Room is good size but small bathroom. Nice hotel in good area and friendly staff.

Very bad reception, cancel my reservation without reason, when I wanna restore my reservation the staff want me to pay all the money when check in but not check out without reason again. And the staff refuse to tell me where is the parking, which is just next street. So I leave and fine another hotel at 23:30. What a bad hotel ever.

Small rooms with not so good Wlan reception everywhere. Breakfast was very good with open buffet with no limit and very nice staff.

Staff polite and welcoming, superb room, very pretty view of the small balcony, delicious breakfast and filled with choice. The only catch and not the least: the elevator. This is not possible for the claustrophobic. I had to go up and down 5 floors for 3 days, it's possible but in the evening when you come back from a busy day of sightseeing and walking, you have no desire to climb 5 floors…

I love Paris and I love Opera Vivaldi. Great location Bathrooms and rooms very good.

Superb Hotel, cleanliness nothing to complain, warm welcome, small room but good enough for a short stay, top breakfast.

Only has interest in its full center location, but definitely not worth the €250 ask for a night without the P'ti Dej. Fortunately we had found a cheaper offer P'ti Dej included.

The hotel is good, location is perfect as it is right in the center of the Opera district. There isnt much services provided here but I also didnt look into them as much (shuttle to airport and breakfast must be paid for). The only downside was the size of the rooms but this is standard for France.

Attractive price with grouping all the staff was pleasant courteous available and helpful.

Location is nice and central to where we wanted to be. Staff were great, and very friendly. Rooms are basic, but exactly what we were expecting. Altogether a great experience.

The Hotel is very well located. Leaving that aside. To climb up to the room, we had to make 2 trips. Because more than one person with the bags don't enter in the lift : (
the Room is mini… so much so that when he gave me back on the bed, went on the bathroom light that had a motion sensor… It's clean, the bed comfortable.

Centrally located, clean. The rooms are small. The staff are delightful.
