Good location and affordable price.

The value for money is excellent. The hotel has very good vibes. The staff is simple and friendly. It's worth it. The rooms are comfortable, without frills but with everything you need to rest properly.

Good location with perfect connection to the metro. Delicious breakfast, clean rooms and cozy beds. A prior reservation is recommended, otherwise you will have to pay quite high room rates, from 230€ per night, upwards.

Violent desk clerk The worst experience I've ever had in any hotel right next to Ibis Styles Amsterdam City where I brought bed bugs from. The front desk clerk was aggressive for no reason. I've never experienced anything like that before. The issue was my check-in time. The booking confirmation said the room would be available as from noon. I arrived shortly before 1PM and they had no room for me. The clerk told me to go for a few hours to do sightseeing and come back then. It was not a solution as it was not a tourist visit for me. I came for one day as I had two appointments. One in the city later on and one in a hotel shortly. I was willing to accommodate my timing somehow, e. G. Waiting at the reception area for 20 minutes, but couldn't accept what he suggested. He was sitting the whole time. Quite rude but doesn't matter. But then he stood up and started shouting at me in French (I spoke English with him) and raising his hands trying to intimidate me. I was shocked. I said calmly that he needs to stop yelling at me and stop using French and we need to work out on the solution. Otherwise I will call police. This guy should never perform any work which would involve contact with clients. He has serious aggression issues.

Modern and simple, it has everything you need for those looking for a landmark when you want to visit the whole city. Close to the metro station. The staff is of an indescribable kindness. Thanks to Natasha for giving us directions in Italian and to George for suggestions.

Hotel well located compared to my little tourist program in Paris. The not necessarily reassuring side of the Pigalle of my youth is obviously no longer relevant. I think the proximity of St Georges or Martyrs (typed quite "bobo") is not for nothing!
Pleasant and responsive staff, maintained and modern hotel. Overall good benefits.

A step from the Moulin Rouge… a step away from Sacre Coure… small hotel very comfortable… clean and well taken care of.

Never return to this hotel. Little space, little staff, buffet is bad and above is not cheap. Bad experience in general.

Compared to the average of the Parisian hotels is certainly one of the prettiest in the category. The three French stars are not like the three Italian stars, this premise is a must. The rooms are very small, the spaces are reduced, there is no closet. The hand baggage you find in your feet because there is no room to place it, if you have a bigger baggage becomes a problem. For the rest it is a very clean hotel, the rooms are tidy, the staff helpful, the breakfast varied and good and the proximity to the Metro stop makes it easy to reach.

A very good stage to visit the Paris night.

The room was extremely small. Location is good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Coffee and tea were available for free at the lounge throughout the day. It gives value for money.

Room was clean and tidy, and even though it wasn't very big it was functional. Staff on arrival were helpful.

Unsanitary alert
After several nights spent in this "hotel", here are my findings…
Average home, little or no advice on activities around. Reception staff taped to his smartphone, telling his life, or totally ignoring the clientele.
Incompetent or non-existent floor staff.
At first, we do not notice the state of this Ibis Styles, or rather of this style of unsanitary ibis.
Arrival in the room, the lighting of it is not famous. A certain scent of atmosphere stinks, which gives an impression of quality, but in fact it is a cache-misery.
Carpet covers the floor, it is stained and not aspirated. Moreover it is poorly adjusted to the level of complaints and covers an even more shabby soil. It starts well…
Traces of mould to the ceiling, remote control of dirty TV.
The air conditioning is working. Ok ☺
The bathroom, with visible pipes full of dirty drips. By touching the towels, I see that they are all four wet. Either they have a problem with dryer, or they have not been replaced since the previous customer. I inspect this more closely and bingo, there are hairs and hair at will.
I lift the sheets of the beds, ditto: hairs, hair and tasks at times!
Bonus: I see little critters running… they're bed bugs!
I managed to kill a big one in a row, then three small ones in the bathroom.

I loved the welcome, the atmosphere, my room. Ok it's not very big. But for the time we spent in the room, it was good enough!

Location was great. Plenty of amenities around. Close to the metro. Very quiet considering location. If I had a complaint it would be the room needed some attention. Door to bathroom not closing properly. Badly broken toilet, leaky sink. But hey, its just a room to sleep in.

Hotel to the modern presentation. Easy access. Very nice welcome which is not necessarily usual in Paris! We booked a double room. The size makes the half-star lose. Good equipment and super bedding, still the essential for a place intended to sleep!
Decent breakfast compared to our expectations.

Friendly, small hotel. Comfortable clean rooms. Nice breakfast. Great location for a visit to Paris. Direct metro connection from Place Pigalle to Arc de Triomphe and on to Trocadero and the Eiffel Tower.

Typical paris ibis. Very small but clean. Breakfast was ok and an unexpected bonus. Location fantastic.

Frankly not top, too noisy and dilapidated. It's not worth the price! I don't advise.

Small, but It's also paris. The location is top, you can get from here quickly by Metro Everywhere. On-site service was top and Customer-oriented. Had a mistake in my booking and yet not reserved, but still got the ursprünlichen (cheap) price and not (as so often elsewhere) the expensive daily price according to the Posting.

The Rom is okay, the bathrom also. I'm here with 2 children. Is nit so nice, thats the TV has no German programms.

The room was too little for a family with four elements. The other facilities have been satisfactory, over the expectation as compared to the price. Hotel staff is very kind, the baby corner and the open and free bar h24 is a very good idea.

I stayed at this hotel from January 1st to January 4th. They charged my card when I arrived and told me my staying was paid and should present the ticket in my check out. And so I did. For my surprise the woman in the front desk said that ticket was just for security and it was not paid. I had to pay again. Two days later I checked my card account and I realised it was charged for the total amount in Jan 1st and Jan 4th.
I ve sent two emails and telephoned from my hotel in Berlim and they don't answer.

Lovely hotel well positioned compared to the key places of Paris.
Rooms rather small sizes in general but it's Paris, and essentially is (good) and that's what matters to me: silence, cleanliness, comfortable bedding, home and friendly service.
The only downside was the breakfast which was very small but work in our previous stay. This time the Hall was enlarged which is very profitable because the breakfast is not bad at all (I say that while for me it's the most important meal of the day! )

Despite the polite and correct staff, the hotel is not worth the money. This is not three stars. Requires repair of the premises. Want to see the full permanent range of products for Breakfast, more efficiently cleaning and potted flowers on the Windows instead of butts.

Although in the red light district is a safe location, Metro 75m (Station Pigalle), supermarket on the corner (until 24:00h open), room o. K. Appealing Breakfast, very nice staff, Luggage room available. Many pubs, Cafes, Restaurants, bakeries in the immediate vicinity. Reasonably quiet for the location. A good tip.

Very practical to go to the Sacred Heart and the area of Moulin Rouge. The small room but the bathroom well. The intermediate cleaning. The area is of brothels and bars. But there was no problem of security.
