Perfect location to visit the beautiful city of Paris, with lovely rooms and friendly staff!

Great location in St Germain.

Highly recommend! My family and I stayed here for 1 week end of August to beginning of September 2021. Great location and have very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Loved the breakfast buffet which is the best so far from all other hotels I have stayed in.

The K&K hotel is a well located Paris Hotel with nice accommodations. The staff is excellent and provides service from calling you a taxi, to providing directions, and even providing a great breakfast buffet. Very comfortable hotel even if you do not speak French.

This was the hotel we chose to stay in Paris and I truly wished we chose a different one. The hotel is nice and clean but my goodness, the staff (front office people, to especially mention) were very rude and unhelpful. The night we checked in, we were given a room that had a broken a/c. It was stifling hot so we called to ask for a fan. After about an hour, we made the decision to ask for another room as it was impossible to sleep in such uncomfortable temperature. One of the front desk personnel named Daniel brushed us off when we asked for assistance to be moved to another room. He told my husband, “you don’t need another room. We brought you a fan”. My husband was about to lose it. After much discussion, we were finally given another room. The next day we reported the incident to the manager. He was another unfriendly, arrogant, non-apologetic nincompoop. This hotel is a big disappointment. Definitely not staying here EVER again when we’re in Paris!

Very nice hotel. Was glad it had AC. Wonderfully located next to metro! Only reason I didn't rate 5 was noted chain was broken when I checked in… Wasn't fixed til 3 days later. Otherwise great.

This hotel is average at best. The rooms are nice and clean, but the staff is unhelpful and unfriendly. My family and I stayed during a heat wave and the hotel’s AC was not great. They only had small glasses of water available and when we asked for some bottled water the staff was extremely rude. This is not the place to stay if you are on a vacation and want to do tours/sightseeing. There is no a concierge and the front desk staff are no help. Was an okay place to just crash, but you could definitely find a better/nicer/ friendlier place for the same amount of money.

This is a hidden gem. Firstly it's location is perfect. Over St Germain avenue next to the Seine River place de la Concorde área, metro station and shopping area. Rooms are big enough, modern and clean. There's a small gym and spa with showers in case you need once you checked out. The front desk staff Denis was very nice and helpful. And least but not last, the breakfast is 5 stars. Fresh orange juice, salmon, blinis, variety of ham and cheese, real croissants, etc.

An exceptional hotel experience! Post booking we were a bit nervous, as we spent more on this hotel than we generally do on accommodation (and money doesn't always equal quality with hotels in big cities), but we ended up being delighted with our stay. We arrived hours before check in, totally prepared to sit and wait in the lobby, but were given our key immediately and were able to get to our room and relax after a long journey from the US. The reception staff was courteous… and welcoming, even giving us a box of chocolates as a treat on arrival. Small acts of kindness like this carry a lot of weight with me. The room was small, but nicely appointed and I thought the size was actually quite reasonable for Paris. There was a full bathtub in the ensuite and complimentary bottled water in the room each day. My American husband was somewhat dubious when he saw the size of the double bed, but we ended up having plenty of space and both slept well for our entire stay. The hotel itself feels very welcoming and is beautifully decorated. There's a gym, a business center and a pleasant lobby/bar area. They have wee jars full of sweets for guests to take as they pass, which I thought was a nice detail. After booking, we got an email saying that the breakfast buffet was included as a bonus, and it ended up being wonderful! Usually we would have gone out to grab something quick from a patisserie in the mornings, but because it was free we decided to give it a try.

A convenient location to all the attractions of the city.

Cousy boutique hotel. Very comfortable, brand new and super clean. Staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. Great breakfast. Cocktail lounge. Location is perfect, heart of Paris. The metro is less than a block away. Great shops, restaurants, cafes and bars close-by. Strongly recommend for everyone visiting Paris for business or tourism. Can’t wait to go back!

Well… we checked in yesterday afternoon… although the front desk was friendly they were not very informative… we had requested high floor with balcony and view and we are paying top dollar… and staying 7 days! We are on the 5th floor with balcony and the view is poor… and the room is smaller than expected! We Never got welcome drink… day two no water in room had to call for it… Day two shower head broke off the wall! The breakfast was very nice with lots of choices… One good thing thus far… Alex recommendation to a restaurant this evening … most enjoyable and in walking distance… The bartender in lobby is very nice… but where was our welcome drink? All in all very disappointed… again we are paying lots of $$$$$… now tomorrow we have to deal with a broken shower head on our vacation… Let’s hope Hong’s get better… goodnight…

After planning a getaway to this hotel an unfortunate medical
 emergency caused us to cancel our trip. I provided a doctors note and more than three weeks notice. The hotel manager refused to refund any part of the trip. We were open to a compromise and partial refund but they would not even consider it. So disappointed in their lack of compassion and customer service. I can only assume that their onsite customer service is also rigid and uncompromising. If you are planning a trip to Paris I suggest you look for a better chain that focuses on customer service clearly this hotel does not value their customers. This was nothing but a money grab… will never choose or recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel would not be considered a four star hotel in the U. S. Just so you won't be disappointed. That said, K+K Hotel is a cozy and very comfortable hotel with smallish, but well laid out, rooms in an excellent, quiet location on the left bank. Some of the rooms open up with balcony to Boulevard du Raspail. The room is more than adequate for one person, but snug for two. Pluses are: premium linen (simple with white cotton duvet) ; black out curtains; very small mini fridge that cools 10 drinks with some room for cold-cuts; decent closet space; flat screen T. V. With 2 English channels: BBC and CNN. Modern bathroom with full size hair dryer. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Great location. Large rooms for Paris including a nice size bathroom. We had adjoining rooms for our teen boys so it was perfect! We didn’t do breakfast but I heard it was good.

Hotel is very well located, close to all the landmarks of Paris. It is possible to reach the points of interest walking. The rooms are comfortable and the services work well. The neighborhood is very nice. In the coffee corner there is a onion soup that is worth trying.

Excellent location, close to great restaurant and sites. We got a suite that had a king and a twin bed for our daughter… very nice size. Denis at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a large variety of foods. We will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Very good hotel, well located in the 7th arrondissement of Paris. A few minutes from the Musée d'orsay and the Seine. The staff are welcoming, the room is spacious and very clean and well equipped, with safe, fridge, television and all the necessary comforts.

Love it clean great location metro across the street. Staff were friendly rooms were nice the shower was the best.

Excellent and clean, solid four. The food is delicious, the location is convenient, up to the Louvre minutes 20 slowly.

We arrive at the hotel at 2pm. 00 in perfect time to make the checkin, I booked an Executive room overlooking the inner garden, as I have a very very light sleep. The gentleman at the front desk tells us that everything is OK but we have to wait for the manager. Meanwhile asks us to pay the due… wait for 30 minutes in the lobby, then always returns to him and tells us that the room is no longer available, but we will be given a first floor overlooking the street, unfortunately the hotel is full and then take or leave, we accept, in order to check in and start a tour of the city.
We enter the room and we immediately note that it is absolutely not up to a 4 star, and glad that is executive… however not bad, the important thing is to have the room.
But the problems are not finished unfortunately, in the morning at 8.30 we find that the wing where we have entered is under renovation, then in the next room the workers were beating with the hammer all the time… but it is not over yet, the second day we go back to the room and find that the light switch of the bathroom It didn't work anymore! So you had to shower in the dark!

Excellent location in the centre of Paris and close to the Metro. Room size is adequate for two and the furnishings are comfortable. Staff are friendly, but I encountered a few issues during my weekend stay. The safe in the room was faulty and was never fixed, despite raising the problem with the staff. Tea making facilities weren't plugged in and required me to move the entire cabinet to get to the socket. No complimentary bottle of water or other items were provided because we booked through a third-party, and toiletries were never restocked. A decent enough hotel, but let down by a few issues that could have easily been resolved.

By far one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Not overly fancy, but immaculate, as with the staff. They couldn't have been more helpful. Spoke English, so that was very helpful The bed, linens and pillows were extremely comfortable. Our only negative would be we were given an interior courtyard room No view whatsoever, but that could be the rate that booked at. One great advantage though was we were allowed to check in at 10am! Especially coming from Canada as most flights land in the morning.

Modern Hotel with good price-quality ratio in a good spot in Paris!

Cozy place in a good location. Rooms were small, not too clean, but service was good. We were allowed to check in earlier than our early check in (8am instead of 10am).

Great hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms. Rooms are spacious, we had a single and a suite. Both rooms were large and clean. Great, safe area. Step out and head in any direction. Many sites within walking distance.

This was a great stay at the k+k. The rooms were great both our groups were upgraded and I had a Juliet balcony overlooking rue de raspil. It's also in a great area.

This is a small hotel is positioned in a great part of town. It's walking distance to really all the landmarks you typically look to visit while on vacation. The staff are all well dressed and very helpful. English wasn't a problem at all here.

This hotel is really nice and really clean. It is in a safe and easily accessible location with a Metro train station right out front. The breakfast buffet is pretty good. It was definitely sufficient for us. You have to ask for wash clothes but it wasn't a problem. The only reason I didn't give the hotel 5 stars was because the queen size bed was actually 2 twin mattress put together. We slid into the crack every night and it was uncomfortable at times. It should be fine if you and your sleepmate aren't cuddlers. We would stay again.

Wonderfully helpful and multi-lingual staff. The rooms are a bit small, but they are not lacking. The hotel is conveniently located walking distance from many key sites such as The Louvre, Notre Dame, and the Catacombs.

Amazing location, great view if the Eiffel Tower (we were lucky to get a room with a view — many don't though) and the staff and hotel was great in general but rooms were a little small and basic for the price. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to so many sights — so location, location, location.

My second trip to Paris I stayed at the K+K Hotel Cayre. I had such a great time. The room was very large by European standards, it was clean and comfortable, and everything worked well. I was fortunate enough to have one of the higher floor rooms that has a view of the Eiffel Tower, which was lovely. The staff was always pleasant, and the folks at the front desk were always helpful with directions, whether I was walking or taking the subway. The location was great, as well. A very safe neighborhood, and a short walk to many, many museums. I had breakfast in the restaurant several mornings, and the servers there were always on top of everything.

Just ok. Good location though. Rooms are small and bathroom is average. Have to return/pickup key when leaving arriving each time. Noises from inside the hotel throughout the day including the morning were an annoyance for the late sleepers.

Nice, they gave my customers ice cubes! It's beautiful and I had bonbecs in bonus.

Amazing hotel. Very cozy modern decoration at the lobby and rooms. Is comfortable for tomwo people more than that is too crowded. The bistro closes for food too early and the server there is not too friendly. Besides that the people at front desk are amazing. If is late and you are hungry Uber Eats will save your life and deliver right there in the lobby.

The hotel is small with an exceptional breakfast. The location is across the street from a metro station AND at the corner on the intersection there are 6 bus lines available that connect to all areas of Paris. The hotel is small; well-run; exceptionally well-located — within steps of a metro stop; 6 buses are within 25 meters.

Each concierge was amazingly polite and helpful. Two gentlemen, Messieurs Dennis (One worked in the AM the other PM) were especially so. Each day they added value to our stay starting with a welcoming smile, following with their advice, and referring to us by name. Shamefully name recollection is a lost art for many hotels excepting for repeat clients. I believe each had wonderful English speaking skills. However, I wish I spoke French so I could have better expressed my appreciation instead of only saying "merci beaucoup. "

Wonderful Hotel and staff. You're not in the "touristy" center with all the other tourists, but you're right in the center of the city. Right next to a Metro station. An easy evening walk from the Eiffel Tower, Invalides, and Notre Dame. Seemed to be a very safe area. Our top floor room had great views. Bicycle rental racks right out front also. Boutique shops and cafes within a block or two.

My wife and I are just back from staying here for our ten year wedding anniversary. Highly recommended! Hotel is in a good location, opposite a Metro, close to the Seine, Musee d'Orsay and in walking distance of Eiffel Tower (25 min walk). The surrounding area is lovely. Boutique shops and decent places to eat. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. My French is poor but their English is good. Our room was fantastic. We had an executive double with a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower. We could not have hoped for a better experience. Thank you for making our anniversary that little bit extra special.

What a disappointment! This is an executivw double at this 4 star hotel… this is 2 star at best! I would NOT reccomend this place!

December 2011; central position in Paris. Perfect for tourists. Payed 250 euro per night for 1 room with double bed, breakfast included. No special reductions found because of new year eve (Paris is full) Room 309 space ok although small passage to bathroom. Bathroom with shower, no bath. Modern look. Good matras. Bed quite small (length and wite). Minibar ok but no ice. Quite room but smashings doors from 7 AM. Breakfast very good! With fresh orange juice. Good service. With national and international newspaper. General service realy very nice people. Sauna and fitter availAble (not testsed). Metro — rue du bac — at 50 meters. General quotation 8.9/10.
