Its not the great luxury but affordable for a city like Paris 14th, the more calm and tranquility go of pair I adhere.

Nice surprise for this small hotel * unpretentious and family, changing hotels chains sanitized and without human warmth! 2 steps from metros 4 and 13 which lead you to the Parisian stations. Prices defying all competition, a garden for relaxation and a very friendly welcome. Breakfast served at the table, small spontaneous services (descent of the suitcases because there is no elevator, luggage deposit possible very early in the morning).
Choose if you want to feel "at home". We already booked for our next Paris trip.

Very nice and very friendly hotel (ask for the rooms of the DRC, around the garden), extremely well located (two metros which stop the main train stations, tram, RER B, the Orlybus), with fresh bread at breakfast, and a Wi — Fi that works: very good quality-price ratio for this * unpretentious, family-friendly.

Unwelcoming staff at the entrance to say aggressive, prices shown are not the real price. Caution.

We chose this hotel for being "economic" and be relatively well situated. Read opinions of other travelers that they were not wrong. When we arrived at the hotel and saw it check that it was not wrong. They had finished painting and placed laminated flooring. But when we saw him better while we placed suitcases: although in general the painting was good, there were several paint with a supergorda crust bubbles; on the ground, be noticed several large enough holes that they sink when stepped on, especially next to the corner of the bed; the wardrobe was much more than tiny; and above all, the smell of paint, which wasn't to after be venting all day while we were visiting Paris, remained quite annoying. When we complain about the reception man, told us that the solution was to leave the windows open, to what we said that you not to mention, the cold (mostly). After the Strip and tug of war, he told us that the owner of the hotel had a close upstairs where we could stay for the same price (all as doing us a favour).
We believe that once the paint dries and not smelled, the hotel wouldn't be bad at all, but no joke to have two stars. They should remove the stars and lower prices for what one is there.

The room is as they say in other comments, does not resemble anything to the web. We had a room in the second floor overlooking the patio. The fabric of seedy and dangerous ladder (very narrow). The door of the room is cardboard with a cheap lock and inside a toilet pestillito and panel. Bath worse, leaving the water from the shower and wore all guarrete. The mattress that is older than the black thread, aamoo than back pain. It only half what was that had a spice of parquet brand new a mini fridge that we gave the workaround, and little more.
The area was good, with supermarkets and stop of metro and that, but we are that you sure you will find something better than this.

I'd say it's the worst hotel in which I have been in my life and, of course, the worst that I have seen in Paris.
The room (at least that I had) had nothing to do with coming out on the Internet, nothing themed room or decor, or anything. Rather, it was a room full of antique furniture and humidity, mosquitoes and spiders. A clear example of how sometimes in France "charming hotel" friendly "that reform is urgently needed".
Staff seemed unkind in general and, although they say they have Wi-fi free, they would not give me the key with the excuse that I already left the hotel that day.
It would not not crazy and would not recommend it to anyone. If, for an extreme case, you have to go through the hotel, ask to not give you room in the garden (where it was mine), because I guess that those so pretty and bright rooms that appear in the photos are on the floor above.
