The hotel needs repairs. The santnkhnic equipment is worn out, so there are leaks, because of the dampness of the wallpaper.

The service was excellent, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly and the views frontera our room were amazing.

Wi-Fi is very weak and unstable. Room is good but too noisy because looks to Haussmann bvd. Refrigerator internals are broken despite it works. 4 stars are too much for the hotel. Correspondingly prise is too high.

My laptop and money was stolen from the locked safe in this hotel. All the doors on my floor were broken quite violently and I heard they stole money etc. From the other rooms in the 6th and 7th floors. The hotel staff didn't inform me until I turn back to the hotel that day. When I arrived the hotel manager told me the camera was broken down. She also told me they will send my case to insurance company but it has been 3 months and the company didn't reply me.

Good location but staff are very cold with no genuine customer service, huffing when asked to do something isn't what you'd expect. Rooms are of good size but could do with am update as they're looking at bit old and outdated.

A little rough right now with the work but they do the best to limit the impacts.
But I like the apartment hotel addagio.

Stayed there for 3 days and the stay was really pleasant. The room as comfortable, cosy and clean. The staff was very hospitable. Its a bit higher on the budget, so not sure if it is worth that much.

Hotel close to the start of the Paris marathon. The staff are friendly — fortunately — the rooms are a bit worn out. The bathtub absolutely "snack", the carpet has several generations. Breakfasts are decent. For a 4 star a fair bit. We can only take possession of the room at 3 p. M. And have to run the next day at 11:00. I will not go back.

The hotel is in the centre of Paris which is very good. The bed I slept wasn't good. It appears to be very old mattress and slopes towards the head position. I felt back ache when I woke up in the morning. Initially, I thought I was just tired but later realize that it was the bed. I didn't like the carpet too looks too old and needs replacement. Lastly, my shower cream got finished and I requested for it twice. On the second request I got back to my room to see that it had been cleaned and the empty shower cream bottle had been taken away without replacement. I never got one so I had to buy one myself to use. Not very impressed about their service.

I do ALOT of traveling and this was possibly the worst hotel experience I've ever had. It was a very special trip as my family were visiting me from australia. And the hotel ruined the trip. The first day when I checked in and went up to my room the door had been left wide open. Very weird start. The carpet was horribly stained and disgusting! our 2 double bed room was actually a pull out sofa bed and 2 single beds pushed together. Both vey uncomfortable. The dish washer in the kitchen was broken. The power points around the apartment were in very inconvenient places. The hot water supply ran out EXTREMELY fast! 3 people had no hope of all having a hot shower. In winter. The bathroom had a very funny smell. Cleaning was not included because our stay was under 8 days (in the fine print but not what you think when you book a hotel) and you had to pay for more towels and even toilet paper and toiletries! and lastly, the staff were so so unfriendly and unhelpful! I don't think I saw one person smile. Just horrible. I asked a member of the staff if they could please help me with all my suitcases down the flight of stairs in the entrance and the reply was 'no sorry'. I'm only giving this hotel 1 star because the location was pretty good. But then again so are much better hotels. Would not recommend to even an enemy.

BEDBUGS! The location was great, as well as the staff and size of the room and kitchenette setup. The carpet and furniture were old and badly stained, they also had cigarette burns in our non-smoking room. Our queen sized bed was 2 twin beds pushed together. This was not ideal for our honeymoon. All of this would have been ok, except there was a bedbug infestation! My husband started breaking out in red itchy bumps after our second night there. We thought that maybe they were hives since he has sensitive skin. They kept getting worse and multiplying everyday. He saw a doctor after we got home and he confirmed that they were bedbug bites. Apparently not everyone reacts to bedbugs, like myself. Unfortunately my husband had a severe reaction and is a lot of discomfort now. Be careful if you stay here! I just hope that we didn't bring them home with us.

Very nice room, but the air conditioning did not work.

Nice location, just 8 minutes by walk far from Champ Elysee. Building and room are ok and the kitchen is well equipped and everything clean. Right choice if you prefer a kitchen.

Huge problems with Wi-Fi. Even after paying for premium Internet access it was unusuable. Some equipment especially in kitchen is old.

Perfect location and service, although furniture in the room is due for renewal. Sometimes you have to wait 15 minutes for a table for breakfast.

The room was clean and the hotel manager, Auda was excellent. One recommendation, do not let them hold your baggage in an open area when the baggage closet is full. We had an iPad stolen from one of our bags. Auda was apologetic and did her very best to make our stay more positive and she succeeded. She went above and beyond to help us. The hotel is in an ideal location with a metro stop a block away. Very easy to get to.

Helpful front desk employees, 6 minute walk to the Champs-Elesées is also a plus. Pick the Haussmann Avenue view rooms insted of other views. Some rooms have shared balcony style space on the second floor.

Large comfortable, clean room, Ditto for the bathroom; kitchen well equipped with kitchenware; the side a bit noisy boulevard n can't sleep if one has balls of noise protection.

Perfect for stay. Comfortable n courteous staff.
