They are very friendly and the room quite large. The bathroom was newly renovated with a spectacular shower tray. The bed was very comfortable.
They kept our bags because we arrived before checking and at the time of leaving the same.

Great, friendly, clean, full-blown Pigalle; a bit noisy for the nightclubs open until the morning… but if you've been around all day you'll definitely not notice it!

Although it is a three-star hotel, but the service can afford a five-star! Downstairs waiter attitude is super good, the room is very large. The only problem is location near the red light district, but the hotel is close to the metro station and is less affected. Very worthy of promotion!

Sufficient. Small rooms. Decent area/street. It was just a couple minutes walk to an ATM, a great pastry place, and the metro. A breaker blew but was fairly quickly remedied. They wanted to charge for cappuccinos downstairs, which was bizarre considering the owner was freely giving them out the day before. All in all a good experience.

Hotel Opera Frochot is in a great neighborhood with tons of restaurants nearby. It is only about a block to the Metro and the neighborhood has the charm an amenities one would hope for. The hotel is lovely and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were quite small, but that's to be expected (don't go by the room pic on this page; that is likely their best suite). We stayed 4 nights and really enjoyed this hotel. It is a nice hotel in Montmartre, very close to the Moulin Rouge.

Totally disappointed by the structure, small room and deprived of everything, lacking in fact both the minibar and the kettle… also very noisy both day and night… shower foam and towels with the dropper… I do not recommend it.
You pay too much for the base quality of the property.

Stayed here with friends for 5 nights in February. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms were a good size, and well appointed. The hotel is very charming and well decorated. The hotel is close to to the 2 and 12 train lines and you can get to most of the major monuments in under 20 minutes from there. I truly had a wonderful time in Paris, thanks in part to this hotel.

As I stand here in the front lobby I can’t think of almost anything bad to say. The staff is really friendly, extremely welcoming and helpful. Rooms were a bit small but very comfortable. We stayed here 3 nights and would stay more if we could. We had breakfast here and it was good and only 10 euros a person with a great selection In pastries, fruits, drinks and yogurt as well. Definitely worth the stay!

It was in a cute and convenient neighborhood. The hotel rooms were typical European size, (small) and the hotel was clean. A few drawbacks; the elevator was super small (to me) and the spiral staircase were choosing between two evils lol. We were a little annoyed that we weren't told about the separate city tax up front, and I will take part of the blame for not being aware of that. It wasn't a big deal just a surprise annoyance. All in all a nice hotel for single people or couples.

Cosy, warm and comfortable. Very clean and nicely situated in Pigalle. Quirky oddities in the lobby gives this hotel a fun and whimsical personality. We had a delightful stay. Hope to return again.

Beautiful hotel. Clean, comfortable, and located just minutes from the famous Moulin Rouge, and a short walk from the Metro. The service was wonderful, and the breakfast made getting ready for a day in Paris very easy. It was my birthday when we arrived and they even placed balloons in the room.

Comfortable and relaxing stay from the first moment you walk in. Staff is very friendly and helpful. All the amenities you need are present here and it is very close to public transit.
