I really like this hostel I found in Airbnb! It wasn’t difficult to find the place considering that it was my first time in Paris. What’s amazing is that I got bumped up to have a room of my own instead of just a bunk bed. The bathrooms were nice and clean. And the bedrooms were all kept well. They have events at night for their guests and the breakfast the morning after is really great. The bread was! A must-try budget friendly lodging for tourists in Paris.

I must say I have never been so upset when checking in to a hotel. This place was horrible. I was on a Europe tour and this was by far the worst place we stayed in. Their images are false advertising, the rooms pictured on the site looks nothing like the actual thing. The rooms are so small that me and my friend couldn’t even find room to open our luggage without tripping over everything. We were on the 5th floor with no elevator. Imagine caring your luggage’s 5 flights of stairs. It is not handicap friendly at all. But that is not the worst part. My friend and I left for two days to go sleep at a friends house because we had no space for him to come to us. When we came back they had given our room away and said we left for two days. But we had already booked and paid for our room for 5 days and we never said we were checking out. The manager was very rude and disrespectful he did not want to accommodate us. So we had to go rent another hotel for the remainder of the trip being that they made more money giving away the room that was booked for our stay.

Great place to spend a while in Paris. For a price defying all competition, they offer rooms in dormitories of 4 people. Relatively ready of line 4 stop Alesia.

The hostel is amazing, the room very clean, and spacious, good location. All certain I recommend this hostel.

A star because I can't put less. Very unpleasant staff who barely speak French, hotel without any equipment, Wi-Fi that does not work, scam at the price level (€49 night for 1 bed of camp that creaks in a room as large as a pocket handkerchief, with the impossibility of Sleep as your room neighbor snores to make them tremble the walls) and if you have the misfortune to make a reflection as to the reception of the staff, they defend themselves by taking out the card "If you are not happy is that you are racist" (uh… you have nothing t Roved else? Nice staff and accommodations. There is a power plug in every bed. Rooms are quite small, but the bathroom is spacious and has heater. I would definitely stay there again.

By the fact that this hostel didn’t want to be accountable and take responsibility of a matter but instead take the attentions out of one of their employee’s behavior harassing a female guest during her stay and then after she complains blame her for using a provocative top?!
I’m disgusted, the world is disgusted, your actions are disgusting. When a woman says NO to a man, that means NO. No matter the way she’s dressed. Learn to respect women first not only men. Apologize publicly, start to embrace campaigns against victim blaming, get your staff trained properly and aware of how respect is demanded in any area and life situation. Then your hostel will be ready to open doors as it should be, because right now, your license needs to be suspended, you’re not ready for the world, or women.

Do not stay at this hostel. Recent reports of sexual harassment from STAFF have been incredibly mismanaged, with the owner of the hostel engaging in victim blaming and rape apologist behaviour. Alternatively, St Christopher's Inn is a great chain of hostels, they have two locations in Paris. Enjoy your time in France, stay safe fellow travelers!

According to the manager there is a dress code for women not to get harassed. Is there also one for men, Alex? What should I wear in your oh so honorable establishment? Please tell me. If I don’t lock my door, am I then asking someone to come in and rape me? Should I avoid looking at anyone while there since they might mistake my glance as an invitation to touch me? Just don’t visit this hotel. Some girl was sexually harassed in this hostel and she made a complaint but the manager said that it was her fault because of the way she was dressed. What kind of rubbish is that and there’s better hostels in Paris avoid this one if you want it to happen to you. Merci.

To tell your guests who complain of sexual harrassment by staff that it was their own fault for wearing a low cut top is disgraceful. You obviously do not consider women to be autonomous beings worthy of equal treatment. To employ staff who treat women this way makes me anxious for women that unknowingly stay there. Rape isn't caused by women wearing provocative clothes, it's caused by rapists. You have a responsibility to ensure the safety and equal treatment of all guests, and at the moment you are not upholding that.

Don’t stay at the hostel if you are a woman, and if you look like a woman. Recent reports of sexual harassment by staff have been handled incredibly unprofessionally. Disgusting behavior from management. It’s important for women to feel safe when traveling solo and the creeps that work here don’t make that possible. Avoid this business.

Most of the staff are super sweet and friendly. It's very clean very safe. However, one employee is so absolutely unprofessional and offensive. He hit on several women during my three day stay there making several women uncomfortable. On my checkout day he stared at my chest and promptly told me I should pull my shirt up. Now I'm not as passive as a person and I challenged him on it. He promptly told me to give the charger I borrowed from the hotel back. I don't know how they allow someone like that to work there. Absolutely should not be allowed to act that way or comment on the female guest bodies or clothing choices. For me it ruined my stay and that's why I've given the rating I've given them.

Excellent service of the staff, clean and comfortable, economical and in very good area of Paris. Accessible to many Metro and bus lines. The only detail is that it has no elevator.

All the staff were very kind. Although I was in dormitory room, the other people were very polite. Near the hostel, there are supermarkets, so we can some food there. There is a kitchen for everyone where we can use. We can save money at this place if we cook something simple by ourselves.

There is free breakfast from 7 to 10 and it has three metro stations "near" Alesia (line 4), Denfert-Rochereau (line 4 and 6) and Pernetry (line 13), very close to the catacombs of Paris but very hidden. The pharmacies nearby don't open on Sundays and in the shared kitchen there's only refrigerator and microwave, so you can't really cook a lot. There are also not enough cooking utensils. It's a good place to stay for a weekend only.

Horrible experience. When we arrived, we thought we would have a great experience with Enjoy Hostel. We paied our stay at the check-in by cash. But after two weeks we found out that they had debited 90 euros in our card two days before our arrival. We tried to contact them three times but no one replies and we didn't get our money back until now. Besides this, in our second night I found a disgusting bed bug in my pillow. The receptionist changed our room, but didn't even offer to help us to move our stuff (there are no lifts in the hostel). In the following day, we had to pay to wash all of our clothes at high temperature because of this incident. The pictures you see of the hostel in their website is deffinetely different from the reality, the rooms are not that comfortable and clean.

Very average in view of the price. The lockers cannot be locked. No breakfast. Very little way to cook. Go your way.

Had a good experience with one night stay. Was able to leave my suitcase before check in to walk around. A hot drink and bread was offered for breakfast. Free Wi-Fi and good check in. Many stairs if you are on the third floor. My room had 3 beds and a washroom with tv. Would stay again for a short visit.

Pros: Very clean, good attention to the customer, the zone around the hostel is so safe and have places you can buy things. Breakfast included but not that good: bread and a hot drink. Buffet. Towels included. Bads: No wheelchair access. A bit far from the city center, but metro station is near. Small areas.

For the price you pay it is very good place to stay. I mean you dont come to Paris to stay in your room all day. So, the sleeping bed is good and location is good.

It's quite close to things. I've been able to walk to the Eiffel Tower. It's clean and friendly. They speak English, and the beds aren't bad. And not too expensive for a few nights.

Great, cool and very cheap hostel in Paris; Auberge International des Jeunes (hostels. St/en/france/par…) is one of the best located Paris hostel; I've been there several times now; it is not what you could consider a party hostel, but it is extremely cheap, clean comfortable hostel; Bastille is really fun at night around the hostel you can find great restaurants, café, bars and even clubs; I really like the brasserie just in front of the hostel, you can have a great brunch for a moderate cheap price; there are other type of accommodation in Paris; check out more and book other hostels in Paris (hostels. Reserve room for 1 family (2 adults and 2 children), since q origins was advertised as a hotel. Upon arrival we intentarón give you two separate rooms (without any type of connection between them). When you complain, we dierón a room with 2 bunk beds, lockers, locker, no TV, nor table, nor chairs. The room was in quarto floor without elevator and spiral staircases narrow. The breakfast that they offer… we Only use it the first day, since q-the quality was not nor media, in addition to sharing the dish with some q another ant. The place where you leave store luggage, any kind of surveillance, lucky q the area is not bad and there are good faith of the tenants. The photos do not correspond at all to what they offered us. Have nothing to do. Do not rely on the photos you have posted. It is not for nothing a site for families with small children. It is more a hostel than a hotel. Was the black spot within the holidays.

Room and bathroom very small, TV and some lights not connected, dining room doors very noisy rooms… especially at night, drunk customer making noise on the stairs at night, entry-level dirty with sink full of dirty dishes, breakfast very small and storage in the load of the customer.
The Manager had collapsed of fatigue on the couch of the entry.
I know that there is work but, in these cases, we close or we considerably lower prices by preventing.

We booked a private room for four. We left all valuables in the room but when we came back from the city there was a guy in our room. On the next evening our keys didn't work and there was another guy resting in the room. 15 minutes later a guy opens the door and says he's going to sleep there, the staff solved this quick but it's not ok when it's a private room. One hour later around 01.00 a guy wake us up standing in the middle of the room and says he's also going to sleep there. So the room wasn't that private with so many people running in our room. We got a discount of 25€ for the trouble. The rooms were great and the staff nice.

I had the chance to occupy a room renovated. The hotel is clean, the breakfast was appreciable. I found the staff very welcoming.
A big handicap however, the lack of lift for a hotel of 5 floors.

Not same aspect than in internet in the rooms; but at least the bathroom is nice and clean. It is not nice everyone among the staff in reception. They ask you to pay the whole amount of the bill, the day before leave the hotel. Not bad, but they don't warning you this condition before, and the guy of the reception isn't nice when you ask why.
