A hotel with small but very clean and cozy rooms. Very good and varied breakfast. Friendly and professional staff.

Disappointed by this hotel which is either saying a 3-star hotel. I wonder. The front of the hotel is beautiful but the rest inside do not have 3 stars.
Home limit by a gentleman at 10pm who didn't make clean on him, pretty clean room even though the next day they forgot to change us sheets. The walls are cigarette paper have heard everything. For people with light sleep I advise against I almost did not sleep.
Anyway, I'm not going back.

They treat very bad the brazilian people they are stole a smartphone of one brazilian and after they expulsion she and her mother! The director need to change soon as possible! They don’t have any respect for the client! that’s it’s not possible to STOLES of room clients!

Good hotel in the city center of the 14th of Paris.

Ideal location when you arrive from Gare Montparnasse… Hotel near the station Pernety.
Very friendly and professional staff.
Breakfast varied and very fresh (excellent orange juice) — recent bathrooms (Italian shower) and very clean — good bedding, Wi-Fi and coffee maker available in the lobby.

Hotel was a great price, the location was very nice. It is in a quiet neighborhood with lots of families. The rooms are a typically size for European hotels. There was no AC in the room but it is in a shaded area so the rooms did not get too hot. The bathroom was modern and spotless when we arrived. Front desk service was very pleasant and accommodating.

Good location, good breakfast I had a room on inner courtyard, quiet, basic and clean.

Families were separated into two rooms. TV was great, however after 15 minutes or so, the TV starts to lag out and almost all channels cannot be seen properly. Room service was great. Bathroom was provided with shower soap and shampoo, also with towels for each person and separate towels for the sink. Hair dryer was also provided. My family decided not to purchase breakfast, as there were many places around the hotel to purchase some, and also because they were quite expensive. Walls were too thin and no air conditioning/heating was included, but the blankets provided enough warmth and comfort, and so did the bed and the pillows. Most staff couldn't speak English, and at the end of your stay, there is a city tax of €1.65 for each person over 18. The person at the reception desk on our departure almost made us pay €1.65 for EACH member of my family, however we translated the city tax conditions and we only had to pay for two.

-We took the elevator to go up and we got stuck in it, down it freaked out and luckily we were at the very last and it didn't last long and we had cans of coke it was nice
-stay 5 days nice but, fine wall because people hit the wall for the sound of the TV yet we put the sound only 50 I do not understand :-/
-the toilet too close to the bathtub so the bezel was soaked and the pq too
-the housekeeper failed to get into the room it was embarrassing

The only good thing is the reception of the staff.
Soundproofing 0:2 days in a room on the 1st floor, the noises of the street are very present in the room, not to mention the noises of the nearby bathroom, and the noises of the adjoining room on the other side in the bathroom.
Average cleanliness: The floor of the bathroom was sticky, one of the shelves near the same bed. On the room in general there is a smell that looks like cold tobacco. It is very unpleasant and the ventilation has not changed anything.
Lighting 0: The 3 escutcheons are good but you should put stronger bulbs and perhaps darker shades. Currently the room remains more than dark.
Breakfast side, the buffet remains correct (although I would have liked to see fresh fruit in addition to the SALSDE), but the room is very small, we are tight, not to mention that I felt like going down to the cellar.

Hotel in quiet area and close to the amenities. Superior rooms with courtyard view so no noise at night. Nice room, clean but a little small and it lacks a little light. (Ceiling suspension) In the room there is a coffee machine (with coffee pods, cup and sugar) a safe, and a hairdryer, cotton rod etc… Small — classic lunch. Buffet) Staff nice and available.

Very nice, friendly staff. Toilet in the room too close to the wall and for tall person it can be dificult to use. Very close to the metro station. The Zen car park very close to the hotel. In general we've been very happy with the place.

Decent hotel, located a few minutes from the Gare Montparnasse.

The hotel is tiny, but for what it was it wasn't that bad. The room was small, but the bathroom looks like it has been updated recently. Pros: Newer washroom Quite area Nice receptionist Free Wi-Fi Cons They started vacuuming above us at around 7am which was really loud. Can't adjust room temperature Not the easiest to navigate to.

Bed was of terrible quality, pillows were the cheapest I've ever seen, main room lightbulb was missing and lady at the counter didn't really cared. Bathroom was nice looking, no pressure though.

Decent location, about a ten minute wall from the metro line 4. Quiet neighborhood, but we kept hearing these loud banging noises from outside (we don't think it was the metro running underneath the building). The room was clean and the bathroom very nice (recently redone from the looks of it). However the main light for the room did not work and we had to use the two bedside lamps and a table lamp to light the room at night leaving it a bit dark.

Quiet area, Metro nearby, triple room is a bit small, clean… All in all we spent a good stay.

Rooms are minimally equipped and small. Staircase light didn't work. Breakfast room is so small that people must wait outside until one of the for tables is free. However, service was nice, room was clean, breakfast selection was reasonable, and the location is good. Decent value for money.

Very Small local hotel in Paris. We booked for a room with 2 double beds, but they gave us two small rooms for our family of 4. I expected better for $200 per night. Very small rooms without any air conditioning during the summer time. It was hot and humid in the rooms when we visited in June and we had to sleep with windows open. In general, the hotel services were good.

Close to Gare Montparnasse.

Near the city and accesible to train station… breakfast simple andthe staff are friendly and helpful.

Quiet, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast.

This was our first time in Paris, hotel warmly welcomed us and made us feel very warm. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the location was in the middle of two subway stations, so he went to Gord du Nord and Paris City Centre is very convenient. Like it here!

I just came back from Agliani hotels I stayed in hotel will not comment again, but it was an exception. This is a very good hotel, staff excellent, location is one of the best. Breakfast very good, room is very good, in short, is really very good hotel, highly recommended. Has a very good restaurant nearby, a short walk to Paris, needs a reasonable amount of time you can take a taxi. Very grateful to have such a memorable holiday.

To stay in pricey Paris near the Montparnasse train station (direct by metro and a 15-minute walk) in a cosy style and warm for a 3 star, the heart of the capital opens its doors.
In order to enjoy the Parisian life at bottom, take your coffee in your newspaper on the terrace of cafes, only a few meters from the hotel.
