Clean and Comfy rooms (a bit small) — Good value for money. Good location of the hotel. Walking distance to Montmartre and shopping areas. I would recommend the hotel, but I wouldn’t order breakfast for the extra ~18€ pp if you don’t mind going out for breakfast. minus — There was a very small “fitness centre” here with hardly any weights.

Hotel is listed as a 4-star hotel and advertised as such, but in my opinion this is a 2-star accommodation. The rooms are extremely small, which I guess is common for Europe, but compared to your other accommodation across Europe these are definitely smaller. They do not have much staff, especially in the evenings, making it very difficult to get any kind of service such as towels delivered to your room. The fitness centre is almost non-existent as they only have 3 pieces of equipment. They advertise they have a restaurant for breakfast, but much better breakfast can be found around the corner at the local cafes in Paris. The only reason I didn't give less stars to this hotel is because they actually have a manager on staff who when sensing you're unhappy tries to do what he can to make it right.

I almost missed this one coming in, as it's almost hidden in a secluded building entrance, but once you enter the building, it looks amazing. The service was good (although I had to call/email to get an invoice over email two weeks after) and the rooms were good — big and clean, apart from the calcified shower head :/. Price wise quite expensive, but hey, it is Paris and centrally locate after all!

Upscale, lavish, very nice oasis near Liège metro stop. Recommended if you want to splash out on a fancy hotel.

No hot water for 2 days but amazing staff is why I am giving it 4 stars Emily & Peter were great hosts!

Awesome place. Clean/big/fancy room, helpful/nice staff (Sean made check-in/out enjoyable). Roof terrace is worth a visit. Couldn't find a thing wrong (I usually notice every little thing).

The hotel is very new. Everything is clean and the room was very spacious by Paris. Hotel is very quiet and perfect for a business trip or vacation.

Great price, a block from the metro. Brand New tons and fully renovated at the time of this post (2018)

Large (for Paris) rooms on a relatively quiet street. Black out curtains and comfy beds make for a good night's sleep. Friendly helpful staff. Stylish decor. Would recommend and will be staying again.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can see them on HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… Nice modern and clean hotel. However the service is terrible and slow. Bar / restaurant very quiet to the point where they won't serve a drink there and request you to take it via room service (and then take over 45 mins to get it to you). I think these are teething problems as it's a new hotel. Good location otherwise. Nice restaurants in walking distance.

Soundproofed room. Modern decoration. Good location not far from the department stores. Breakfast is not worth 25 Euros. Fitness room.

This has been my favorite hotel to stay in Paris for the last few years. I stayed at a different hotel for a similar price during my last visit and was extremely disappointed so I checked out and went to BW Opera Liege. The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are well kept and are a decent size. They have a great buffet breakfast and the staff are nice and friendly.

Average sized rooms which have been recently renovated. Limited options on breakfast and fitness center. Overall, good hotel in a great location.

Decent hotel; clean, but small. My stay at this hotel was pleasant but overall, unremarkable. I was in a tight spot, with another reservation falling through, and I was able to, last minute, secure a Superior room with a queen bed (for that I am grateful). Staff: 4 stars — Curt but professional. Were able to concisely accommodate my few requests. Common Area: 2-3 stars — Entrance way is nice, but the common area was under construction, therefore there was not much to enjoy and maintenance workers all around. Rooms: 3-4 stars. Clean and comfortable. Some toiletries were provided, but not much else (i. E. Advil). Rooms were definitely smaller than expected. Location: 4 stars. Hotel is on a quaint street a bit north of the city core. I enjoy walking, so it was not a big deal for me, and the neighbourhoods South/Southeast between the hotel and Louve/Notre Dame/Champ Elysees are beautiful, quiet, and have amazing shopping/architecture. Walking around the area was one of my favourite parts of Paris.

This hotel is beautiful with good size Parisian rooms. We booked the Prestige Suite with breakfast. Breakfast had great variety of options. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I took away a star because the dinner room service options were disgusting. It tasted like frozen dinners. My daughter had the salmon raviolis and we had the veal ragout and all the entrees were gross.

The hotel is a wonderful quiet place in a calm neighborhood of Paris. Staff is very nice and rooms are modern a day clean. Free Wi-Fi speed is around 7Mbps.

Hotel at the height of my expectations. The rooms are very clean. The staff at little care, and listening to all types of questions. Good price/quality ratio. I would recommend it.

Officially rated 5 star but the rooms 1 price are of a good 3 star, not more. And small. Well placed to go to the theater or the opera Garnier… or make the big stores. Nice building but small lobby. No bar. Friendly true café parisien in the face : "The Inn", a small cheap lunch, good specials, friendly welcome.

Great value. Nice clean rooms with modern décor. Don't make mistake thinking it's like Best Western in USA. This place is really nice boutique hotel.

The day before yesterday, we arrived at 10:52, the front desk is to say no room, we are full and so on, ask me to come back at three o'clock to check in the formalities. We had a meeting at two o'clock, came by train from London, needed a bath and changed clothes, we said we could do without cleaning the room, we said no, our policy doesn't allow it. We immediately request a reservation nearby, where check-out is handled. Ask the manager to give me documents for check-out, no charge for cancel fees, rejected.
Then a manager-like man gave us a room in more than 10 minutes.
Location is very good, the interior design in general, room small, that is, the domestic high-end economy hotel look, but the price of selling five stars is really a bit expensive. Lived for four nights (no way to book in advance, don't let back down), small regret a.
Orbitz costs $188 a night, which is much cheaper than the official website.
