Tiny rooms and very expensive.

The hotel exceeded the expectations that are assumed to be a 3 star. EXCELLENT attention at the reception, especially by 2 employees who spoke Spanish. Very efficient and willing to help at all times.
Spacious and clean attic room.
Very good location, possibility to go a nice walk to any area of Paris and Metro very close in case you do not feel like walking.

Excellent hotel very well located in the center of Paris. The bedding is excellent. Very quiet! New hotel clean and large room. TOP breakfast, all-you-can-eat squeezed orange juice. Good value for money in Paris.

I am really disappointed, room too small and tiny SB; We could not move too much… not to mention the bad smell of the carpet that prevented me from sleeping and the shower curtain with mold. So price a bit pricey for the quality ratio, on the other hand the breakfast saved the weekend 27-05 2018. I do not recommend this hotel. Maria v.

Absolutely charming staff. However the cleanliness left to be desired in the rooms we found hair on the carpet and in the bed. I know we are in the heart of Paris but a shower of this size with a curtain this is just not possible, impossible to turn inside the shower curtain and very inconvenient and uncomfortable. Too bad not to put a bottle of water for the following nights we only had one on the day of our arrival. The breakfasts are very much a lot of choice and good. Coffee and water available in the lobby it's a good point. OK for one or two nights but cleanliness is to review attention the rooms are also very small and have almost no storage. The pillows deserve to be a little more firm also.

Nice budget hotel. Simple rooms with a touch of color. Modern bathroom with few amenities. Clean. Friendly staff.

Ok hotel. However small room and Bed (if you are tall like me your feet will dangle outside the mattress). No tea/coffee making facilities in the room, you have to go the lobby. Good bfast. Staff are nice and friendly. Room is clean. Windows are probably not double glazed as you hear constant noises from the street.

Great hotel, came on the occasion of the Paris Marathon, we had an extraordinary welcome. The people working in the hotel were exceptional, very accommodating and always available in case of need. The rooms are spotless and very clean.

I liked this hotel! It's not super central, but very close to Gare St Lazare and walking around the streets of Paris is always a good thing! The rooms are small, but so was the price and you still get the Ibis quality. Breakfast, coffee and even croissants in the evening were complementary! Would come back.

A well located hotel near the Station of Saint Lazare and a short walk from the metro station Rome. Not a great selection of restaurants around, which is why this place lost a star, considering Paris houses some of the finer restaurants in the world. Short resume, staff is friendly, lift is too small, breakfast is brilliant, rooms are small but cosy and overall, the hotel is a bit pricey, but that is not a surprise considering its central location in the middle of the 8th.

We are a young couple who we have stayed in this hotel from 16 to 18 January this year. Our experience has been fantastic. Our first impression was very good nothing more to get to the hotel, for its central location and good relation to the main attractions of Paris. When you arrive, the staff who greeted us was very nice and we loved being able to take a coffee, a tea free of charge at the entrance to the hotel, after our trip. The room was very nice, clean, cozy, warm and with television. Without forgetting the detail of welcome, also we appreciated greatly. The bathroom is new, clean and with all the amenities that we needed. The breakfast buffet amazing! fresh pastries, cake, cold cuts, cheese, delicious, fresh orange juice and very good coffee! We don't want you left nothing behind regarding our experience, so we want to make reference to the last day, we leave the suitcases in the luggage room of the hotel to go take a walk… it was Raining cats and dogs, and got drenched… When we returned to the hotel for our luggage, we were offered the toilet and a towel to dry out… in addition you can enjoy, once again, the tea and the coffee warm before we left… The staff attentive, smiling, and striving to speak with us in Spanish… it's All perfect. Since then, if someone asks us for a hotel in Paris, this will be definitely our recommendation. Many thanks

The price is phenomenal, as well as the location, in peaceful area one step away from train station and metro stops; the staff very attentive and friendly, very good breakfast, with NATURAL juice of oranges freshly squeezed, the beds very comfortable, the air conditioning perfect, large bathroom, everything very clean; only I can put a but: we ask for triple room and it was very small, the distribution of the beds, for two people in a double bed would have been fair, but the sofa bed further reduced a lot of the space. I have to add that to hang the clothes only had a bar of iron with 4-5 hangers, so we could not undo the suitcases. Small details that blur a little bit in the qualifying final.

At the beginning, the lord of the reception we were not very good, the rooms are very small.

A cozy hotel in a great area, the rooms are compact and functional, the breakfast is continental. The hotel is quiet, there is an opera and boulevards nearby. 4 stars are assigned, rather because of the place, on aggregate — a good three! The price is sane.

A good breakfast is plentiful and varied.

When I having breakfast the women sitting behind me stole my bag. Camera view is clear but nobody showed me camera record. They said camera dont record. Nobody help me to find my bag. My passport, wallet, 2 mobile phone was inside the bag. Nobody worn me to keep your belongings at the hotel due to camera doesnt working. I dont recommend that hotel and brand even they offer you free stay.

The service is worthy of a 4 star, not a 3 star.
The hotel employees would spend between 10 and 30 minutes in a row to help us plan the Metro routes to take and places to visit! The rooms are not very large but are clean and well comfortable. The hotel serves only breakfast, but the managers allowed us to use the microwave and the oven to prepare dinner. Very warm and comfortable atmosphere at the hotel. On the other hand, I would love to have a can of music oldies French The breakfast ors we are in Paris after all. Moreover, the creation of a restaurant at the hotel will be a good idea that will also allow the rapprochement between the clients and meetings between them.

Nice Hotel and at the right price located in a nice area and close to the Metro. The decoration is original, even if the rooms are a little small.

The room was very nice and members of staff were really friendly. They helped us every time we asked them for guidance and were truly welcoming. I had a delivery coming to the hotel so they made sure to give it to me when it arrived. The breakfast was really nice and even if you come nearer the finish time (around 10 am), we still could find all items available with freshly baked croissants and orange juice. We really enjoyed our stay and found the hotel very close to the city centre so we would like to thank Ibis staff again :)

Peddled for 4 stars It's actually a good 2 star minimal with bulb attached to a wire and the rod lamp drawn around. No fridge and safe and the kettle in the room actually is in the lobby, 1 for all rooms. The wardrobe is replaced by 4 cruccie hanging from a bar. Lobby and front desk shabby and tiny. In the shabby set.

Great little hotel. It is in a perfect location that enables you to walk to a lot of the attractions and shops. Along with a number of local metro stations that help enhance the ability to get around. The staff were friendly which added to our satisfaction in our visit. Would recommend.

3 person at reception, chatting and laughing, and rest of food in front… Very old chairs and it's feels creepy. As well very "warm" welcome at the desk. No smile, no welcome, no hello. And 145 euro/night. France, you are charming.

upon our arrival we were told that there was an extra € 70 from the price stated by phone because we were two (I had booked a room for one person)
The room was tiny and noisy, I phoned a hotel next door who informed me that the room price was the same for one or two people except the price of the tax to be added.
So, I told the front desk that I was not staying. €116 have been debited to my credit card because I had given my number to the reservation.

For a four star we s expect a room clean water with hot water
And not a closet with a vanity at brico depot one shower with black joints and old-fashioned faucets

Had a terrible stay here. This place isn't a 4 star hotel. Maybe it was in 2012 as the sign outside says. But now is a 2 star. I have stayed at 3 star hotels in Paris that had better service. The rooms are very worn and dirty. Would not recommend this hotel in any way. There are better options.

Very small room for 2 persons (3x3metri scarce — in Italy would only be a single! ), no minibar (there'd just been), narrow, without bathroom carved stool (there was no personal space), from our bedroom window scaffolding with workers during the day … Elevator close (officially x 3 people but there is barely 2 skinny with little luggage) after long journey across the breakfast room; breakfast quite huge Yes, but with tight seating (in 4 tables you are comfortable only if you are in 2) all selfservice, also coffee (espresso machine that grinds coffee for very long, but also setting up Northern European tastes — "fort") staff friendly but somewhat bungling concerning reservations (but places have), poor neighborhood, a few locals for eating well (only one you save), measuring 100 metres (quite comfortable). Better to choose another hotel next time. Deserves only 2 stars as classification of hotels.
