Worst service. We are sitting in the lobby after a long trip. We asked for a place to change and was offered the dirty gym. It is now 11:49 am and we will not have our room till 3pm. The staff is rude and unwilling to accommodate us. As a travel agent I will never recommend this hotel. Run do not book this hotel.

Room was really nice and large. Bed and pillows great. Great location to many tourist attractions. Con was that we could find NO light switches. Either had extremely bright lights or nothing. They need to be pointed out to visitors when they arrive.

Great location next to Saint — Lazare Metro and a varied selection of good restaurants. Staff very polite and helpful. Boutique style decor, bit different to traditional styled hotels. Looks great though. Our room… Junior suite ticked all the boxes. Bed & pillows extremely comfortable. Air con fab. Continental breakfast served. Large enough selection to keep most people happy! Value for money.

Standard 'contemporary' city hotel. By modern it means the inside is black and mirrors. It is a small hotel close to the railway station and therefore Metro. Easy to walk south to the shopping and river. Rooms are small but functional, apparently mine was a superior room, so quite what a regular one is like I don't know. Air con and shower very good. Staff friendly. Prices for room service and mini bar outrageous as usual. No reason to avoid if you get a good rate.

Excellent hotel. Great location for both restaurants, bars and metro. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Quite nice but some points to really improve to offer a luch better experience :
1) location is NOT Opera : it is on the side of Saint Lazarre train station.
2) Concierge service is excellent on night shift and terrible in day shift, they only put a Chinese gentleman to deal with their Chinese groups luggage and no more
3) the intensive use of the elevator by staff is forcing clients to wait for it … and wait … and wait. So you finish by using stairs and you find staff chating on a lower floor with elevator door open. Grrrrr
3) The breakfast is OK but nothing wow. We are sometimes staying at Maison Albar Mac Mahon. Much better!
Having said that, the decor is fresh and nice, Wi-Fi works well and they even have a mobile device to keep it everywhere in Paris … great to keep contact with job & friends!
Beds are confortable so we had 3 good nights.

I swear it’s the worst 5 star hotel I had in my life the room is very small the bad beside the door I can’t believe it’s 5 star hotel and also we have to walk 20 minutes if you wanna go to champs elysees so I don’t recommend any one he will go to champs elysees ever day and the price per night almost 300$ without a breakfast I asked for A/C they said no we still in the winter so you can take 4 star hotel and very close to champs elysees.

Great hotel in a convenient location close to all the sights (half an hour to the Louvre and Musee d’Orsay), the room was small but luxurious. There is no bath, only a wet room with shower. The bathroom did get a bit flooded after two showers! Was disappointed there was no conditioner in the toiletries left by the hotel on the side, very odd! Overall a clean and excellent hotel in a great location.

Arrival DS A chilly cold in the window room wide open when it already does — 3 out it's blah… evening bread and pastries hard and stale morning. It's very unfortunate… the setting is nice… PARIS what.

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… we have just come back from a three day stay at this hotel in Paris. It was amazing. Suberb location: right next to Saint Lazare railway station, minutes away from Blv Haussman, Madelaine, Concord and Champ Elysse. Excellent room: spacious, with a lot of natural light, with the correct amount of style and luxury. The bed was just perfect, not too hard, not too soft, not too small, not too big. A Japanese toilet (if you do not know what that is, make sure to look it up, because it does add value to the room! ). Very good Wi-Fi and the hotel is equipped with air play that allows you to watch anything that can be played on your phone, tablet or laptop on the TV screen. I especially enjoyed this and it was the first hotel we found this feature in. Service was very good (there was even turn down service, which I enjoy) and staff was very polite and helpful. They accomadated our needs and helped us with all our requests. I also enjoyed the complimentary macaroons we found in our room upon arrival. Breakfast was very good and with significant variety. I strongly recommend this hotel and we are planning to return on our next visit to the city.

Nice big rooms with chandeliers. Toilets have automatic cleaning and a good breakfast spread.

From the 5 star to the small week, first room allocated very noisy street side, on the first floor. After complaint, second room on quiet courtyard. The room amenities are equivalent to a good three star but certainly not 5! Meal Room service served still frozen, return to the sender… In short, good value for money in promo but certainly not full price!

A super hotel with all the comforts and courtesy of those who work there. Excellent cleaning, spacious room with a nice bathroom, equipped with every comfort, makeover room even in the late afternoon. Umbrellas are also available in case of rain, very comfortable bed. Close you can find everything, there is nothing to talk about it and visit it. In bientôt.

Under the hotel a small supermarket with selected products. Breakfast is not recommended at a price prohibitive Euro 25 buffet absolutely replaceable with dozens of rooms and bars and ovens nearby. Great Hotel! According to the description and the opinions, this hotel has a good location (the proximity to the Gare Saint Lazare does not disturb noise level! ), the quality of the rooms and the service is worthy of the biggest 5 * Parisians.
The modern style is quite refined, we opted for the Diamond & Spa Suite, the room is spacious and the Hammam shower is a treat after a long day!
I'll be back!

Room 611 probably has the best view. Unfortunately the housekeeping fails to do the job. Besides making the bed, housekeeping service is barely existed.

A "magnifying glass" of the reception staff has tarnished the image of a 5 *. Too bad …

Unclear explanation of the staff, at the time of arrival expected to open the rooms, I am told that we still have to wait 1 h, I am offered to pay on the other hand, there is no worries, I pay, I come back an hour after, still no place, I ask the Refund so I can take another hotel in the corner, refuse to wait yet to receive my room which has nothing exceptional in view of the price, the decoration is dated, little modern.

Came here for my honeymoon and they are remodeling the hotel jackhammering for 8 hours a day. Poor taste to take reservations during this time and failure to warn guests. Staff was not helpful at all. Would not recommend. It was torture.

I went there with my friend for the weekend of Valentine, beautiful superior room, luxurious amenities, recent renovation and decoration Super.
Breakfast served outside of the rooms, a little damage, but buffet at comprehensive will.

My Girlfriend took me there for our first Valentine's night. The room was magnificent, the bed huge and extremely comfy. The hotel is beautiful with all the shiny tiny diamonds split everywhere. Breakfast was pretty tasty what else do you want? I'm in love…

There is no doubt in my mind that this is the hotel of choice for visiting porn stars and African dictators. An excess of faux-diamonds stuck to any surface and generous use of fake crocodile leather, large textile prints of scantily clad ladies and completely black interior bathrooms etc makes it an. Acquired taste from an interior design point of view. Hotel otherwise fine. Comfortable beds, flat screen TV with plenty of international channels. Slow but free Wi-Fi. May stay here again but may need to pimp up before I do — I feel out of place in the reception not wearing an oversized fur coat and crocodile shoes.

Double espresso € 7 and bad. OK service.
