Very good hotel in the charming 8th quarter, comfortable room and breakfast service offering varied and quality products! The metro lines are close and allow to move quickly in Paris.

Friendly staff clean room relaxed atmosphere smoking area available, hotel positioned perfectly not too far from all the famous landmarks and supermarkets plenty of restaurants nearby will definitely be staying here again.

My room was great. The staff was courteous. And the front desk attendants were awesome! They were very nice and helpful.

The guy from Receptionist was rude unfriendly. Heater dosent work how it possible on winter time. Room are small but clean. First night havent seen breakfast yet. Hotel was 3 star but I think there is like hostel. In Paris who is giving stars from thoose hotel!

Good hotel. Friendly host. Closed parking garage (quite expensive, but was worth it because I didn't want to park my car on the streets) parking garage is at the corner of the street. We had a nice small french balcony. The rooms were small but comfortable and had everything we needed. Would come here again if I were headed to Paris. Subway is also nearby. Picture is the view from our room.

Very cosy Hotel. The rooms are not very large but like in most hotels in Paris. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but they were very attentive to the customer. The location to visit the city is perfect for having the Metro at 300 m.

Stayed at Hotel Cervantes for three nights for a weekend touristing in Paris. Perfect for what my partner and I needed. Easy to get around — close to most landmarks (walking distance if you don't mind a stroll) or most landmarks one metro line away which is great when the nearest metro stop is across the street. Hotel staff were friendly, couldn't do enough for you, happy to suggest places to go eat and even took time out to write down names of places and give directions. Rooms great size, always clean and smelling fresh. Would recommend Hotel Cervantes to anyone.

Bad experience there. Rooms not very clean, bathroom and toilets dirty, spiders and dust. Rooms need to be refurbished. The only thing I liked was the scrambled eggs at breakfast. Won't probably go back except if no other choice.

Great location and amazing staff, they were really helpful and kind to us. I had a really great experience there and I'm looking forward to come back.
In my experience the noise of the trains was not so loud but if you're someone with a really light sleep keep it in mind. Other than that, everything went as expected.

Excellent hotel and excellent service, all the employees there were very friendly, helped us in every thing that we need, most spoke English, which was of great help because we did not speak anything of French, the rooms are very good, the breakfast also, another thing that was also of great assistance was that you can rent a modem, portable Wi-Fi, for a euro a day! And you have internet service throughout the city, we went to the valley of the Loire river and there we had coverage. The hotel is very close to several train stations, so we never had to ask for a taxi or uber and we moved always by metro, and is near a variety of restaurants, cafes, and super markets, one afternoon we walked to the moulin rouge, twenty minutes of walking, and also to Paris, 40 minutes of walking. If someday I return to Paris I probably will come back to stay in this hotel.

Conveniently located hotel with wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. There was nothing too difficult for them. Friedah and Mathilda gave us a genuinely warm welcome and even allowed us access to our room earlier than expected which was a bonus as we started our day at 05:00. Luis was so very professional and empathetic and Alicia was also very sweet and kind. There was another lovely gentleman (must get his name) whose advice re our journey to Versailles on the trains was much much appreciated. Breakfast was good, not just continental but also scrambled eggs and sausages. Nespresso coffee is available all day and you can drop off bags or use amenities at other Happy Culture hotels in Paris. The room and bathroom are quite small but kept very clean. The room is warm (hence only 4 stars given) and if you open the window you would be entertained by thundering trains so best not to do this. Saying that, we were so tired each day that we slept through it all. Our stay here was bought as part of a Last Minute package that included Eurostar and provided really good value for money. All in all a really really good experience. Thanks Hotel Cervantes.

Correct, welcoming and especially the staff that works here is very very attentive and charming, the rooms justitas a bit small but well decorated with modern furnishings, the bathroom was not up to par with the rest of the hotel, was damp and quite old toilets, even so would return to this hotel.

Nice modern hotel, lacks space and you can hear the trains going by but its a faint noise and not bad. Friendly staff and room has everything you could need in it.

Good room size for what you'd expect in Paris, with good customer service. Location is good for what you get, but be prepared to walk: Arc du Triomphe is about a 20 minute walk.

Warm welcome. Impeccable service. Room with a view South to calm. Clean and functional. Great Tv but not private channels. Small flat pr breakfast lunch: room in the basement, no windows, hearty but bread and frozen pastries, fruit juice 1 price (€12 / pers. ). Big plus point: cocktails and aperitifs offered from 18: 00 to 20: 00 in Nice lounge with adjoining veranda for smoking. Easy access with parking and metro nearby district. I recommend but without breakfast.

The hotel is very cozy and the room is comfortable. The hotel staff are very polite and courteous. They even help us to get around the Paris since it was our first time in Paris. My deepest gratitude to Luis Marcos, hotel receptionist for making our stay at Cervantes Hotel Paris very memorable. I love the hospitality of the hotel. Thank you for making our stay truly memorable.

Great place. The only thing was that we stayed there for two weeks and the breakfast was getting monotonous. Ohh no trains heard as I had a room facing the street.

Nice compact rooms, we certainly enjoyed our stay! About the train problem: we only heard them with the window open. Price/quality is perfect!

Rooms are compact, comfortable and nicely decorated, a good budget option although depending on here you are in the hotel you can hear the nearby trains go by.

Hotel Cervantes was really perfect for the location, while out wallets still allowed us to do things while in Paris. I didn't want to break the bank on the hotel and this was an ideal fit for my husband and I for a few days. we loved: location to 3 metro lines, coffee in the morning, it was very clean, the street was pretty quiet, but not remote. The price was more reasonable than some other areas. we didn't love: before we could check in we used the "bag room" which is a self-serve closet that isn't locked. Anyone can get it to it at any time. Some of the staff perpetuated the stereotypical Parisian attitude.

Hotel is very well located 1 min subway Europe and just above the train station St Lazare. I had a superior, spacious room and brand new, very well equipped: cupboards, chest, TV screen flat very big for a hotel of this type, coffee or tea, mini bar at very good rates! pretty bathroom, quite modern room in the decoration. I was worried about the noise but window closed or not is not at all disturbed same side street and on the 1st floor (room 12: ask, it's the + big! ) For the price of €69 with breakfast for 2 (the auction sale of: (-) ) it really is unbeatable but I will come back even a little expensive pus! The bar is nice and the pt already in the room without extra charge was also very good. In short: good especially less than €100 (believe in my experience hotels Paris! ).

We tried to check in and was told that our room was not available for 45 mins On our checkout day, they tried to kick us out 2 hours prior to checkout time. Lastest checkout time is 1200 according to the brochure but they knocked on the door at 1000. This is rude. The air conditioning didn't work. They had a fan in the room but that didn't help to cool the room. So we had to open the balcony doors. The toilet bathroom area was small.

They were wrong room, having reserved a Queen they gave us one with standard bed. The bathtub has black traces of wear, room 37 (and others) give to the train tracks, although it is not much, the trains can be heard. And if you shower in the evening only water comes out warm. As compensation we gave a bonus for another visit, nor is les occurred charge us the price of the room of bed standard and return us the extra price. We will not return.
The vielle, on entends et baignoire les trains the nuit, l´eau of her shower l´apres midi n´est pas chaude. Service le pas trop aimable. Nous reviendrons not pas.

Small room. It's not very new. Location is fine and close to metro.
