all.

Cockroaches, other unidentified insects in the room. Service is good, but you have to leave your key at the reception when you leave the hotel. I recommend taking a lock with you. Less than minimal, stay away from this hotel.

The elevator is a big problem! And it does not have Wi-Fi! If you require have additional cost!

Cheap and budget hotel in Paris. Even though it is a bit far from city centre, there is a metro which takes you to the city in around 50 min. Metro station is very close to hotel just 50 metres. Rooms are clean enough and okay to stay.

Close to the subway, your shower and toilet. Budget.

Not even a star I would forgive here, ekeligstes what I have ever experienced. Toilet black as the night filthy, room small and Old. Bed Ausgeranst and who knows what was lurking in there. Back corner in the mini bath you could not enter because too cramped. Even the cleaning, if any, would not be there at all to clean up, just disgusting. Just don't Book. If already too late, just bring your own bed linen and disinfectant!

The worst hotel I have ever lived in Europe. Sewer stench, pool dirty, everywhere dirty, hair dryer front desk can not borrow, the hotel surrounding environment disorder, the only advantage is near the subway station, however, I will never come to the second time.

The worst hotel that I ever thought-of in Europe. Waste of money and very very poor service. Rooms are very dirty and even they don't provide clean blanket. Regarding position, not the convenient one at all. In total, I'm very frustrated with hipotel hotel.

Horrible experience. The worst hotel I've ever seen. Dirty walls, unpainted room, disgusting smell, tiny beds with pillows thin as a paper. Bathroom even worse. I wouldn't recommend this hotel even to my worst enemy. (Drama, yes. Exaggerating, no). Pictures aren't true to this location at least. And they wouldn't give the money back! For a few more bucks you can go crossing the freeway and get a decent hotel with very friendly stuff.

Very bad experience in this hotel. It is unacceptable for a hotel in this state to be able to accommodate people. A welcome that leaves to be desired and when we enter the hotel one wonders directly in what we embarked… The worst remains the room, an atrocious smell of sewer, a very dirty literary, stained mattresses, a moldy bed base, window outlines full of mold, and the condition of the room itself is a catastrophe. I strongly advise against it!

OK for the price and very well located. A few steps from the subway and lots of good restaurants in the neighborhood.

Extremely bad, disgusting and dirty, I have never seen such a bad hotel. Smelt badly, and is far away from downtown. Wi-Fi is not free, you have to pay 3 Euro for 1 day just for one device!. The personell is very unfriendly and arrogant. Stay away from this hotel.

Especially don't go. Very dirty, foul smell. The boss is not honest. He makes you think he's paying the room back when we're facing him. (because seeing the state of the room, I left elsewhere) but a few days later, he takes the money to your account via your CB.

Absolutely disgusting, but the staff members are super nice. It's what you get for $30/night. Dirty walls, a misshapen bed, the smell of potpourri used to cover mildew. If you brought shower flip-flops and your own sleeping sheet, you're good to go. The windows swing wide open and it airs out fast. À bientôt!

Very average hotel. Need of modernisation but that's what you pay for… you have to pay for Wi-Fi separately even though the booking says it's included and that's if it works!

Staff friendly and welcoming but State of the 2 that we have rented rooms absolutely deplorable even if cleaning was done: very damaged ceiling after probably a water leak, not finished (absent by place plinths), crudely remade tapestry without having repainted the doors, baseboards, doorways which the dark brown paint is peeling revealing the underlying white paint. Door of the dirty bathroom (Brown with patches of dirty water), unscrewed door handles, the smell of oil in the lobby and sewer in the shower, lack one of the 2 applied above the beds (leaving the bare bulb), wc unseal, attached shower asked dirty, very dirty windows, soil of high closet, dirty and frayed bedsprings, cold water in the morning to take shower not finishing at the level of the short walk between the room and the shower that could cause injury to the feet, bad cut lino leaving to see the ground beneath.

Hotel really infamous, sordid. Smell of bleach, mildew, fungus on the windows, ds the bathroom ceiling.
1 cushion, a mattress worse than camping and when you ask the remote control home response: well, you can turn on the button on the Chair

Actually the hotel 0 has earned but because there's not so it from me Gets a so the hotel is the large abstreige I ever in my life have I go don't know star you get another room where I should to say and whom you complained then nor is dirtier than the previous one and we then stupid made by the francose Dr down there sits with the elevator I was not even down the last man in the hotel that I drive who we're and it would burn. So I'd me quite strongly about place whether I go out here and anything else it is not a hotel but a 10th with 2 stars that one should in the take away.

I got 30-40 bed bug bites all over my body staying in this sh*thole. First, I was put in a room that smelled terribly and there was a man in the bathroom trying to fix the shower. Needless to say, I immediately went back down and asked to be moved to another room. The second room smelled less but the shower didn't drain, so we could only shower for about 90 seconds before the bathroom flooded into the main room Also it wasn't actually a shower stall, but a drain in the floor and it was so dirty we went and bought flip-flops to use it. Then when I woke up in the morning, I was covered in bug bites. When I complained they refused to refund any money. Please don't think I'm some spoiled tenderfoot either. I've stayed in cheap-ass hotels and hostels all over Europe and Asia. This was the worst accommodation experience I've ever had. There were no redeeming features.

There is good service. The Wi-Fi signal is terrible and charge you, the person who attends is poorly educated. Be careful of with luggage.

The room was ok, the bathroom needs some work and there was no shower curtain but it was still usable. You get what you pay for.

Price quality very interesting, very close to the metro and very nice room, ideal for small budgets.

Bad, dirty, old. Don't go!

I wouldnt say the hotel is bad but realistically its a s**thole. We took this place as part of a package deal and worked out for 3nights it cost around 195 euro (not bad for a self proclaimed 3 star I hear you say) turns pit its a two star and the inspector must of been blind with no sense of smell. Firstly the place is on a street that is a main road and main junction so no matter how high your room (4th floor) you can hear car horns sirens and collisions and arguements around the clock. Secondly their list of facilities is wrong we were only allowed 1 pillow each and the bedclothes were from the 60s. The "free Wi-Fi" doesn't reach past the second floor and all these seem like minor complaints (they are I'm leaving the worst for last) the walls and ceiling had plasterwork hanging off and the corridors were filthy (never seen a cleaner clean these) our room was like a shoe box and the walls (where the plaster held up) were paper thin. Now the bathroom… the sink had no plug which was ok as the hot water didn't work we asked to have it fixed and were assured it would be and for 3 days we asked but were unsuccessful at getting it sorted. The shower curtain was hanging off the rail and that was hanging off the wall. The down pipe from upstairs came down through tue bathroom and was boxed in but the tiles and plaster was hanging off and there were several holes in the box work.

No luxury, but the price accordingly.

If you don't want to get any sleep and you love the noise of traffic throughout the night, non stop, especially the sirens, then this is the hotel for you! We spent 4 long and sleepless nights in this place and I have never had such a poor experience. The hotel is located on a very busy crossroads and the windows did not close properly so the noise was incessant. When we did get a room with closing windows, the noise was no different as there is not proper double glazing. It was like trying to sleep in the middle of the m25. The french have no laws or quarms about using their horns and sirens at 3am. The hotel is in a very poor area and as 2 girls we did not feel safe in the area after around 8pm. Their is a lot of homelessness in paris and several homeless people would gather every night on the corner in front of macdonalds. They were drinking and begging for money and would stay there all night chatting and laughing, every word could be heard as you lay there awake. They got louder and more rowdy as the night went on into the early hours. Inside the room, there was an alcove with a rail in it for clothes but also, the alcove contained the down pipes for waste from the rooms above. Every time someone used the loo, u knew about it. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the TV or conversation of others. The lift in the hotel is the smallest I have seen. It barely fitted my suitcase and I inside it.

I had booked this hotel for 2 nights for my wife and granddaughter. The staff was indifferent. The surroundings appeared shady. The room provided was shocking with one bed broken. Can provide you with a picture. Breakfast was poor. No plates. The room was changed for a better one on 4th floor as the bed could not be repaired at night.! Avoid if you can.

Simply the worst hotel My husband and I have ever stayed at. We reserved three nights and only stayed two because of how crappy everything was… no hot water, paper thin walls, a shower that didn't drain and was so small that the shower curtain sticks to you, no outlets to use for any appliance you may bring, and no clock to tell you a time. It was just ridiculous! Not to mention the entire size of the room and the bathroom combined was the size of a laundry room.
