I've been in a lot of hotels throughout my life, but this one? This is THE hotel to stay at. The friendliest service I've ever had. The most delicious food we've ever had at a hotel. Just the best place in the world. When I say we cried our last night there, we could not stop crying. Sure, we didn't want to leave Paris, but this hotel was our home while we were there. I highly recommend Hôtel West End. Stop searching, and start booking now!

One of the best experiences. The location is fenomenal and you will get VIP experience in a small hotel. Everything is walk distance or 2-5 minutes Uber.

Honestly Henrique is the best reason to stay at this hotel. He is amazing and thoughtful.

My daughter and I stayed at the Hotel West End this month for 9 days. It was a true sample of excellent hospitality.
Without a doubt when I return to Paris, I will most definitely book here and recommend it to others as well. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff who was extremely friendly and accommodating the entire time. Every other day they shared valuable information with us that would add to our vacation experience. … The daily breakfast was very good and the assisting servers deserve a special thanks, as well. Their hospitality added to our enjoyment almost as well as the hotel's elegance. The second day we walked around the vicinity to shop at the small shops and restaurants. We always brought something good back to further fulfil our time in Paris. I love the location, as a matter of fact the World's most beautiful avenue, Champs-Élysées is located within walking distance. Getting around within Central Paris is very simple and easy. Note, this is a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect to the hotel staff and general manager — They do a great job here; a true sample of excellence. Thank you to the Hotel West End for making my trip so enjoyable.

Magnificent HOTEL, perfect location and attentive and very friendly staff. If you are lucky and make the reservation in time, you can have a room with a small terrace and views of the Eiffel Tower, which is wonderful on summer nights.

Close to Arc de Triumph and shopping areas, friendly staff, very clean rooms.

We would have loved to have stayed here but unfortunately we were not allowed to get on our flights to Paris (need atleast 6 months remaining on your passport to enter EU). Instead of refunding, or even moving our booking to a later date, they have decided to keep our money. Crooks.

Highly recommend this hotel to stay in when you are visiting Paris. Close to all attractions and seen. They have a good discounted rate for garage parking 3 mins walking distance.

Loved the hotel, it was great location for shopping, eating, and near the Eiffel tower, great breakfast selection and friendly staff.

Location between champs elysees and the Eiffel tower is convenient. Rooms are clean and quiet. Staff has been nice to us and are always available. Being able to have breakfast delivered to your room in the morning is a nice touch.

The most positive is localization. We are in the middle of Paris next to the Champs Élysées, the Metro and several restaurants. There are small rooms that could be better maintained but we are in Paris to visit, so we spend not too much time in the rooms. Staff very functional, I recommend this establishment.

We had 7 wonderful nights at the Hotel West End. The room had a wonderful little balcony that I really enjoyed. The bed was a king but was 2 twins joined together. It was comfortable and the pillows were good. Take advantage of the free breakfast with room service. This was enjoyable to start the day off with a good breakfast. Check the closet doors on the last day we found the slippers and robes. Wonderful and helpful staff. Very nice and professional. Room was very clean and I enjoyed the Hermès bath products.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms are very large and well decorated, and the staff is fantastic. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Paris.

The Hotel is Nice, But Definitely its Not 4 Stars, We Paid For Queen Bed, We Got 2 Single Beds Attached.

We had a great stay here. We got lucky with a balcony with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Great hotel and great staff, all super friendly. They even gave us a free bottle of wine for being on our honeymoon.

Great rooms, Podsharpannye, but for Paris is simple super. Good breakfast. Always at breakfast there are ham and different kinds of sausage. Four types of quick breakfasts (cereals). Tea and coffee. Great Wi-Fi. In front of the hotel there is a restaurant Jour with cheap salads and balanced lunches (without soup).

Great memories. I felt like I was living in Paris with all the charm and excellent service! That was 16 years ago and I would love to do it again.

Monday, x the morning we arrived at the hotel, from the first moment the treatment was wonderful, the young q we attended at reception spoke very good English and immediately took care of everything, it was very nice. The breakfast very varied and rich, you go up the breakfast to the room if you want to without additional cost. The room fantastic and very large. The room service very good. The treatment of all staff great. The hotel is very well located muyyyy a stone's throw from the champs-elysées, surrounded by good restaurants and shops. The tower eifell this very, very close. It is a fantastic hotel ☆☆☆☆. I recommend the hoyel west end of paris. You have two metro stations very close and several bus lines.

We just got back from our Euro trip and thankfully only have amazing things to say about the hotels we stayed in. We booked this hotel upon reccomendation from some friends who stayed here last year. We absolutely loved this hotel. The view of the Eiffel Tower from our room was amazing. The rooms were clean, the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great (croissants, baguettes meats, cheese, danishes). The hotel is a 7 minute walk to the nearest train station and very close to the Champs Elysees. We will definitely come back to this hotel!

Antique and beautiful hotel! Kind staffs and free delivery breakfast room service are very impressive! Strongly recommend to stay this hotel if you have a plan to travel Paris.

Staff was amazing. We upgraded to a suite, which was a lot larger than the regular rooms. Had a nice Juliette balconies. Continental breakfast left some to be desired as does the room they serve it in, but the coffee is very good. Good location also.

Wonderful quaint hotel. Located in a very convenient location. Wonderful friendly accommodating staff. Quaint little Continental breakfast. Which you could have delivered to your room for free instead of eating in the tiny breakfast area. Offer early check out for those leaving early in the morning and offers a car service to airport that is reliable for not too much more than a taxi. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Lovely bathroom and amenities. Robes and slippers as well. The room I stayed in had a beautiful view of the tip of the Eiffel Tower. Wonderful stay wonderful experience. Definitely would recommend and stay here again. Great location. Walking distance from Eiffel Tower.

The West End is Amazing! Something to know: The rooms with a walk out balcony are on floors 2 & 5. We made a request to have a balcony room and they accommodated! The location is the best part! It's so close to literally everything you want to be close to! The rooms are adorable, and the staff is SO friendly! When we return to Paris we will stay again at the West End! THANK YOU W. E.!

My favorite boutique hotel in Paris. Close to the Champs Elysees, making it the best location for a hotel. The rooms are lovely, the staff attentive and good at their job. My mother stayed in the hotel a couple of years ago. I come to Paris twice a year for Fashion Week in September and February. The West End is definitely a hotel I would not mind coming back more than once. You don't need to stay at the Plaza Athenee Ritz or George V (hotels I've stayed in) to enjoy comfort and class. This hotel has it. Thank you so much for everything.

Absolutely abominable bedding for a 4 star hotel.

Hotel West-End is in an excellent location in the heart of Paris, making most tourist destinations and nice restaurants walkable. The room was large enough for 2 people with a very comfortable bed, and the bathroom was nice with adequate space to put things, although the shower did not have a full door which is common in Europe. There was a large closet, and the Wi-Fi internet was adequate, although the power did go out for about 5 minutes one time when we tried to use the hair-dryer in the room (maybe coincidence, maybe not). The hotel has a decent free breakfast, but there is not enough seating so you may find you have to wait, and the service seemed slow to make that worse — but they do however also offer free basic room service for breakfast. Overall the service was good, and I would recommend the hotel overall as more than nice enough — but for the price and location I doubt you will find any better.

We stayed at this hotel in May 2016 — the hotel was fantastic, the staff were extremely friendly and the location was to die for! The room was very chic — with a small balcony. Just loved the place and will stay there again, when back in Paris. Ed and Faye Kryskow, Ascot Vale, Victoria, Australia.

In the past few years, we stayed in this hotel several times. This is a very charming hotel, location was great, the service is fabulous. We stayed in luxury hotels, such as the Prince de Galles and Four Season Hotel George v, but to be honest, I prefer the lower-end hotel. Very capable staff will recommend restaurants, I also liked the glory of downstairs. Feels so good to be trusted. Largest room we only lived here, there is love. To a room with a nice view of the room, or you can see another building. Comes with simple breakfast, it's exactly what I needed.

The hotel staff was really friendly. The breakfast was well prepared and the espresso was really good. The rooms was clean.

My husband and I just returned from our first trip to Paris. This hotel was outstanding. When we arrived at 9am they had a room waiting for us which had a view of the Eiffel Tower. The room was very clean and very comfortable. You can have breakfast delivered to your room which is free of charge. The location was also very good. The surrounding streets did not have much traffic so it was quiet when we sat on the terrace outside our room, there are cafes and stores close by and it is a 5 minute walk to the Champ Elysees and a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. I highly recommend this place.

4 star hotel that gives 5 star treatment. Really enjoyed my stay, love the breakfast in bed, love the proximity the hotel is to everything in Paris. Will definitely come back.

Very good location, friendly staff and a family-like, private atmosphere. Service is perfect, better as many 5+ star hotels we've been. We will come back here whenever we return to Paris.

Staff was polite and some at the front desk even learned our room number by face. Free wireless internet, breakfast included, overall a very good experience.
