We ordered salads without cheese, and the 2 individuals had a uniform not net, thought we did not speak French and did not tell us that there was still cheese at the bottom because it

Then none were able to remember the dish of the day (a 20:00) then when a colleague gave them the answer, none was able to translate it into English… brief… Hotel and service in autopilot… right attention in the wall!

We booked a suite for the Easter long weekend. Eiffel tour view, exquisite prompt room service throughout our stay. Loved the Dior Institute spa downstairs. Great location for luxury shopping. We also booked hostess service to pick us straight from the train platform. Literally what a 5 star hotel should be. Worth the money.

I had a good time we can be quiet to chat and there was a lady who played the harp it was good she played well I relaxed I thank you good year to you all the team of the hotel Catherine Cesaro.

A great experience to have brunch in this Parisian Palace. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive.
The brunch room is closed/secluded from the rest of the hotel. The decoration, the light, the comfort of the seats and the quality of presentation take part in the splendor of this room.
It would not be representative to talk about the dishes as they were different the 2 times I went there. At the beverage level I advice to test the fruit juices and/or delicious vegetables and brings a bit of lightness and softness as the brunch is really very hearty and delicious.

A dream, it can happen that Günter Netzer and Mariah Carey are at the hotel at the same time and run across the way.

_BAR is awful cocktails are not very special TOO expensive. Bartender is boring same recepe for all cocktails.
The tapas are very small in portion disappointing 12 euro for 4 pieces you can find better!
_The cocktail bar is not a good bartender to impress you?
Shameful super expensive entrances are really small cheap portions for a disappointed 5 * hotel.

Restaurant commentary: Of course the place is exceptional and does not suffer any defect. So this critique and notation only concern the restaurant: one can stumble on dishes to cooking missed as a salmon with cooked unilateral cooking! Yes it is possible in the Ducasse Empire. Unacceptable of course.

I had the best honeymoon in an amazing sweet. The trip was so romantic and the view was breathe taking. The service was fabolouse. I will defs be cominh back.

It is always a great experience to go to a Parisian Palace for tea time. Beautiful tea card, sublime setting. Harpist or piano in background music. A time out of time.

This hotel is very luxurious. Here you can also order delicious ice cream. It seems to me that this is the only place in central Paris where such delicious coconut ice cream is served.

Beautiful hotel, a real Parisian palace. Futuristic décor, view of the Eiffel Tower, excellent service. And a wonderful bar that is worth a visit even if the hotel did not stay.

Such a beautiful & first class hotel it's breathtaking, the upkeep is impeccable. Though a lot of guests are 'snobbish' the staff is so rounded and kind to everyone that enters, they are total first class without being over the top. Everything about this place is perfect from the lobby, bedrooms, food, and staff. THIS is a true 5 star hotel.

First class hotel. The location is very good, from just a few steps away from the Champs-Elysees. The Eiffel Tower is located near the hotel, on the other side of the river. The hotel's style is to "red and white" topic, which I really like. Although the hotel is not very large, but very elegant and chic.

This hotel is magical. From the minute the door is opened into the lobby, you feel like you've been transported into a luxurious fairytale. The christmas decor was stunning, the staff was incredibly friendly. Our room was gorgeous (overlooking the center garden which had an ice skating rink for children). The concierge was extremely helpful booking our trip to the Louvre and also pre-booking a small tour up the Eiffel Tower on Christmas Day (no standing in line… Highly recommend). The restaurant is first class and the sommelier was very friendly and helped us choose the proper wines and champagne. The hotel is within walking distance to everything. We walked everywhere, only took the underground once. I've never stayed in a hotel this nice and I was very impressed with everyone in the hotel for making us feel so welcome throughout our stay. We packed nice clothing but were also ready to walk all of paris so we weren't dressed to the 9's as most of their clientele but never once were we looked down upon. I definitely recommend this hotel!

I went a few times in paris before these luxury hotels and oddly it gave me no envied to go, it feels fake to me, him overrated (to be polite), I was wondering even if we had the right to pass or if the sidewalk was also privatized. The worst is once or there was group one direction expected by their groupies, which made that there were plenty of young girl who waited for nothing even very late their group and some returned to metro, without information on the part of the hotel management or anything if the band would come or not. I am still surprised at these groupies waiting there to see their favorite for a photo or even star who ignore them more often, it's pathetic.

In its kind, nothing wrong for the hotel, which deserves 5 stars. Restaurant in contrast a bit disappointing. Apart from a divine Meursault and very good fish (extra Saint-Pierre), a. S: it's perfectly executed, but sad on the plate. No originality, zero risk taking, and so it must be said, one tires quickly. Too much butter also: stomach is affected. Otherwise nice, pro but not too staid.

I originally wanted to stay here because of Sex and the City. And it turned out to be oh so much more! Upon entrance you feel elevated, pampered and really taken care of. We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite with a view of the Eiffel Tower. What can I say? The room was so beautiful that I was smiling just looking around, the bed was extremely comfortable, and they have a beauty pillow which to me was the best pillow I have ever slept on, the bathroom is luxurious and the service is just wonderful. I love their concierge service — when you reserve a place, you are given a card with a concierge stamp on it and it is your ticket everywhere! Our dinner at the Alain Ducasse restaurant downstairs was sensational (although we seemed to be the youngest couple there) It is perfectly located on Avenue de Montagne, just minutes away from the boutiques and the famous Champs Elysees. I think this is the best hotel you can stay at when in Paris. It was a dream come true for me.

Our favorite Hotel in Paris. The suites are exquisite as are the junior suites. The staff works hard to be sure we get accommodations to our liking. The location is convenient to most of the neighborhoods you would want to visit. The restaurants are among the very best in Paris.

We had a junior suite right above the main entrance to the hotel. Awesome view — could see the Eiffel at the end of Montaigne. The suite had a living room that was beautifully furnished and a separate bedroom to match. Bathroom was very large with beautiful high quality appointments throughout. The staff was friendly and helpful, although they did seem eager to make sure you were a guest of the hotel before giving you the good treatment. The concierge was able to secure a reservation for us at Atelier Joel Robuchon (St. Germain) for the same day as our request. Great people watching — very international, and well dressed crowd. Only down sides were slow wireless internet and the pipes in the wall quietly howl like owls at night. Also, the scent throughout the hotel is a bit powdery and strong — the rooms were an exception as they always smelled splendid.
